Bonjour, j'ai un MacBook Air. J'ai installé Adobe Digital Edition il y a quelque temps. Mon conjoint a une liseuse et il emprunte des livres à la bibliothèque que je transfère sur sa liseuse et tout fonctionne. J'ai acheté une liseuse et je ne parviens pas à mettre des livres de bibliothèque dans ma liseuse, même si je suis la même procédure que pour mon conjoint. J'ai vérifié les informations d'autorisation dans le logiciel Adobe. Il dit ceci : « Cet ordinateur est déjà autorisé et autorisé à lire le contenu protégé par Adobe DRM sur le(s) compte(s) suivant(s) : le compte de mon conjoint. Voici son adresse e-mail | Adobe ID (urne : uuid avec un gros code alphanumérique. Ma question : Comment ajouter mon compte avec mes informations pour pouvoir mettre les livres de la bibliothèque dans ma liseuse ?

Hi! My institution sets up "Company or school" accounts which are logged into with our SSO for staff/ faculty. We can access lent materials through Adobe Digital Editions on PC with these accounts, but there doesn't seem to be an option to authorize with these accounts for ADE for iPad. Is it possible to use a "Company or school" Adobe ID w/ SSO in ADE for iPad and how would one do so?

J'ai changé d'ordinateur.  J'ai dû télécharger la  version Adobe digital  4.5.12 puisque la version 3 n'est plus disponible.  Le téléchargement se fait mais l'application ne fonctionne plus quand je télécharge un livre et je ne peux pas transférer le livre sur ma liseuse.  Je dois fermer l'ordi pour  pourvoir fermer l'application.  C'est quoi le problème?

I originally installed ADE and and authorized use without a vendor account or Adobe ID.  I had to perform system restore on my laptop and ADE was removed for some reason so I had to reinstall it.  This caused me to have to create and Adobe ID.  So I registered/created an Adobe ID and password.Now each time I open ADE and try to read my ebook from the library, I get the error"The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again."When I reinstalled ADE, and I reopened it, the ebook I previously purchased was still there, now I just cannot open it. What do I do?

I changed my Adobe account email and password; and then try to erase computer authorization, in Digital Editions, the email still shows former account email, but when I put old and new password, either of them woks. I unsitall and install the Digital Editions couple times, same issue. I can I update my Adobe account in Digital Editions? would you please help?

Hallo miteinander,ich habe einen neuen Tolino, auf dem Gerät habe ich mich auch mit meiner Adobe ID angemeldet.Wenn ich jetzt auf meinem Laptop Adobe Digital Edition öffne und meinen Tolino mit dem Laptop verbinde erscheint er einfach nicht in der Bibliothek. Muss ich meinen alten Tolino vorher löschen? Aber wo?Wenn ich ebooks in der Bücherei ausleihe brauche ich halt Adobe um die geliehen Bücher über den Laptop auf meinen Tolino zu ziehen.Vielen Dank schonmal für eure Tips!Annette

HiI got a new computer with Windows 11. With my old computer I was using ADE with BORROWBOX from my library but now it is not working on this computer. I have been on to BorrowBox  and they have asked me to Authorise Computer but this is where the problems beginI was asked to erase Authorisation and then put it back. It states that my computer is authorised but when I open ADE again I have been getting these messagesWhen I try to return book to library......Unable to Return Book, Please authorise your computer firstWhen I try to download to KOBO ....   CE COPY NOT ALLOWED. I am unable to download library books with ADE4.5. The #.ascm file downloads and ADE opens, but the book never shows up and no epub file is created. Authorization is successfully set up with Adobe. ADE is the default program. I tried an older ADE version and had the same problem. Tried uninstall & reinstall. Tried deauthorize & reauthorize. This is a "new to me" computer which works fantastically well for everything but getting books from the library. Tried Kindle PC app and while the book syncs in the app I can't open it, so it has to be something about this computer. I can open generic epubus with Aquile Reader. I'm absolute stumped. Running Win11Pro on a Lenovo ThinkCentre M720s,  Product # 10ST008NUS, Bios Version M1UKT77A. Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8500 CPU @ 3.00GHz, Intel UHD Graphics 630, driver version 31.0.101.2115.

Estoy intentando copiar un libro de la biblio dighital al libro elecyronico Kobo a traves de adobe digital editions i al copiarlo me dice que no tengo permiso 

I'm not able to launch that anymore. I'm operating on Win10.  Even if I opt for 'run as administrator' option it wont work. Appreciate any advise.

I've used Adobe Digital Editions for quite some time with no problems on my Nook. This is the first time I've encountered this problem. When I purchased a book on the Kobo website and attempted to download it this popped-up: Error getting license - License server communication problem. Hope someone can help with this one. Thanks!

I've just set ADE4.5 up on a new computer and had to create a new username to authorize it. Succeeded, but I can't get it to work. The cover of the library book I downloaded shows, but nothing happens when I click on it. PC running Win11Pro. I have 3.0 so tried to open the book with it but it said the book was already in the library. I actually began having problems with ADE on my old computer, running Win10. Is there a problem running this in newer versions of Windows? I don't have any other device to try.

Does Adobe let the text be read Aloud? Please shed some light on this as I want it to read a textbook that is in electronic print on my pc.

I would like to reset my password as I have forgotton.  But the system asks for my original password.  I dont see anyway of changing it

I tend to use library ebooks from Libby/Overdrive which I download through my laptop to Pocketbook Touch Lux 3 reader – I’ve done it for years and it worked fine.Recently I got new laptop. I downloaded ADE (4.5.11, Windows 10), I signed in with Adobe ID, I can open books in ADE without issues.However, when I tried transferring to Pocketbook, and opening the book on there, I got error message.“Unable to open the book. This book is possibly damaged or encoded with a copy protection. First, activate an Adobe ID on your device (Settings->Content…-Adobe DRM).”But I am signed in with my adobe ID and I checked that both ADE on the laptop and my Pocketbook are authorized to the same account.The only other thing is that I changed my adobe ID password in the meantime. I’m not sure if that would cause issues for the Pocketbook – it still shows my adobe ID in settings and the only option is to deactivate. There is no option to sign in/out. I am facing issues with scrolling through the books that I have bought online (DRM pdf).As recommened in several other post, I tried using other lower version of ADE, viz 3.0, 2.0 including the latest 4.5. All version has the same issue. It looks like compatibility issue with Macbook. I have faced similar issue with Acrobat reader with slow scrolling and as solution, I always used default "Preview" application. In this case since its a DRM protected, I cannot do that. I also tried to contacting the customer care via chat service, but couldn't get any new information than found on this community. At the end was recommended back to ask in this community. Apparently, no one is really of any help at this point. System environment, I am using:- MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2019)- macOS Mojave (v10.14.6)- ADE Version 4.5 Please somebody help or guide me to escalate this issue.
