Error message - 'Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER', when loading an ebook from KOBO into Adobe Digital Editions. I have followed all of the advise online and no luck. The first time I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions, the authorisation process was not exactly done correctly. When i realised this I started over and followed the instructions precisely, but now i have this error message continually.during my fun time figuring this out I have, deleted and re-installed the software twice, reauthorised and de-authorised many times, and removed the activation.dat. Even had KOBO delete ebook from account, reset our account and load a new ebook in an attempt to get something to work.Anu ideas where I am going wrong?Thanks for any help

Je me connecte à cette plateforme, je télécharge le livre et veut l'ouvrir dans adobe grâce au lien adobe content serveur sans succès. Le message suivant apparaît : Adobe digital editions na pas pu se connecter au serveur d'obtention. Assurez-vous d'être connecté à Internet. Je peux naviguer sur Internet sans problème. J'ai essayé de retirer l'autorisation adobe, de la remettre, de désinstaller le logiciel, de le ré-installer. De me connecter sur d'autres ordinateurs, tout ça sans succès ! Je n'ai jamais eu aucun problème avant pour télécharger mes livres de cette manière. La plateforme sur laquelle j'emprunte des ebooks ne trouve pas de solution à mon problème... Mon ordinateur fonctionne sous Windows 7 Professionnel.Merci d'avance !

I've had to do a factory reset on my kobo) ereader, and now I can't connect it to Digital Editions because it says I have reached my maximum installation reset and need to get customer services to reset, but there is no contact for customer services other than to post here, so I'm hoping some lovely wonderful Digital Editions type customer service person keeps an eye on the forum and can wave a magic wand . . . . ?

Beim Umstieg von einem Kobo auf einen Tolino Reader bin ich auf die Frage gestoßen, wo ADE die erfassten Bücher speichert. Ich habe einmal das Verzeichnis "Dokumente\My Digital Editions", in dem epubs und pdfs gespeichert sind, zum anderen "Eigene e-books\Digital Editions", in dem für jeden erfassten Titel eine "epub"-Datei und eine "epub annot" aufgeführt sind. Da viele Titel übereinstimmen, würde ich gerne ein gemeinsames Verzeichnis anlegen und das andere löschen, aber welches?Um einen besseren Überblick zu bekommen, habe ich manche Dateien umbenannt, d.h. den Autor eingefügt. Ich musste dann natürlich den Titel neu hinzufügen und den vorherigen, der dann mit "fehlt" bezeichnet wurde, löschen. In den meisten Fällen hat das funktioniert, aber beim Neustart von ADE tauchen immer wieder einige der vorherigen Einträge auf. Ich wüsste gerne, wie ADE konkret arbeitet, damit ich das Problem lösen kann, finde aber nirgendwo genauere Informationen.

Hallo ich habe folgendes Problem:ebooks lassen sich nicht mit ADE runterladen. Es erscheint das Fenster, dass der Titel runtergeladen wird, aber das Fenster verschwindet nicht mehr und das Buch wird auch nicht heruntergeladen. Wenn ich z.B. auf Hilfe klicke, erscheint ganz oben "Keine Rückmeldung" und ich kann das Programm nur noch schließen. Ich habe ADE bereits deinstalliert und wieder neu installiert, ebenso die Autorisierung gelöscht und wieder neu autorisiert. Alles ohne Erfolg. Leider ist es nicht möglich, direkt auf meinen Reader runterzuladen, so dass ich auf das Programm ADE angewiesen bin um überhaupt ebooks auf meinen Reader zu bekommen. Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich tun kann?LG Smoria

Hii am using Adobe DE for quite long time and my last ebook purchase i got the message "error, check activation" when adding the acsm file to ADE.i didn't change anything on computer, firewall of Bitdefender allowed the connection so i have no idea what to do next.if anyone knows what to do...thanks

How to print from adope digital editions?

I´ve Mac OS El Capitan 10.11 and I´ve downloaded adobe digital editions to be able to listen to my purchased audiobooks. Right now they are in your libary but hoe do I listen to them on my computer and Iphone. Right now I can only read them and it´s audiobooks i´ve bought?

Most of the time many of the pictures do not show, but instead give the image icon and gives the name of the file or image that belongs there.  This makes reading a mathematical/engineering book impossible to read when you can't read the equations.  In addition, most of the formulas are tiny and do not get bigger when you increase text size, and there's no other zoom feature.  I've tried opening the picture as well, like Kindle, but no success.

I have downloaded ADE 4.5.9 and it appears to install successfully but at the very moment when the program is to be launched, I get an error message that the program has stopped working, see screenshot. Any idea what I can do? I am running Windows 10

It seems I have two Adobe IDs nd need to change the one I used for ADE. When I tried to deauthorize my computer so that I could sign back in, my old ID and password were not recognized. Any suggestions?

I bought an E-book in Marsh and open it with Adobe digital 3.0 with no problem.A changed my computer for another and installed Adobe 4.5.8. I copy the e-book file on the new computer and when I filled the wizard to autorize the computer to open, it does not work:"specified provider count is not associated with the element you try to open"Somebody can help?

When I try to install Adobe Digital Edition the installer stops in the extraction phase and just stops.On the file SymCCIS.dll it just stops and you cant do anything but close down the installer from Task Manager.If I extract the file manually using 7Zip the file extracts without any problems.I've tried to disable my antivirus, McAfee, no change.I've tried the solutions found here IT Pro Tips for Adobe Digital Editions 4 | ITNinja nothing.Do you guys have any other suggestions?Does Adobe supply any offline versions of ADE installer without Symantec bundle?

Hi,I first install my account on a Pocketbook. Then I give it to my mother. She has buy a book and creat his own account. Then we want to use only my account so we disconnect his account and try reconnect to mine. It doesn't work so I erase every thing on the pocketbook, and I try to connect again to my account and the message "code E_ADEPT_USER_UNKNOW" appears on my computer when I try to do it.What mean this error code ?How can I fix this ?

Hi, yesterday from play store downloaded the digital edition and I authorized it with my e-mailI downloaded also a purchased book without any problem (from BPP university) and I see all the book.When I open the book I cannot increase the pages with my fingers (zoom) and there are very small letters, also the same problem is also with book "Getting started with Adobe Digital edition".All the other free articles I can increase the screen with my fingers and there is not any problem.Only with Adobe Digital edition in my mobile phone I have this problem. In my PC I correct this with tab change page view and select Zoom 1,5 x.My phone uses Android 7 and it is a Huawei P9 lite.Can someone to help me?Thank you in advanceKostas Palaskas

I'm getting this error E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS and I see you need to get into chat to get someone to reset it but I can't get into chat as it just keeps looping into the forums that keep telling me I need to get into chat!!!! I recently tried to download an e-arc from First to Read's link yesterday. I've gotten this error message:  Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12I've tried it on Firefox Quantum and Safari and got the same message for Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 on my MacBook Air with High Sierra OS. I had the same issue a year ago and now it's back.  I had no issues with it this summer, when I downloaded two links from First to Read.  I also updated Adobe and got the same message too. Any ideas on how to fix it or why I'm getting it.
