Bonjour à tous,J'ai acheté un e-book sur le site de DUNOD, je me suis alors créée un compte adobe et j'ai téléchargé le logiciel pour PC et l'application mobile pour iPhone et iPad. Après différentes manipulations pour essayer d'avoir le livre sur mes 3 supports, je n'arrive plus à ouvrir le fichier nulle part, bien qu'auparavant j'ai seulement réussi à l'ouvrir via le PC. Ce message d'erreur s'affiche alors quand je sélectionne le fichier du livre afin de l'ouvrir :Merci d'avance pour vos réponses 

I downloaded a kobo book on my work computer which with the work ID not realising i then couldn't download this book on my home pc using my ID.How do i remove the licence of my work pc so i can use the book at home?

When I download a borrowed library book from ADE the file appears in my Nook GlowLight but does not open. I get the Error Dialog "User not Activated" on the Nook. I have ADE activated on y PC. Is there something I need to do to activate the Nook?

Hi,I would like to authorise my adobe ID on my 2nd computer to access my study material. I know the proper way to authorise my adobe ID on another computer is to deauthorise ID on current one and authorise it again on a new one. However,  my desktop (the computer which my ID currently authorised on) had a hardware failure during the weekend and I am unable to turn it on to deauthorise my ID. Would you be able to deauthorise it on your end?ThanksDarren

Non riesco ad autorizzare il pc anche in modo anonimo, senza account ID, stesso errore di connessione, ho già provato a disattivare antivirus, firewall e verificato file host. Grazie

I no longer wish to use Digital editions, however it is the only program that will allow me to read my books.The books were purchased from Bloosberry Publishers. How can i unlock them so i can use a program that will allow me to view two non concurrent pages at the same time?

Can you help with my below issue ?I am able to log into my document with my adobe id on my laptop. When I try to access the same document via adobe digital interface on my tablet , I get the error that I have logged into my document with a different adobe id. However, I have only one id : gmail id, is there any way to check how many adobe id I have ? , with my knowledge I have only one abode id. Is there any workaround as to how to access my document on my tablet.I get the below error Unable to download Error getting License. Tried to figure this out myself, but I need some help! I use Audition 1.5 to record live recordings, and the tracks are sometime over an hour long before I stop Audition to save them. Sometimes I do not have a chance to save a track before I must arm another track to record another hour of material. Normally this is not a problem, and I just save each track seperately when I'm done recording. But, a few times now, Audition has deleted audio from the previous track, before I have a chance to save it, and only the audio recorded before the end of the second track is left. For example: Track 1 was recorded for 1 hour and 14 minutes. When it came time to record the second segment on Track 2, Track 1 had not been saved yet, so I unarmed the track, placed it in mute, and armed Track 2 for recording. I returned to zero on the counter and clicked on Record. Track 2 was stopped at 34 minutes and 52 seconds. Normally when Track 2 is stopped, I just save both tracks seperately and I'm done. Today

Hey,i have a problem with Adobe digital Editions. if i want to copy an ebook on my tolino i recive the failure message E_Adepted_user_UNKNOWN.I try to delet my authorize but this dosent work. Good day,I bought a book that refuses to open in ADE. I contacted the supplier and they assured me that there is nothing wrong with their link and that I should contact adobe. Funny thing is all other books I purchased opens even old ones was automatically included in my library when I downloaded the latest version. I tried all the suggestions regarding DRM Errors yet to no avail. Can someone please help me. I need this book to complete one of my assignments as I am a student.Thank you

I use my Adobe Digital Editions really often and never had any problem. Today, I tried downloading a book from the same site I always download it (public library) and it says: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12I tried to desinstall and reinstall, but it doesn't work.

I have been trying to download Adobe Digital Editions to no avail onto my Windows laptop. It just keeps saying that there is an unknown error, and that Windows is closing the program. I would love help!! Thank you.

Good morning, this is an issue I've been struggling with for about 3 months now.  I've read through these forums, search on google and tried various other sources of information and have not been able to get this resolved.  Whenever I start ADE, whether I click on the program or try opening a acsm file directly, the program starts and I immediately get the message "Adobe digital editions has stopped working" and of course my only option is to close it.  I've tried various versions of ADE going back to version 2.0 up to the newest.  I've always tried to make sure that when I unistall a version of it that I have removed all traces beforehand before installing a different version and this error message always comes up after installing a version of it.  I do have a Kobo ereader but, it is not hooked up to my computer when I'm doing this, nor is the Kobo desktop software running.  I'm pretty much at the end of the rope with this issue as I have no idea how to r

I have installed the application Adobe Digital Edition correctly, and it is authorized in the two mac that I have. When I connect the ereader (Trekstor) the application closes before I can authorize it, and I can not save the books in the ereader. Other ereader Kindel is not visible in the application. What can I do for reading in a ereader? Thanks so much

I want to delete my account and adobe id.  Driving me insane that NOT ONE PERSON can explain it properly for a mac.  Adobe---PLEASE let me know what I need to go to get rid of my digital reader account.  I have two authorized and I can't get any books.  Terrible that it isn't EASIER for users.

I purchased a book from Island Press and was instructed to open in Adobe Digital Editions.  I downloaded that and have an account. The icon for the book appears but the status for it is the above error message.   Is the 'different user' the vendor I bought the book from??? i .e., do I need to get them to do something or is this related to my Adobe account.   HELP.

Hi,I did a complete clean reinstall of windows, on a computer with previously installed adobe digital editions 4.5 and a library of about 40 books. After reinstalling both windows and adobe digital editions, some books stopped opening, showing an error: "Error getting license. License server communication problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER".I've looked through the help pages, but the only option there really is to choose from, is pressing Help and "Erase authorization". I'm unsure what this does to all the books that do still work, because it would be a pain having to get all of them authorized anew individually.How should I go about this?Best regards

Versuchen Sie es erneut". Was muss ich tun, um die Fehlermeldung zu beheben?

Has anyone any idea how you can get to chat with someone at Adobe to reset your activations? I want to check how many activations I have left and to deactivate an old laptop. When I go to the adobe site I go round in circles and never get into chat to speak to anyone to check for me
