Digital Editions

I have contacted at least 7 different people from Adobe support who have not given me a single solid answer, or even a why or who to contact.I made the mistake of authorizing the ADE on a school computer. This computer uses virtual machines.I am trying to lift this authorization as I log back into the same computer station I was in. I cannot, it says invalid credentials.I changed my password, used the new password. Same thing.4 of those 7 people told me to come here, so here I am.How do authorize my personal computer, because now it just gives me an error that there are too many people trying to activate the same thing. I understand that because I already authorized a different computer. I tried logging back into the computer where I first authorized, but there's a software on there that deletes everything you do every time you log out - so that's out of the options.I need this resolved, please anyone. Our instructor sprung this on us on Tuesday. I need this eBook to finish my course,

Digital Editions is niet verkrijgbaar in de Windows Store , dus als ik een computer heb met Windows S , kan ik D E  niet downloaden , maar dat betekend , dat ik geen e-books kan lenen uit de E-book bibliotheek. De bibliotheek ziet ook geen oplossing , iemand wel ? Kom D E nog naar de Windows store

Hi,We're having issues with opening e-books in Adobe Digital Editions. When you try to open them the whole program just freeze and never really gets anywhere from there. The 'Getting Started with Adobe Digital Editions' opens up fine but the other ones won't work at all.Anyone who knows what could be the issue here? Any tips are greatly appreciated.Best regardsErik

Dispongo de ID de Adobe, pero ADE 4.5,  instalado en mi PC no conecta con mi e-reader y no puedo transferir libros desde dicho programa. Mi ereader es un PRS-T1 de Sony y está actualizado. Estaba utilizando "Reader for PC", me quedó obsoleto y gracias a la instalación de ADE, "Reader for PC" ha vuelto a reconocer mi e-reader, pero no el programa de ADE. Preferiria trabajar exclusivamente con Adobe Digital Edition

every time I try to open a file its show me the error message can anyone explain?

I try to delete items but when I later attempt to transfer new items the, supposedly, deleted items return and will be transferred instead of the required new items. I have removed Digital Editions and re-installed but this has no effect. Can anyone help?

I use Ubuntu. I prefer Ubuntu. I can't afford a new machine with windows or OSX....  I have to use someone else's computer to borrow a library book.Why isn't there a version of digital editions for Linux?Also, I commented on another thread that I also want a version for Linux and the moderator rejected my comment.What's up with that?  It's not like I was rude...Why was the moderator?

Hi,I am trying to set a fillable form to have a set of radio buttons display only when the correct answer is selected in the previous question. It worked fine when I just had that function added to the file, but then I added a "Clear Form" button. When I press "Clear Form" (form reset button added), it will remove the answers, but doesn't hide the radio button selection again.

Hi there,I've been using ADE for a few years now, but just recently, when I open it, the program just presents a blank white screen. My books are still there, since when I click around the title bar changes to one of the titles of the books. Similarly, right-clicking, or clicking where the toolbar should be will work normally - I just can't see any of the actual content!I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling (numerous times), renaming folders, and shutting down/restarting numerous times, but nothing seems to work.Can anyone help?

I have lost all access to my books. It requires i authorise my computer, and yet despite 'de-authorising' and 're-authorising', I still can't access my books.

I think I have over 6 devices on my account.  Most are old computers and ereaders I no longer use.  I want to clear all activated devices, and start over.  On the web site, it says I must contact customer support to do this.  When I contact support through the online chat, the rep told me to post my problem to the forums, and this would lead to opening a ticket.  Can someone from Adobe help?

hey does anyone use a page turning pedal with acrobat reader? i got the ik multimedia irig blue turn pedal and it does not work well with iBooks on mac...wondering if anyone has had luck with a pedal like this in reader before i buy it. thanks!

I reinstalled the Adobe Digital Edition app on my  iPhone X. I authorized the device with my Adobe ID but none of my books are showing. I de-authorized and re-authorize to see if it worked. But nothing Any idea why and what do I need to do?

I am adding multiple files to a portfolio and I get the warning message that states: that I need to go to Settings and choose the PDF Portfolio option.  Can someone please tell me where this Settings is please?Thank you
