I changed the email under my Adobe account, I am able to still login with the same password. When attempting to erase computer authorization  I put in the same password and the message I get is that it is incorrect. Attempted to delete the app and re-install I am re-encountered by this issue

Like the headline says: longer tables get cut off on the bottom with EPUB3-ebooks. As long as it's epub2 the tables break up smoothly and continue at the next page but with epub3, not so much. I really try to finally switch to epub3 but the ADE makes it just so difficult to do so. When will there finally be an update that erases all these epub3-related errors? I mean, after all these years of epub3, it's still not possible to scroll through the pages which makes checking and testing an epub a real hassle.

I am using Adobe Digital Editions, and had a number of ebooks transferred from an old Windows XP laptop to a new Windows 10 laptop. On the XP laptop I could highlight text then press Ctrl C to copy text from an ebook into a Word file, but when I use Ctrl C on the Win 10 laptop the window disappears completely. How do I copy text from an ebook into a Word document?

How can I remove an old ADE authorization on my MacBook Pro that is linked to an email address that does not exist anymore? I suspect that this authorization was migrated from an older laptop to my newer Mac (2019).Every time that I install ADE on my new MacBook Pro it automatically link to an old email address that is no more active. My current Adobe ID is not linked anymore to this old email, when I try to deactivate the ADE authorization, it does not recognize my current email linked to the Adobe ID or the password.Do you know how I could contact Adobe directly to fix this or do you have a solution ?Thanks so much for your help !

Hello all and thank you in advance for your help!  I was wondering if I am able to highlight in multiple colors in ADE? So far whenever I highlight it only appears in yellow and it does not seem as if I can change the color.

Now I'm moving on to the next page:  The "Highlight feature" disabled because there is at least on highlighted item in the previous page.ANDthe only solution I fount so far is:1. Hit the gray Library botton at the top-left2. In the "last read column" hit the "read" button next to your book tumbnale   or   double-click on your book shown in the bookshelves previewI think there's a bug to fix, I'm I right?

Good evening. I purchased an ebook in .acsm file but it won't open in Adobe Digital Editions. It will tell me: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12. I know my comuter is authorised, I have done this so many times and never had this problem. The book e-shop support advised me to de-authorise my device and authorise it back again. But there goes another problem: a message sayig "Unable to erase authorisation. Try again later." Please help! Martina

Who else if fed up with corportations using the word "COMMUNITY" to get us to do free labour and tech support for their products as they make millions? Adobe's CEO, Shantanu Narayen has a net worth of at least $243 Million?  But can't afford to pay for tech support for the customers that make him rich?  Keep on working for free "community".

I use a MAC PRO.I have used ADE  for along time without major problems. Now, I download a book from my local library and am told "your eReader is not authorized to open this book   ...   you previously deauthorized your reader   ...   visit kobo.com for more information.I have uninstalled and reinstalled ADE 4.5 on my MAC, reauthorised the reader, and continue to get the same message.any advice?

so, servus,also, die bridge ist ja eins der stiefkinder von adobe, das wissen wir ja alle ... wenig durchdacht, seit 10 jahren nicht weiterentwickelt ... langsam, absturzgefährdet ...aber was –gerade bei einem i9-laptop– sehr nervt: die bridge ist gerade offen, ich scrolle nicht einmal ... mache gar nichts am rechner, berühre nichtmal die maus ....weshalb schmeißt die bridge mit 200-300%CPU usage (lt. mac os) als dauerbelastung des rechners den lüfter an ?! und zwas seit einer dreivertelstunde – ohne pause?es kann doch nicht sein, daß man das nach 20 jahren bridge-programmierung nicht im griff hat, daß ein nicht benutztes programm die finger vom prozessor läßt. vor allem: sie tut nichts, sie ist nichtmal damit beschäftigt, bilder darzustellen ... was um himmels willen löst diese 200 % cpu-belastung aus??

Tengo un ereader Sony prs t2 y hasta ahora descargaba libros electrónicos directamente desde la página de Ebiblioaragón. Ahora al cambiar de empresa de mantenimiento no me deja entrar en esa página. Consulto con su servicio técnico y de dicen que debo autorizar el dispositivo en ADE y cuando aparezca como dispositivo en el programa arrastrar el libro desde la biblioteca de ADE al dispositivo. Pero no veo ninguna pestaña para autorizar el dispositivo. Me pueden ayudar. Gracias.

I just started with ADE a few minutes ago.  I am trying to figure out how to print the problems/exercises pages from my text book.Where can I learn how to do that? 

I am an educator trying to administer a standardized test through ADE.  When I turn a page using the arrow keys, there is a beeping noise, like I did something wrong.  How do I correct this/get rid of the sound?

Hola , estoy bloqueada con ADE porque al solicitar borrar autorización no puedo realizarlo. Me sale una pantalla con mi Id solicitando contraseña que incluyó pero me dice que no es posible realizarlo. He visto en otros usuarios que tenéis el mismo problema y que una pasible solución es ir a ustedes / aplicaciones support.... Pero no sé dónde puedo encontrar esa opción . Tengo un Mac por si alguien me puede ayudar. Muchas gracias
