while looking around the program i hit a button that added an untitled bookshelf which i don't want how do i delete it

Hola , estoy teniendo problemas,   ADE no reconoce mi ereader, en foros he leido que hay que ejecutar setup reader  for pc, pero  cuando lo hago me da un error, no puede acceder al servidor, compruebe la conexión y intentelo de  nuevo, lo hago pero sigue igual,  podeis ayudarme? Gracias

I have my ebooks on ADE, and would like to add them to my Kindle, but there is no option to add a device on the top left corner. I am working from a Mac book. Any advice on how to solve this ? 

Nach dem Herunterladen der Version 4.5 kann ich außer den "Reitern" Datei. Bearbeiten, Lesen, Hilfe nicht machen. Versuche ich ein Buch zu öffnen, bleibt die Seite leer (weiß).

all'improvviso ADE non si apre più! un momento prima aprivo file acsm e un momento dopo il programma non si apre nemmeno. ovviamente ho disinstallato e riinstallato il programma e riavviato il mac ma niente, non funziona niente. suggerimenti?

Buongiorno,Sono riuscita a scaricare Adobe Digital Editio, autorizzare PC e Kobo tutto con successo ma quando provo ad aprire Adobe mi riparte l'installazione di Adobe all'infinito e se la faccio ripartire mi fa la procedura di installazione e poi nulla se non la autorizzo mida errore ''il programma di istallazione richiede l'autorizzazione'' non capisco dove sbsaglio

Twice now, I have lost all my highlights and notes in Adobe Digital Editions in a book that I own.Is there a way to recover my lost notes and highlights?Why are they not saving?

I bought a book from Google Books as an acsm file. I did some searching and found that I need to use Digital Editions to convert it into a pdf file. I did so and now I want this file on my device but I don't know how to, or if I can, download it into my device (tablet). (I contacted Adobe Support and was told that author might not be allowing it to be downloaded?) I don't understand much about these things so I need help in simple words.

Hallo,Nachdem ich eine neue Festplatte ins Notebook bekommen habe, funktioniert Digital Editions nicht mehr. Bücher lassen sich nicht öffnen. Es kommt die Fehlermeldung: "Error. Check activation." Gescheiterte Lösungsversuche:1.) Konto deaktivieren und neu aktivieren, > das Konto lässt sich nicht deaktivieren. Selbe Fehlermeldung "Error. Check activation."2.) Software komplett deinstallieren und neu installieren > der Fehler taucht unverändert auf.Wer kann mir weiterhelfen?Danke.Carla

i've been having an issue the last few days. i select the part of the text needed and as soon as I right click to select one of the options, the app crushes and i have to relaunch it. it's been an issue again in the past for a while.... i don't know what to do.

Hello! I bought a book on Google Books, downloaded it to my Mac, and now I want to transfer it to my wife's Pocketbook. I installed the latest version of Adobe Digital Editions, but when I try to load the book for conversion, the program throws an error. I registered with my Adobe account, but I suspect that since Google is the book provider, I should log in with the Google account I used to purchase the book. However, I can't log into my Google account in ADE—it keeps saying the password is incorrect, even though I'm entering it correctly. As a result, I can't do anything. The ADE program itself also looks strange. I'm attaching screenshots. I have already contacted support but have not yet received a clear positive response to solve the problem. I still don't understand how to change the language in the ADE program. The program itself looks odd; there are no "File" or other tabs. I'm not sure if this is relevant, but I'll mention it.

I am using Adobe Digital Edition 2.01 on Windows XP.  I download books from my local library to my Kobo EReader.  I have been doing this for more than 2 years now, and no problems until today.  Now I am getting the following message: Unable to download Error getting License License Server Communication Problem E_STREAM_ERROR    Has anyone else had this problem....anyone with a solution???

I right click on the downloaded link in my downloads file - Digital editions - which is open - does not show as an option.What please should I do next.I am a neurologically disabled computer dope who has difficulty following lengthy sequences.I have used Digital Editions before and have several books downloaded, including one that I also purchased as an epub version.

