Hi guys,Recently I updated my email address for Adobe ID. So today I open DE for a book and re-authorize my mac with new e-mail but now it can't let me activate the book showing me this error:"Errore di recupero licenza. Problema di comunicazione con il server delle licenza:E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER".How can fix it?

I downloaded an ebook from my library via Overdrive, and tried to use ADE to load it to my Kobo.   I was using a new computer, and incorrectly chose to do that without authorizing the computer/Kobo.   When I realized my mistake, I deleted the book, erased it from the computer, erased the authorization on both, and returned the library book.   I then properly authorized both the computer and the Kobo, and checked out a new version of the book and tried to upload it to to the Kobo.  It transfers no problem, and opens in ADE, but it will not allow me to open it on the Kobo.  I have returned the book and checked it out numerous times now, tried erasing and re-authorizing the book numerous times.  But no matter what I try, that book now seems to be blocked.   How can I access it on the Kobo?

I can change the page background color in Adobe Reader. But I am unable to do so in "Adobe Digital Edition". Can anyone please tell me how to change the page background color in Adobe Digital Edition.

I have installed ADE 4.5.11 on my new notebook and transferred my ebooks. When I open ADE I can only see the cover of the ebooks and cannot read. When I try to turn the page nothing happens. Only when I close and open again ADE the page is turned to the next. What happens? Please help

I'm trying to download netgalley books to my kobo clara hd but to no avail. I have already downloaded books to this kobo before. I had it authorized to the computer I'm using, but it still wasn't showing up. I deleted the authorization to see if that would help, to no avail. I've tried unplugging it, deleting and redownloading ADE, reauthorizing my desktop, everything I could think of, but nothing is working. Does anyone have any ideas to what I could do? I don't know what else could be happening.

After several attempts of get ebooks downloaded in the IPad, the solution was, take out the app and reinstal again, authorise the IPad in the adobe account, and voila, all the books purchased got downloaded. No way to transfer the files, downloading the pdf, EPUB, or other files. Hope this helps those like me wasted time asking to the official service (where the program drives me first). Enjoy, keep safeF6c0

I recently reformatted my Mac and reinstalled the Adobe Digital Editions app. I am trying to open an ebook I had used before (prior to the reformatting of the Mac) by opening the .acsm file that I have saved. However,  it won't let me open it, saying that "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER." Please advise.

My ebook is not able to open the the books that I have Adobe Digital Editions. The following message shows up when I try to open a book to read inteh ebook: "Error, please authorize the device the correct user using the host application. "And I don't know what to do.   

Hi all, I am new to this, I had to download the ADE for my studies and downloaded my study e-books. All books downloaded but I cannot turn pages! So frustrating, not to mention that I on a deadline for my exams! I have read the previous advice about de-activating and re-activating and this did not work, please help. thank you

My name is Erin Moulton and I work for a non-profit in Portland, OR.  We support the opening of public preschools within public school settings. We are looking for some advice about self publishing our beautiful book. It is a curriculum support for Early Learning Educators Prek-1st Grade. We are looking for guidance in how to self publish our field guide in ebook form as well as small format printing. Is there someone who might suggest possible things we should consider or other organizations we could take it to as well as give us an estimate of cost and best next steps? We would be eternally grateful!Thank you!Erin 

how can i get adobe digital editions to read aloud doucments on a windows 10 or Samsung phone? 

Hi folks,I was trying to autorize another laptop (totally, We currently have 2 authorized devices), but I got the error below:I also tried to remove authorization of my laptop, but the error still appears.What can I do to access the resources with the same ID Adobe IDAdobe@sixtema.it? My Letto Frontlight is connected by USB to my computer and I want to transfer epubs from ADE to Letto Frontlight. But that is impossible. These are the messages I get:My email adress is ok, the password too, so what is the problem?I can think of 2 issues. 1) My old computer which crashed had ADE, and 2) might AVAST have something to do with this.One of the messages says I have to authorize my computer, but it is not possible.What should I do? 

I recently downloaded a book to ADE and found that black boxes appear in random places. I've tried closing and reopening the document numerous times and the boxes change places, but are still there. I've used ADE for numerous other books and this is the first time this has happened.

Hey When I try to highlight a sentence, by selecting it and right-clicking, then crashes Digital Editions. This happens every time I try to perform the task.

I have authorized Adobe Digital Editions and my Kobo Reader for Adobe ID. I used overdrive to download an epub book to Adobe digital Deitions form my local library.I can read it in ADE but when I transfered to Kobo I tried to open it and it I was not authorized.I deauthorized both ADE and Kobo and reauthorized for overdrive, and same problem. Overdrive handles epub books.I have no idea what the problem is.

I recently purchased a new computer, and installed ADE 4.5 on it.  If I download an ebook from my library and copy it to the Kobo Glo, I get an error message "Oops! This document couldn't be opened".The Adobe Web page says that ADE 4 is compatible with the Kobo Glo. I have un-installed and re-installed ADE 4.5 on the computer  I have de-authorized and re-authorized the AdobeID on the Kobo at least twice.Does anyone have a suggestion?

I have a new Apple Macbook Air with the Big Sur operating system.  I was able to install the 4.5 version of ADE but cannot download any books from my library. I get an error:

ADE no funciona en mac y, siguiendo las instrucciones, he intentado desautorizarlo. Me dice que esa operación no puede realizarse. He intentado accceder al archivo activation.dat par borarlo, pero no lo encuentro Bilioteca/Application Support/Adobe/ Aquí no me aparece ninguna carpeta de Digital Editions. ¿De qué otra forma puede desatorizar ADE? 

I am able to download library books in ADE (version 4.5) but unable to transfer them in my Kobo Aura, even though the device is authorized. I have unauthorized it-authorized it, and tried for hours re-transfering but nothing works. I have read to un-install ADE version 4.5 and install version 3.0 but it seems not to be available anymore. My ereader recognizes the books bought from Kobo of course, but not the ones passing trhough ADE (from library). Anyone can help?

Adobe Digital Editions does not work, I cannot read an e-book on my computer or table. It cannot open it on my PC at all, on my tablet I get the error message that the authentication has expired.
