Digital Editions

DRM doesn't stop piracy. I've now spent 6 hours trying to authorize my computer with DE. Phone support is no help. I only want to legally put a book on my kobo. I can illegally download and copy the book in 5 minutes. Why the FUACK do i need to waste 6 hours to have NO BOOK on this stupid bullsheeit? DRM ONLY HURTS PAYING CUSTOMERS. FIX YOUR FUACKING SHEET ADOBE. Oh, and I know my way around computers. I can't imagine how bad it is for a tech illiterate person doing this sheet.

I have a windows 10 , 64 bit o/s, unalble to use ADE 3.0 or 4.5, kindly help , in the past it used to work very well, my anti virus is Mcafee . Thanks Lakshman  

Hey everybody! When I try to authorize my computer on ADE, after I enter my username and password of my Adobe ID, it will get stuck on "Authorizing...". I've waited for almost an hour once, with nothing happening. Does anybody else have this issue?I'm running macOS Catalina. Thanks for your help! Edit:I found the problem. My only other adobe product that I have installed is Lightroom. It seems that Lightroom created the Adobe folder in ~/Library/Application Support/ without the write privilege for my user. Therefore ADE wasn't able to create the Digital Editions folder and this error was not caught by ADE. I manually created the folder and it worked.

I previously bought books on another computer and version of digital editions however, I cannot find any of the books when I downloaded the app to this computer.  I am using the same email address as before.  What can I do as there are a lot of books in my library

I am trying to authorize my desktop with Kobo Clara and says that cannot connect with the server. My internet connection is fine but I also tried from another network, just to be sure-same happened.

I couldn't download a library book in Digital Editions.  I deactivated and reactivated but my ID/or password not accepted.  Message 'Error! Check Activation' but authorise/deauthorise buttons not available.  Previously I got 'Unable to download. Error getting licence. Licence Service Communication Problem.  E LI ALREADY FULFILLED BY USER"Anyone help fix this?

I have recently updated my MAC to the software Catalina and Adobe Digitial Editions is no longer compatible. I have tried to download an updated version, however it only seems to work for ipads and iphones. Is there any fix for this?

I have opened an ebook with Adobe Digital Editions on my Mac and now want to copy it to Bluefire on my iPad .  How do I do this? 

When i try to add any ebooks i have purchased to my library, it says " ERROR check activation" I checked and my account is authorized on this computer. i tried to deautherize and reautherize to see if it did anything, but it wont let me deauth. it says try again later. any help is greatly appreciated!!

I have ADE 4.5.  I have tried a variety of .acsm files downloaded from the Brooklyn library.  when I double click the ,acsm, ADE asks for authorization, I enter my password, which is good, and I get the error code: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY.  I spooke with an Adobe technician who told me to post this message on the community board.  I would appreciate a response.

I just downloaded an eBook and it seems to be in a PDF format but only displays one page at a time. It has the two page view option grayed out so I cannot select it. Is there anyway for me to make it a two page view?

Hello I have a serious problem for years I have my AdobeID account it has always worked for me wonderfully but one day I stopped working all the applications, I cannot change my plan on the adobe page, it says that I am not connected to the internet which if I am connected to the internet, in the creative cloud application it does not synchronize the files but it does let me update the applications. I enter the adobe help section, I follow the steps to verify that I have a connection to the adobe servers and an error message appears (ip blacklist). I do not know what that means, I have done everything to try to solve the problem, I am desperate, I need help, thank you very much if you can help me.

I purchased a textbbook from Google play store and used Digital Edition to view it as a PDF. All of the figure images are black. All the colors are available in the textbook except for the figure images. How can it be fixed?

hola gente, compre unos libros por la red, y desde mi mac tuve que bajar el adobe digital editions. fui instalando el programa y pude leerlos sin colocar una cuenta de adobe. cuando quise mirarlos desde mi ipad no pude hacerlo ya que tuve que colocar una cuenta y no me permite abrir el link del libro que compre que lo tengo por mail. alguien me puede ayudar a destrabar esta cuestion. desde la computadora tampoco puede entrar a un lugar donde pueda ver usuario, o algo que me permita sincronizar con el ipad.
