brand new computer -= installed correctly and was working but now when I download book from library it does not show up in the adobe library 

I can no longer open any e-books on my Pocketbook e-reader because activation always fails despite the correct ID. Can anyone help me?

I have the Baker Illustrated Study Bible. The maps in the Bible are not displaying correctly. Map 9 The Persian Empire displays in its entirety but Map 10 at the bottom of the page only displays a segment of the top of the map. If I go to the next map, Map 11 displays, not Map 10.

I have downloaded a textbook on my iPhone before having a laptop. The Apple app for Adobe Digital Editions is terrible... how can I download this textbook to my laptop when the Adobe Digital Editions app on my desktop doesn't even have a sign-in? Thanks,Alex 

Hi, I downloaded digital editions on my work computer to read an ebook for work. i selected to authorise computer without an ID.I did the same with my persona laptop and it worked.I then wanted to view the ebook on my ipad, so i had to download the bluefire app, it said there was and issue with the adobe ID so i created one. It did not work.So i went to my laptop and de-authorised the account and the re-authorised it with my adobe ID and now it wont let me open the ebook on my computer!  I get the message displayed above. I have contact the help chat which told me to come here. Can anyone help? I cannot open the ebook now and i will need to access it for work soon

"The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again."This is the message I am getting when trying to open the book, (I had paid for on my mobile device (Android), using the Adobe Digital Editions.I am able to read the book on my Android device with no issue, but when I am trying to open it on my Desktop PC, I am requested to authorize - and message I am getting coming up when I am clicking "Authorize" button.I changed password - same result.Please, help.Thank you in advance,V. I've read the other posts and having same issue with "vendor account not associated with item you are trying to open" since I transferred data over to new laptop.  Problem is my ebook file is from 2014.  Can I identify who the vendor (Can't find book on Google anymore)  from the ebook file or other files in Digital Edition?  I also have a book that os showing up in "Borrowed" but not sure why. Please help!

Both my computer (Windows surface)  and my Android based device (a boox, where the ADE  has been installed) authorized with same account/ID.However, if I download a DRM protected file to my PC, I can read it only on my Surface but not on my Boox. I even tried to send the protected file to the boox and to see if I could open it directly with the app, but the app does not even allow me to upload it. Any suggestions welcome! 

I am unable to read an e-book. I purchased the PDF version but it needed me to download the Adobe Digital Edition in order to complete the download. Now, it's in the software but I can't open the book to read it? What should I do? 

I use ADE to download ebooks and then transfer to a reader. Recently some books will not transfer. The error message is E SRC FILE IS MISSING. Failed to read source file. How can I fix this please?

After installing Digital Editions (DE) on a new computer, I apparently authorized it using the wrong account. Now, when I attempt to add an item that I bought with the right account, DE displays the following error message:"Document is licensed for a different user account"How do I de-authorize the wrong account and re-authorize the right account?I'm using WinXP SP3 and DE 1.7. Hi, I am trying to authorize a new computer but I get an error message that says "you can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices."I need to get access to a purchased book but it doesn't let me. Can someone help me?

I have ADE but linked (i.e. authorised) to a specific e-bookseller from whom I successfully purchased and downloaded several e-books.  I now want to borrow e-books from a library which requires ADE for downloading to, and reading on, my Kobo.  All my attempts at deauthorising my existing "authorised user" thru ADE Help tab have been unsuccessful........"unable to erase authorization". Adobe on-line chat has been quite unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue.Any help to resolve this matter would be much appreciated. Robert  

After I change my PDF to an epub file, it does not look the same. I have two photos per page in the PDF, and when it converts to epub it shows only one picture per page with double the amount of pages?

I'm trying to authorise ADE on my laptop and Android phone. On both ADE says my email or password is incorrect. I have reset my password twice already. But still get the same message. I login with no problem on the website. Please help how can I authorise ADE?

I got an ACSM file from Playscripts and it won't open. They said it was a firewall error but I disabled all firewalls and tried it on my other computer and on my cell phone and I cannot get the book to be read by the ADE. Any suggestions because neither Adobe has support for this nor does Playscripts? Trying to do my best but not succeeding yet. Thank you!

I have just installed Digital Editions on my la[top for the first time.I have downloaded an ebook from a library and when I open the ebook in ADE I get a message 'E_LIC_ALREADY_FULLFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER'so i cant open the book. Please advise

Using latest ADE 4.5.10.186048 with a kobo e-reader.Had no problems connecting and putting e-books to my device, but now ADE does not recognise the e-reader anymore. Whatever I try, no device is shown in the left hand pane.Tried this on 2 computers, tried it with 2 different model kobo e-readers. Nothing seems to work. Does anybody have similar issues? And who knows how to fix this?many thanks!