I used Digital Editions 4.5 last week with no issues. Today I tried to transfer a new book from my library to my Kobo Clara BW but the ADE would not open. I've tried the troubleshooting I've found online, i.e. running as adminsitrater, uninstalling and reinstalling the programme, renaming the DE folder ( a new one was created when trying to launch the programme) and I've als0 tried compatibility mode with older versions of  windows. I'm running Windows 10 on my laptop. The only step I have not tried is stepping back to version 3 because I was forced a couple of years ago to upgrade. Is anyone else having issues or can recommend anything further to try Thank you Steve

                    Have Adobe Digital Editions 3.0.  Purchased textbook through Google play.  Opens on my laptop (Toshiba L505), android phone, and iRola android tablet.  Syncs "last page read", but does not sync my bookmarks or highlights.  Does anyone know if or how this can be done?  Please help.

Hello.Just bought a bunch of ebook.Digital edition was working fine up untill the point that it stoped displaying anything. I have uninstall-installed the app three times now, including removing all folders related with the app. The issue  perssists, the app is running but no output is shown on my screen. Please help.Tks for your time.

il programma si è bloccato, ho provato a farlo ripartire senza successo. L'ho disisntallato e reinstallato ma adesso si apre ma non contiene gli ebook protetti collegati al mio account e non mi fa scaricarne altri. Ho anche provato ad uscire dal mio account e a rientrare ma il problema rimane, cosa devo fare per farlo ripartire? 

Bonjour, Je suis avec macOS Big Sur 11.1 et j'ai une liseuse Kobo Clara HD.J'ai téléchargé Adobe Digital Edition version 4.5.11, j'ai emprunté un livre à ma bibliothèque que j'ai lu sans problème. Depuis, je suis incapable d'ouvrir les prochains livres. Je peux les lire sous ADE sur mon ordinateur, je peux les glisser dans ma liseuse, mais une fois débranchée, en cliquant sur un livre, ma liseuse me dit "votre liseuse n'est pas autorisée à ouvrir ce livre... protégé par DRM".  J'ai supprimé ADE et tous les fichiers associés, ai nettoyé mon mac, et réinstallé le tout, 3 X. Impossible d'installer la version 3 d'ADE (ne semble pas supportée par la version de mon mac).J'ai parcouru les idées des forums précédents et solutions proposées par différents programmes, rien ne fonctionne. Quelqu'un a une idée ?

HI adobe support, Please help to reset the number of machines allowed by each Adobe ID.  I need it to be reset so that I can authorize my Kobo reader to Adobe Digital Editions. thanks,  

I'm running version 4.5.12.112 on a Dell using Windows 11. The software will not remember my last page read on any book. Each time I have to use a post-it note on my computer to track where I am with the book. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Dear support,I try to deploy ADE 4.5 silently with the following command but a window popup comes up and ask me if I want to include Norton Security: ADE_4.5_Installer.exe /sI red on this post a solution that seems not working anymore:Re: Adobe Digital Editions 4.0.3 mass install...It says to add some reg keys before running the install silently.In my case, I still get the popup window so I can't use this method to mass deploy this update.Do you have another switch command or reg keys to avoid this behaviour please?Thank you in advance,

I have a problem with Adobe Digital Editions and when I went to the Adobe "help" site I wasdirected to input my problem, deposit $5.00 and I would be answered by a technician.  Instead of an answer I got a request for another $38.00.  JustAnswer seems to be aAdobe site, but they also appear to be a scam!

On the page FAQ | Adobe Digital Editions it shows that I need to contact support to get the number of available authorizations reset. I was told in the live chat that I need to post that I need this on the forums, and that was the only way to get the limit reset. So could the Adobe representative who sees this post reset the limit of DRM authorizations on my account and, if possible, remove this limit altogether.Thanks in advance,Keith
