Adobe Digital Editions PC & maybe Mac missing dark mode which cause glare and injury to the eyesight thus reducing number of users reading books. More importantly, due to millions of touchpoints per year over lifespan of human or Adobe Digital Editions, there are significant reduction in the total number of brain thoughts colliding with each other which reduces the probability of sparking insights in human brain via reading to create the cure for cancers and insights to create new products and services to max your profits.  Please add dark reading mode to Adobe Digital Editions.

I have to convert a .acsm file to an .epub file with my ADE program but I cannot because the option of authorising my device is already done, so I am trying to unauthorise my device and authorise back again but the ADE asks me for a password to let me do that, and I already forgot the password. I contacted the technical support and they made me able to recover the password (in fact, to choose another new password) but then I try with this new password and it didn't work either. Can you tell me what can be the problem?Thank you very very much!

I have and iPad Pro that I use as a day to day laptop. I also have a nook that I use as my e-reader. It would be great if I could transfer books from ADE to my nook from my iPad Pro.I don't see why this wouldn't be possible if the file can be made available in the files app it would be easy to transfer from the iPad to the nook. It's the same process as using a Mac or PC

I've spend the last hour trying to get a book on my Kobo reader. Here's what I think is going wrong:I have an old laptop with digital editions on it, that laptop is authorised.I tried authorising my new laptop, it wouldn't accept my account because it's already been used on another device.I then tried to import the ebook into the DE libraryon my new laptop anonymously. That worked, but then I couldn't transfer it to my ereader.I then tried the process described here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/digital-editions/authorizing-new-computer-with-de3/td-p/8205735That worked, I now have autherised DE on my new laptop, but I can't import my ebook anymore; it reads: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.This is highly frustrating; is there any way to save my book or is the ACSM bodged now?

Quite a strange bug. Pretty much whats in the title. Turning pages by any means only changes the page number but doesn't update the page itself, that is until i open or close the table of contents at which it updates. I cant uninstall the app because i dont have the download file for my book again. For some reason my books dont show up on mobile even though i already have them on PC, and i have to use a book download file for my library to show up at all on my PC (which has resulted in me now having 4x duplicates of another book). And even then there are some missing. Concidering this i dont think a reinstall is worth trying. Is there any repair tool for the program, or a way to fix this bug?

I can no longer download books with Adobe Digital Editions because i forgot the password. Now i've created a new one but it's not working either. how do i delete my old and new idea? Ik kan geen boeken meer downloaden naar mijn reader met adobe digital editions.  omdat ik mijn wachtwoord vergeten ben dus heb ik een nieuwe ID gemaakt maar ook dat werkt niet hoe kan ik nu mijn nieuwe zowel mijn oude ID verwijderen?  Hartelijk bedankt voor de moeite. 

How can I find out which id I used to download a ebook to my pc. I tried every id I could think of and nothing works. Getting a message that the book is registered to a different id. I ied following some instructions found elsewhere on the web but think I messed things up. I can no longer open the ebooks I have in my Adobe Digital Edition.Thanks in advance for your help.

Photoshop elements 2001 classroom in a book is an adobe press book. I purchased it through Adobe press. The only way I can access the book is to return each time to my Adobe press account. I've tried to download the e-book, but it saves only in HTML format. I tried customer support, but apparently that is via Pearson, and it is useless because Pearson focuses only on their books. I have downloaded hundreds of books, and this is a first for me. Any suggestions?Thank you

I have 4,5 latest ADE on windows 10. When I try to download book from library, I get message: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED  I erased and authorise computer running win 10 several times, reinstalled ADE but no remedy. Please help.

I have an ebook that was purchased.  I recieved my link, I saved it to my library.  When I open and try to authorize with my Adobe ID and password I keep getting an error message that reads:  The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again.My ID and password are correct, I can logon to Adobe on my PC.  I get no help from Adobe support and was just told to post my question here.

Hi, I downloaded adobe digital edition for my mom on her Mac but can't find any help tab to click to authorize the computer. I am a PC girl myself and am stumped. Any suggestions? Hello.Ihave ADE 3.0 on my computer on win 10 and saying, that ADE is not activated. I also have e-reader, I activate DRM with same Adobe ID, it not transfer books, saying there are problems with credentials. can someone help, please? 

Our company uses SSO with their Adobe accounts, but we have a user who can't authorize his computer for Digital Editions. When he tries to use the login it fails, but if he logs into the normal site, it works fine.Would this need a call logged with Adobe Support ? RegardsJay

i have this warning when i export as fixed layout, but my document work fine.Appearance mismatch may occur when overlapping grouped objects are exported as JPG. Try exporting them as PNG. 

Hello! My e-book got automatically returned and there were a lot of markings, like highlighting. I loaned the book again but the markings have disappeared. Is there any possibility to recover them?

I have ADE Android App 4.5.11.187425 and could not authorize my device with my Adobe ID. I noted that I could not deauthorize my Win 10 desktop app. I checked my Adobe ID by logging in on the web so I am confident that my email address and password are correct. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Nook Glowlight BNRV510 have been loaning books from library for years through my laptop. This week when attempting to open library book file *.acsm into Adobe Digital Editions the book does not show up there. Nothing happens!I have troubleshot everything I can think of: 1. updated current ADE; 2. unauthorized computer in ADE and re-authorized ADE; 3. uninstalled ADE and reinstalled; 4. uninstalled ADE and reinstalled earlier version. I have done all these things multiple times.  I also loaded ADE on my husband’s PC and it responded the same.When I click "open file" it activates the ADE and appears to be thinking then nothing happens. No error messages so that I can act on it.I have contacted both my library and Barnes n Noble and they feel ADE is the problem

Hello,I have Adobe Digital Edition 4.5.11.187303, and was reading a book for months, without any problems. Text could be copied out of the book, text could be highlighted -- no problems. Since yesterday when I try to copy or to highlight text, the functionality starts, the clock symbol is put out for a few seconds, and then Adobe Digital Edition breaks down without any error reports. The issue is systematic, have been reproduced several times. Could you please help forward what the reason could be? Don't really think that it were important, but you can neve know: yesterday Win 10 was updated with 21H1updates, and the error started after that.Thanks,Istvan Fay
