Digital Editions

I am trying to sign in to Adobe Digital Editions using my Nook Android device using a mobile hotspot to connect to the internet. Each time I try to sign in I get the error message E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED. I was told to reset my password. I reset my password, and continue to get this error message. I am posting this in the hopes someone knows what's going on and can tell me how to resolve this issue. Adobe does not provide chat support for Adobe Digital Editions.

I can open the free content that adobe has.  However, I am unable to open another purchased book (this cost me about $200 to purchase).  The library window shows the front cover but I cannot open it and it has "Missing" across the front cover.    Has anyone had this sort of problem and been able to solve it.

When you borrow a e-pub book with the v3 up to the lattest v4.51... you can't open your e-books on the kobo reader... everything is blacked out... unless you download a pdf file from the same library with a date that is after the last e-pub. Here is an exemple i've downloaded 6 epub books that are due by july 4 and can't open anyone of them ... i alway's have an error message... if i download the next day a book thet is a pdf then magically all my e-books open... it is a know issue since v3 can you fix that bug... i have tried this on many readers (12) and it's always the sane bug with epub files .. no mather with version of digital edition is installed.

Hello,The problem is that I can't connect two Android devices with the digital Adobe.I do have email and I'd but for some reason when I go to the libery I can't see my ebooks.If anyone can help!

Please, in 2014 I bougth 3 ebooks that can perfectly see and access them. Last year I bougth another book and now i only can see this. It is the same account.

I can not download my Library book to Adobe Digital Edition 4.5.3 to transfer to my Nook.. Do any other way or any program that my Library book transfer to Nook

It'ss impossible to download a book in Adobe digital edition, and i'm trying to erase autorisation impossible too, my passwords seem to be wrong, and I did change my password in Adobe ID sorry for my english 

Improvvisamente ADL non si apre più così non posso accedere agli eBook, protetti e non, in esso contenuti. Ho disinstallato e reinstallato il programma più volte cambiando anche browser senza risultato. Hello, I have a question regarding adobe digital editionsI have been using adobe for years as a book reviewer who uses netgalley but the last week my ade doesnt seem to work, i installed the latest edition to dowload books to my computer, but ade doesnt seem to start or open, what can i do?

I'm trying to download ebooks that are in the ADE 4.5, but my eReader is never recognized. I tried downloading the eReader software (but not syncing the eReader) and only opening ADE after the eReader is connected, but nothing ever happens. Is there another way of making the device be recognized? I have a PC and my Sony eReader is now affiliated to Kobo.

I am told by Smashwords that they are seeing problems with my e-book novel that I need to view and correct through Adobe. It seems that I am unable to do this.

can't get the app to do anything, it on the apps, comes up  on the apps page on my phone, went to the app store shows it's installed any help appreciated also won't let me see my profile account info nothing 

Hello Community, I recieved the above error a couple of days ago.I use ADE on 3 different devices. I regularly wipe Windows and install it from scratch on each.So far I never bothered about de-authorizing ADE.Always worked.Now I get this error. I chatted to Adobe support and they asked me to kindly ask here. What should I do?Thanks in advance.

I have a Kobo libra H2O e-reader and everything has been fine for several months. Recently, when I tried to open a book with my Kobo eReader, I got the message "your reader is not allowed to open this book ... please authorize again. So I deleted my authorization BUT when I tried to authorize my eReader again ADE's Adobe ID contains a lot of letters and numbers.The Adobe ID of the eReader is: Adobe ID    (default ID) When I click on "authorize device", I get the message: An Adobe Digital Editions error has been detected. The maximum number of machines allowed per ID has been reached. I spoke with several people at Adobe, a technician even took control of my computer to try to fix the problem on my computer but nothing to do. Can someone help me please. Thank you.

Hoping someone could help my situation. OK so I have ADE as an active plan. I know for a fact that my Adobe ID and Password are correct because I am logged in talking to the Chat folks as we speak. But it still won't let me authorize my computer so I can share my books across multiple devices. It says "you can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't previously been used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices. Please Try again." I found a solution thats says I can try de-activating but it says "If you made any purchases with the anonymous ID, contact the eBook provider to reset the activation information. Then, redownload the purchase and it is tied to the currently activated ID."  BUT I can not lose these books and the ebook provider can not be contacted anymore so that is not a viable solution for me.  There must be another solution or is ADE just really that not well thought out? Thnak you.  

HelloI'm trying Adobe Digital Edition.I installed it on an Android 8.0 tablet (version 4.5.11.187425) and on a Windows 10 PC (Version 4.5.11.187303), and I would like to use it as follows:- I load ePub books on the tablet- I read them and I enter annotations and/or highlights- Once read, I want to export them to the PC in order to find them later WITH their annotations and highlights.Is this possible with ADE on the tablet and on the PC?What are the files on the tablet to copy?And where should I put them on the PC?Additional question: Is there a way to save annotations and/or highlights to a file?Thank you for your answersSincerelyBernard Vogel

I cannot seem to use the editing functions in ADE. The first day I had it, I cpuld print a seciton of the book as weel as copy and extract text to another document. Now I cannot do it anymore?? What is the problem?

I had downloaded my e-book and it wasn't linked to my account. I had authorized my computer and tried to login into my adobe account. I unauthorized my computer and then deleted everything and tried to log back in using my account information and then view my e-book and now I can't access it because it says it was fulfilled by another user.

I have tried to increase font size via the instructions under "Reading" and also via the drop down on the RH side but to no avail.Contacted adobe chat customer service and apparantly spoke to a real person!!  who advised after waiting quite a while 'Support is no longer available for your product version. Adobe digital edition is freezing all the time while I'm trying to read a book. It won't let me access any videos in the book. I asked adobe they say they have discontinued help on this app. I'm college and this is the platform I have to use to read this book. Can anyone help?

Hey Guys, I can't add a book from Overdrive to my library on Adobe Digital Editions 4.5. I get the error message E Lic already fulfilled by another user. I tried erasing and and then reauthorizing my Digital ID. That didn't fix the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My computer crashed a month ago without me being able to release my Digital ID. I've since reinstalled Windows. Perhaps that's contributing to the problem. But I was able to set up my Digital ID again so I'm not sure what the issue is.
