Sans problème depuis des années, jai du changer le disque dur de mon ordinateur portable et depuis impossible d utiliser Ade.J ai déjà désinstallé réinstallé/ desautorisé et reautorisé / téléchargé 3.0...Le logiciel s intalle.. j arrive a autoriser l ordinateur. La Kobo est impossible à autoriser... les livres téléchargés n apparaissent pas sur ADE....Je suis dépitée.  Quelqu'un a t il déjà eu ce problème ? Est ce possible de la résoudre?

I have recently purchased a university text book viewable on Adobe Digital Additions. For the first couple of days the highlighting and note function worked completely fine. However, quite randomly, one of the chapters is completely highlighted seperately to the highlights I have been making already. There is also no option available to unhighlight the random highlighted portion either.  I have attached a screenshot for reference (please note, this has only happened to a single chapter): 

I purchased a book thru Books-a-Million (BAM) and it is an ebook.  They told me to get the Adobe Ditgital Editions.  They were no help.  At all.  I have the book downloaded from BAM but I have to use ADE? to open it.  I am staring at the page that says "How to convert ADE to PDF."  Can someone tell me what I am supposed to be doing with this?  It is showing ADE installer and converter in my downloads.  Adobe will not help, either.  I had six chats with BAM and Adobe.... I am on an iPad. About 1 year old.

I had an old account (2013?) with Adobe DRM without Adobe ID, so only one PC was activated to transfer ebooks to my Ebook readers. This PC now should be phased out, defective, 2 notebooks should be activated. But with my old installation this seemed to be impossible. I tried many ways, read many community posts, but nothing worked. I'm able to download all my ebooks again, so I thought, I just ask for deleting my account and then build it up again with same email address, new password and correct settings. My account was deleted, thank you, but now I can't build it up again with my same (current) email-address, it is "burnt". So I had to install a preliminary email address just to ask this question: How can I use again my current email address (p.i.busch....) ?  

I've been facing extreme difficulty as my number of activations of ADE have exceeded and I keep getting a message "TOO MANY ACTIVATIONS". Customer service team keeps sending me links to the page where it asks the user to contact them. It's a vicious loop. They even sent me a message on 15th Dec that states that my activations have been reset and I can use them without problems. And just now I got a message on Twitter that says they can't find any ADE ID with my email address Sumit.simlai@outlook.com. I am completely frustrated and confused. if someone is able to help I'll be grateful as I've been suffering past over a month now.

I recently purchased a protected book for a class and the book opens fine on windows and iphone, but i cannot for the life of me open it on my mac. i have version 4.5 and tried installing an older version (3.0), but its grayed out and my mac will not let me open it. Everytime I try to download the book it says "fulfilling" and makes it all the way to the end of the fullfilmment bar, but then the app crashes and I get this error. I've tried many different things and will take any help I can get. Hi. Can anyone help please. I am having trouble downloading my ebooks onto my e reader. I am using Adobe Digital Editions 3 and when I try to move the book from my Adobe library into the reader I get a fault message "Failed to write destination file." I have been using this system for many years without any problems but this problems has just started. I have tried reinstalling ADE3 and it has not fixed the problem. I am buying books from KOBO and the ereader is a NOOK. Thanks.

How do I reset my activation count so I can sign in to my computer. I keep getting an error message saying I've exceeded my activation count, but I have not put that much account on it. 

I purchased and downloaded a book. The extension shows ascm or something that. How do i open this book to read It?

OK; I've visited the Adobe Helps center and chatted with two different experts, and they sent me here: My Adobe Digital Editions has big troubles in authorization information: I try to download a book from University Library (have already used that service many times successfully). Not there comes troubles in authorizing my computer OR my device, or sending the book to my device... I've erased my computer authorization and renewed it a few times. That seems to work correctly, but when I try to open the book, I get an error note: The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you tried to open... However, I just managed to open that item before, but not to send it to my device... Then I'm also unable to return the book to the library... Also the app Help page says that I've already authorized my device (PocketBook), but still when I try to send the book I borrowed, I get an error note. Seems like there's a big mess in the code. hi I have created user name and password in my huwei laptop to read one book purchased online.However I wanted to read in my company desktop when I reach in office. but I am not able to do that In my company there is also Adobe digital but all computer are with administrator password.I told my IT to put admin password to open the desktop and its open but showing nothing How can I read the book I purchased in another computer or mobile regardsJino

Beim Anmelden bei Adobe Digital Edition kommt die Meldung ID oder Kennwort falsch. Dies kann nicht sein, da ich Zugriff auf das Adobe Konto habe

IT has escalated the issue, is there anything I can do in the mean time? 

I authorized my Adobe Digital Editions and my Kobo Clara without any issues. I was able to successfully copy over DRM files, but when I open them on my Kobo, it says "your eReader is not authorized to open this book", despite it saying in my account settings on my Kobo saying that my adobe account is authorised on my Kobo. I'm running Adobe on Mac 10.15, and I've tried everything, from different forums on here but nothing works.

Habe die obige Meldung erhalten. Ich habe lediglich einen Kobo-E-Reader, den ich allerdings aufgrund verschiedener anderer Probleme schon mehrfach auf Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt habe. Ich habe den Reader als Gerät bei Adobe Digital Editions abgemeldet (Autorisierung gelöscht) und anschließend wieder neu autorisiert. Das funktionierte ganz gut, bis ich heute diese Meldung erhielt.Was kann ich tun? Vielen Dank im Voraus, Helke

Bonjour, je suis incapable de upprimer les livres de mon Adobe Dogital editions, qui plus est, des livres que j'ai souvent importé plus d'une fois pour tenter de régler un problème de contenu verrouillé / protéger par Adobe right managment; livre qui a été loué àa bibliothèque. Aussi, il est a noter que j'ai désactiver la synchronisation de mon Adobe Edition, mais malgré tout les copies des livres apparaissent, toutefois avec la mention  auteur inconnu. Aussi, même en supprimant le dossier complet "My Digital Editions", je me retrouve avec plusieurs copies de livres. Merci à l'avance pour vos réponses,

I installed Adobe Digital Editions on my Mac (10.13.2) in order to read an e-book from the library (which I have to do). I had to go through the process of de-authorizing my computer, and then trying to re-authorize with my Adobe ID. The above is the error code I get when I try to authorize. Can anyone help?

I've deauthorized the ADE in my iphone and authorized in a Windows 10 laptop, but even as  Automatically download is activated in ADE, the files in my account does not appear in the bookshelves. 

Hi all,I just got this from support and it was something I couldn't find in the forums: Your authorization file will need to be manually deleted.You need to delete out a few registry keys to clear the activation for ADE. You must have administration authority.On Windows it can be found here:Open Windows Registry by using the command prompt and typing 'regedit' or by opening the start menu and searching for 'regedit'.Search for the following folder:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept\ActivationThe 'Activation' folder can be entirely deleted.On Mac it can be found here:In Finder, find the 'Go' option on the menu bar and click 'Go to folder' and type the following in:~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions/Delete the activation.dat file within the 'Digital Editions' folder.Restart ADE and it should be deactivated at this point. You should be good to sign back in.

I cannot transfer books from ADE to either of my Kobo ereaders. I have deauthorised and authorised and done a factory reset. When I look at all items on ADE the wheel where I can authorise or deauthorise the ereader is all grey.I can move books to the ereader but when I try to open them the ereader says I can't as it is not authorised. If I click on the ereader the wheel says it is authorised but the books can't be moved
