hi I have created user name and password in my huwei laptop to read one book purchased online.However I wanted to read in my company desktop when I reach in office. but I am not able to do that In my company there is also Adobe digital but all computer are with administrator password.I told my IT to put admin password to open the desktop and its open but showing nothing How can I read the book I purchased in another computer or mobile regardsJino

Beim Anmelden bei Adobe Digital Edition kommt die Meldung ID oder Kennwort falsch. Dies kann nicht sein, da ich Zugriff auf das Adobe Konto habe

IT has escalated the issue, is there anything I can do in the mean time? 

I authorized my Adobe Digital Editions and my Kobo Clara without any issues. I was able to successfully copy over DRM files, but when I open them on my Kobo, it says "your eReader is not authorized to open this book", despite it saying in my account settings on my Kobo saying that my adobe account is authorised on my Kobo. I'm running Adobe on Mac 10.15, and I've tried everything, from different forums on here but nothing works.

Habe die obige Meldung erhalten. Ich habe lediglich einen Kobo-E-Reader, den ich allerdings aufgrund verschiedener anderer Probleme schon mehrfach auf Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt habe. Ich habe den Reader als Gerät bei Adobe Digital Editions abgemeldet (Autorisierung gelöscht) und anschließend wieder neu autorisiert. Das funktionierte ganz gut, bis ich heute diese Meldung erhielt.Was kann ich tun? Vielen Dank im Voraus, Helke

Bonjour, je suis incapable de upprimer les livres de mon Adobe Dogital editions, qui plus est, des livres que j'ai souvent importé plus d'une fois pour tenter de régler un problème de contenu verrouillé / protéger par Adobe right managment; livre qui a été loué àa bibliothèque. Aussi, il est a noter que j'ai désactiver la synchronisation de mon Adobe Edition, mais malgré tout les copies des livres apparaissent, toutefois avec la mention  auteur inconnu. Aussi, même en supprimant le dossier complet "My Digital Editions", je me retrouve avec plusieurs copies de livres. Merci à l'avance pour vos réponses,

I installed Adobe Digital Editions on my Mac (10.13.2) in order to read an e-book from the library (which I have to do). I had to go through the process of de-authorizing my computer, and then trying to re-authorize with my Adobe ID. The above is the error code I get when I try to authorize. Can anyone help?

I've deauthorized the ADE in my iphone and authorized in a Windows 10 laptop, but even as  Automatically download is activated in ADE, the files in my account does not appear in the bookshelves. 

Hi all,I just got this from support and it was something I couldn't find in the forums: Your authorization file will need to be manually deleted.You need to delete out a few registry keys to clear the activation for ADE. You must have administration authority.On Windows it can be found here:Open Windows Registry by using the command prompt and typing 'regedit' or by opening the start menu and searching for 'regedit'.Search for the following folder:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept\ActivationThe 'Activation' folder can be entirely deleted.On Mac it can be found here:In Finder, find the 'Go' option on the menu bar and click 'Go to folder' and type the following in:~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions/Delete the activation.dat file within the 'Digital Editions' folder.Restart ADE and it should be deactivated at this point. You should be good to sign back in.

I cannot transfer books from ADE to either of my Kobo ereaders. I have deauthorised and authorised and done a factory reset. When I look at all items on ADE the wheel where I can authorise or deauthorise the ereader is all grey.I can move books to the ereader but when I try to open them the ereader says I can't as it is not authorised. If I click on the ereader the wheel says it is authorised but the books can't be moved

I purchased a script from a publisher. My ADE library has other scripts in it from the same company. I have never had an issue with the dowload before.  When I ask it to download into ADE, all I get is a page of code. Why can't I get my script to download correctly? I have attached a screenshot of the thing that is downloading.

Latest version ADE, perfect workingly until 2 months ago, now when I open ADE I have just white screen , lazy reaction and it's impossible to load new ebook. The message is "this ebook already present in your library", but for me it's impossible to see it...I delete authorization, delete and reinstall ADE but nothing change....With anothe machine (older) everything work...Somebody has an idea ?Thank you so much, Cristiano

I want to download an e-book from the online-library and therefor I use Adobe Digital Editons.I get the message "fout bij ophalen licentie/ Communicatieprobleem met licentieserver: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12" How can I solve this problem?I tried to remove my authorisation, but this was not possible.I have an Adobe-ID for paid apps Adobe Creative Cloud. Is the Adobe-ID for Adobe Digital Edions the same? How to solve this problem?I want to have contact with someone from Adobe. Do you have an e-mailadress?

the problem on my e-reader Tolino says: Adobe failure:W_ADEPT_CORE_ACTIVATION-CERT-NOT-FOUND 

The scrolling speed is unusably slow unless the document view is set to "fit to page." It's a simple yet unforgivable problem. Will not be using this product again unless this is fixed.

Hola cuando conecto el ereader Tagus no me lo reconoce el programa ADE por lo tanto no puedo transferir los libros!!!! Intenté de todo !!!! Desinstale el programa y lo instalé, mi P.C. si lo reconoce pero ADE no , alguien me podría ayudar??? Mil gracias.

HI I bought a digital textbook from my university bookstore which I have to use on Adobe Digital Editions. My previous textbook was available for use on Pearson My Lab which provided the ability to create study notes, flash cards and do multiple forms of practices quizzes. Adobe Digital Editions seems to have NONE of these tools???? Is that correct? I paid same price for last textbook but this platform for using it is not helpful. Please advise

Hello,For university, I easily use highlights in ADE. The matter is that nothing is saved when I close it and reopen it. Hours ok reading and work is lost.... I've learnerd that highlights are not visible on more than 1 computer, but what about the same computer? I now use only one of my computers for that reason! Why do I lose everything??Before trusting ADE and reading for hours, I've made a test yesterday with few highlights. I closed my book and reopened it and everything was fine. And then, today, everything, every highlight, disappeared. I've tried to restart my computer 3 times and can't understand what's happening. Thank you for helping me.

I purchased a digital book from Isaca and the purchase was fulfilled on my desktop. I have tried several times to move it to my tablet so i can read the book anywhere while i prepare for my exam but i get the error message and doesn't seem to work

I appearantly need ADE in order to read ebooks I borrow at my local library. On installing I get this: E_ADAPT_IO ActivationServiceInfo Error%20#2032 Only old postst give a solution that does not work. Mac Pro Server 2012 with High Sierra (last one that works on this machine). Already tried it with the firewall disabled.. Kind regards Alex

I downloaded my e-text and it refuses to load paster page 29. I am using adobe digital editions 4.5.

Adobe digital editions has worked for years, so some update/corruption has probably caused my problem.Adobe digital editions 3.0, 4.0, 4.5 won't launch AFTER completely installing. The error code is 0xc000007b. I've done the simple things like: open as administrator, reinstall, reboot, no viruses or malware present, sfc, chkdsk, dism, Tweaking's All In One Repair Tool, file associations, etc.  DWalker's Depends program should diagnose dependencies, file problems, but the program has to open first and it won't. The latest All In One Runtimes is installed (latest .NET, Visual C++, Direct X, etc). In system32 I have xinput1_4.dll. I don't know if the 1_3 dll is required? Other dlls- mfc100, mfc100u, msvcp100, msvcr100, msvcr100_clr400 are there. These are also in sysWow32 but not the xinput1_4. Should this be there?Don't know where to go from here but I need ADE to download library books.There are many on line discussions/Utube videos about conflicts between Win10 and ADE.thanks,Gary
