Hello everyone,The problem i'm having with my ADE is it isn't allowing me to view my downloaded books. It keeps showing Error!Check activation and i've uninstalled it and erased the activation multiple times.

Hi there,I have dowloaded the ADE app on my 2011 Mac. When trying to complete the authorization I am unble to change the ebook vendor as this is greyed out. I cannot enter my adobe credentials as I am trying to access books I purchased with a different vendor.How can I fix this?

Hi, so i had downloaded and authorized adobe digital editions on my laptop but now want to uninstall it but there is no option. There is an uninstall application in the program files but i have no idea how to use it. Contacted support and even they weren't able to help. i'll attach some images so the problem becomes clearer. Please help or comment if this same issue is happening with you.

I spent money to buy a book online and it was digitally signed using adobe solution. Now when I am trying to open it on different system/ laptop even after signing using adobe ID I am getting error message as E_Google_Device_Limit_Reached as per adobe - they don't sale this solution; google don't want to get into this and direct to adobe to reset limit. Where the hell customer will go who has spent their money on trusting brand like Adobe - I now started hating them. Making fool of customer and not solving the issue. if anyone got any solution. Pl respond. 

Hi,unfortunately I found no information in help of Digital Editions or a way to contact the product support so I wish to ask all of you.Some years ago I started to use ADE with a personal free license account (of course) when I bought my first e-book.In the following years my wife and my children came to me to get help at their bought ebooks for getting that visible. We all used my account or license. I never thought that this will make a problem for a family of five persons.But now we reached the point that each of us want to use ADE on more than one device, as there are PCs (best to view colour newspapers), smartphones (tiny parts, alway available), tabletts and ebook readers.Does anyone knows whether it is possible to get the account split in five parts and get the content transferred to the dedicated account? In the end we wish to have five different accounts and, for example, the books of my wife are in her account, the books of my daughter are in her account, same for the books o

I have reinstalled Adobe Digital Editions on my PCthe books formerly added to the previous version of ADE are no longer readablethe adobeID and password created during the installation of ADE are not valid for the "old" booksI have obtained new files from the vendor of the ebooks, without any effect on ADEIt seems I used Adobe in the past via a social account, I do not remember any need for authorisationHow should I proceed to have all the books available,Thank you !

Mi sister has my ADE account in her computer and is not abble to remove it, even ussing my ID and pass. This way we are using the same ADE's libreary. Any help on how to remove my account in her computer, please?

How to find Adobe ID? Is it my adobe account email?

When I download a book on my computer's Digital Editions, I don't see it updating on my ipad Digital Editions. I deathorized on both and also uninstalled the application on both. Then I reinstalled and reauthorized onto the same log in however I do not see the library synchronzing. I was speaking with customer service representative, Sachin, who was so patient with me but we were not able to solve this.Does anyone else have trouble synching MAC and IPAD together?

I am ttrying ro install Digital Editions on Windows 10. I have downloaded it but when I try to download a library book (Over Drive)  to Digital Editions, I get the message Error Check Activation, then E_ADEPT_INTERNAL    Any suggestions?

Hi I purchased a book in Google Books. I am trying to export the book, I download the ascm file and when I open it in Adobe Digital Editions I get the error E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED. I contacted Google a week ago with no response, I don't know how to fix this. Please help!

hello, I have downloaded an ebook and marked the text. When I closed and opened the document all my markings were gone and it says that I am at page 0 from 230. so it did not safe my last session. I marked some sentences again and closed the document, finding that it is not saving the markings. Does anyone have the same problem or a solution? I am reading the book for an essay.thank you in advance 

When using Digital Editions to read an epub file, I am unable to increase/decrease the text size. I am able to enlarge the titles (via "EPUB Text Size" in the "reading"menu), but this does not manipulate the body text. The "PDF View" in the same reading menu seems to have options for zooming in/out on the text, but all of these options are greyed out. I have the most recent version - 4.5.11.

I have a book that I need downloaded for some ABA classes that I am unable to download. Can someone please help me get the book added to my Adobe Digital Editions? I have a link and an order number but the link doesnt do anything for me.

Hello, I have this problem. I purchested epub book with Adobe DRM protection. I authorized my device, downloaded the book and I opened it. The device displayd the cover of the book, but the book has no text in it. The device show the total page number, but there is no text in the book.Does anybody has an idea why? 

Tengo un libro que sólo se puede abrir con este programa, comprado en la UNED. Desde el portatil sale un error de licencia. Me indicaron desde adobe borrar la autorización pero no me deja. Me he descargado desde teléfono el programa y allí con el mismo adobe id si que puedo abrirlo, el problema es que lo necesito desde el portátil

Hi, I have been having troubled with Adobe Digital Editions 4.5. I live chatted with Adobe, and they said they no longer have support for that application, but to see if I can get help from here. The application has become really slow and does not scroll when I want it too. I have to wait like 10 minutes to move from, for example, page 1 to page 2. There has also been a multi-coloured button that pops up when It needs to load per what I want it to do and stays there, I force the application to quit, and then I lose everything that I had highlighted or added notes in the book. Has anyone had this issue, if so how did you fix it?

Using Windows 10.  Adobe Digital Editions is unable to download: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12 

The text rendered on Digital Editions is an headache. Any way to fix this?Sometimes showing or hiding Navigation Panel might trigger a bit of improvement but is not fixing the issue.

I download mt ebook from ADE and when I try to open with another PDF app it requires a password to open it, But I haven't set up any password.
