Digital Editions

Hallo  ich suche seit geraumer Zeit den Zugang um die Adobe Digital Edition zurück setzen zu lassen. Ich finde keinen Chat mehr. Die Seite ist super unübersichtlich.  Viele Grüße

Je n'arrive plus à ouvrir le logiciel Adobe digital édition. J'ai tout essayé le gestionnaire de tâches mais rien n'y fait.  

Buenos días, Instale Digital Editions (DE) varios meses atras, activé autorización y funcionó muy bien.Ayer se fue la electricidad y apagó mi PC; a la vuelta no pude acceder de nuevo a DE (estaba leyendo un diario).En vista de que no había opción de acceder a la plicación, desinstalé DE (borré carpetas, archivos...) e intenté volver a instalarla (versión ADE 4.5.11); dió varios errores (que adjunto por orden de aparición) .Omitiendo dichos errores pude llegar al fin de la ´instalación`, pero al ejecutar no me pedía autorización y no se activaba DE.Espero y deseo que con esta breve explicación puedan decirme algo para volver a utilizar su aplicación.Si necesitan información adicional no duden en avisarme. Seit kurzem öffnet ADE keine Links von ausgeliehenen Büchern mehr mit der Begründung: "Digital Editions konnte keine Verbindung zum Fullfillment Server herstellen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie mit dem Internet verbunden sind.Ich bin mit dem Internet verbunden, habe eine Neuinstallation versucht, aber nichts zu machen. Ich kann nicht einmal die Autorisierung löschen, da kommt die gleiche Meldung. Bitte hat einer eine Idee??? 

Afert 4.5.11.187183 version installation on PC WIN 10 no longer. All the proposed attempts are useless (deauthorize / authorize-install / uninstall-rename directory my documents-install older versions-delete adept in regedit). Can anyone really help on this issue ?Thanks

Gibt es ein Tool wo man seine Geräte verwalten kann? Geräte die ausscheiden löschen damit wieder freie Lizenzen sind? Wo kann man sich hinwenden wenn man die Adobe-ID Aktivierungen zurücksetzen lassen möchte? Der Support hat mich ans Forum verwiesen!

Hello community, I just bought a book from Google Books and I want to read it on my pc through Adobe Digital Editions, but when I want to open it the program shows me that error.Could you help me solve it? I have ADE 4.5.11 installed and it runs on Windows 8.1 (64 bits). I just formatted my computer, so everything is up to date and working optimally. I tried deleting the authorization and re-generating it, but it didn't work.I also tried deleting the "Adept" entry in the Windows registry, but it didn't work either. I don't know what to do anymore. Thank you very much in advance!!

I downloaded a book for school (On my Mac Book) and I just tried to access it and it says it's "missing". The book is there but the file is missing. How do I get the file back? The specific Adobe application i'm using is, Adobe Digital Editions 4.5

Hi there!I'm struggling to open the tablet version of the same file in the adobe digitial editions. It was succesful on the MacBook but I keep getting this feedback (attached) anytime I try to open on the iPad. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I opened a file with my first adobe account but unfortunately the account deleted, and now I've opened new adobe account but can't open the files again as it is requesting of username & password of old account which I've forgeten.It shows this; "Error getting license serverCommunicating problem:E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER".I need a help please...!!!

Hello,Since the last update of windows 10, ADE version 5 or 5.11 does not work. ADE does not start even after new unistallation/installation . Who has a solution to solve my problem? Thanks

I have an older Koba Aura (the first gen one) and it worked fine up until the last Kobo and Adobe update. I normally download books from Overdrive/the public library and have no issues until my last updates. The exact error message on my device says --Your eReader is not authorized to open this book. This book is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM). Because you previously deauthorized your eReader, you need to reimport the book using Adobe Digital Editions (ADE)." I've tried all the various options posted online and in this community including:- authorizing and deauthorizing the device and my computer (macbook air)- factory reseting my Kobo and deleting all books and data on it- Redownloading the books, and removing all previous versions of the book- Uninstalling and reinstalling ADE (both the current version and an older version).- I've also tried differnt books via overdrive and have the same issue. I'm am so upset and frustrated at this point. I&nb

I am trying to authorize my computer, and I keep getting an error message saying "Activation server error" I cannot open the textbook I purchased until it will allow me to authorize my computer.  How do I fix this? 

I had to re-instal my Adobe Digita Editions because it stopt working when I tried to download a book from Internat Archive. Now I can download books but then the program freezes, I can´t even shut it off without using Ctrl+Alt+Delete. The next time I open my Adobe Digital Editions my downloaded items has disappeardPlease help me//Marina

I was previously a student at the University of Michigan and authorized digital editions on my computer with my old univeristy email address so I could acess library materials back in 2013-2014.  I now am at a different university and can't download an ebook because that authorization doesn't match my new university credentials.  I don't remember the password for that account and don't know how to recover it as I don't have access to that email address anymore. Becuase of this I am not able to remove that authorization. Support says they replaced the email address on my account to match my new credentials and I reset the password, but that password doesn't work.  Is there any way to fix this, or can I just not use this device for materials from this particular database anymore?

Hello, I had to buy a book for school and I have to use your app to access it. When I had to buy anew computer i was not able to accesss the book. i eventually had to buy the book over again but i am unable to have it download now. i think if i am able to access the settings i will be able to sign out and sign back in. id appriciate if you could get back to me sooner rather than later seeing as i have my midterm next week and am now 2 chapters behind. Thanks!

 Bonjour,Depuis 5 jours je ne peux plus lire sur la liseuse les livres empruntés recemment à la bibliotheque, j'ai le message " Votre liseuse n'est pas autorisée à ouvrir ce livre".J'ai retirer l'autorisation, j'ai re télécharger ADOBE Digital Editions, j'ai de nouveau autorisé ma liseuse KOBO, j'ai retélécharger les livres, il n'y a rien à faire cela ne fonctionne plus.Cela faisait plusieurs années que cela fonctionnait; Savez vous ce qu'il faut faire ?Merci

Je souhaite autoriser ma liseuse. Lors que j'appuie sur effacer l'autorisation, Adobe me demande de me connecter, mais il m'affiche un login avec une adresse email que je n'utilise plus depuis longtemps et qui n'est pas l'adresse email que j'utilise au départ pour me connecter. Comment est ce possible ? et surtout comment puis je changer cet email, car au bout du compte je ne peux plus reautoriser ma liseuse I need to authorise my e reader. When I select "remove the authorisation", Adobe is asking me to connect, but it shows a login with a very old email adress which i do not use anymore and which is not the email adress I use to connect at the beginning. How is it possible ? How can I change that email adress, as at the end of the day I am not able to re authorise by e book reader. thanks for your help.  Anne

Probably an old topic .. found various advice on the internet, however, that does not work.When starting op ADE, books that were removed / deleted earlier come back in the library in a grey colour. You cannot actually open them anymore. How can I avoid this? Thank you. 

I have an imac running the latest Catalina operating system. I have ADE latest version.  I like to use library books but when I try to download to ADE, it says  'Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12' My intention if I can achieve that is to then transfer to my Nook ereader. I have even tried to download a book from the Adobe free sample library, but got the same message. I have read that this is a common problem for Mac users-is that right, and can I use anything else to achieve this aim? I tried to resolve this with a 'chat' but was told that this is no longer supported by Adobe. They assured me that this forum is dealt with the staff who can resolve the issue. Any ideas? 

Hi! My dad's computer (Mac) is authorised with my adobe account. I try to de-authorise my account on his computer, stating my password, but not possible... I get error that "this is not possible, try again later"... i have tried later, still not possible... anyone?
