Sometimes posts end up in broader forums such as Creative Cloud Desktop or Services. When that happens, we move them to the most relevant product space so you can get faster and more accurate help. We’d love your feedback to help us improve the experience for everyone. Can you tell us how you discovered this community? Did you come across it through an Adobe app or the Help Center? Did you find us via a Google or web search? Or was this a forum you were already familiar with and trusted? Your feedback will help us make community navigation smoother—so everyone can get to the right place, right away.

You can access those files locally on the device in a folder named Creative Cloud Files or through the Creative Cloud website within the Launch More menu (from the Synced files option). Discontinuation of Synced Files: We would like to inform you that the Synced Files feature in Creative Cloud were discontinued.
