Hey everyone,I have the following problem: I have a tolino reader on which my Adobe-ID and password work (so it is the right ID and I'm using the right password). But for some reason I cannot authorizate my computer on the  Adobe Digital Editions. Everytime I try, it says: wrong ID or password.Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong?Looking desperately for a solution.Regards,Banil

I opened 4.5 and all I see are two images that say "MISSING." Well, there are three others that I cannot find either. Can I recover the five very expensive set of books and how? I have a MAC will OS High Sierra.

I have Adobe Digital Editions for a purchased compendium of papers for a class at Harvard. Some of the articles print perfectly, some print with the last line missing, on every page of that article. It's hard to understand what the authors are arguing when significant lines are missing. And I don't see well enough to read the screen version. (nor can I scribble comments on it.)

I am running W10 with Fall Creator.v I have just followed the prompt to update Digital Editions to 4.5.7. - this is the first time I have used ADE since Fall Creator and since 4.5.7 was released. The update proceeded smoothly, but when I opened ADE my library had disappeared. The opening screen isI have downloaded and opened a new title with ADE and that appeared OK, but when I close and reopen ADE there are still no books there. If I try to add the new title I get the message that it is already on ADEI have tried to download 4.5.7 from the Adobe download page, but even if I search on 4.5.7 and then go to that download page, it immediately disappears and reloads the 4.5.6 download page. Has anyone any suggestions?

My issue is I have the free Adobe Acrobat reader on my laptop and mobile phone. I have an E-book and am able to highlight on both, but they're not able to sync with each other and I find myself doing double work as sometime I don't carry my laptop and whatever I highlight there doesn't go over to the phone and vice versa. Is there any way to get them to be able to connect so when I read on the phone and highlight it goes automatically to the laptop and vice versa. Thank you.

I'm trying to authorize my Adobe Digital Editions on my computer, but it gives me the following message: "You can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices." How do I fix this? I don't remember authorizing another computer with this e-mail, but if I did, it was a computer that no longer functions. Is there a way to de-authorize a computer remotely?

Receive a Activation Error trying to download from an e pub link.Have tried removing the activation from DE but it just says come back later (for days!). Then tried the alternative instruction to remove it from the Registry. Followed it and deleted the Key but it simply reappears and the activation option is greyed out.

HelloI have a problem with a ebook in epub format. It happens that in Adobe Digital Edition a blank space appears between a couple of paragraphs after a large amount of text. I checked in the xhtml file and there is no such space, in the css file the <p> tags have only one defined magin-top: 0.1875em;  page-break-after:auto;page-break-before:auto; do not understand why a large space is created from nothing. I assume it has to do with how ADE organizes the text that shows, the reflux of text, will that be?I sincerely appreciate the answers you can offer me

I’ve recently installed this app as it’s the only way I can download online titles for my university research and read them on the go. Upon reading through the first book I noticed that there were huge blank areas with captions nearby indicating there should be images there. I’ve read a similar forum on this problem which was first written in 2007 and NEVER SORTED OUT. Please can I have some answers as to why these images aren’t displaying and also, if they are unsupported formats, why these have not been added to supporting formats.

Call me old but I cannot figure out this technology thing.Problem. I bought a textbook that can only be read on Adobe Digital Editions. I would like to have access to that book on both of my computers (iMac and Macbook). I have the book loaded on ADE on my Macbook and it works decently. I was trying to figure out why a teacher was having issues opening a Digital Editions Book she purchased and I foolishly and mistakenly opened the Book with MY Adobe ID... Now, of course, she can't use the book she purchased because it is associated with my Adobe ID...Can this book be removed from my library and 'freed up' so she can open her purchased Book?

I have installed ADE4.5.6 today. The program starts and I can add new Ebooks by using acsm files. But the program crashes without errors or warnings when I connect an Ebook reader. If I change the order of connecting (connect the reader first and then starting ADE) ADE crashes right immediately after start. I sent an error log to Apple, but I think I will need some help from Adobe.

I've been having difficulty downloading library ebooks, so it was suggested I erase my Adobe ID authorisation on my computer & then go through the process of authorising again.  So I erased my Adobe ID authorisation, & then when I tried to do a new authorisation using the same Adobe ID & password, the message came back that I can only authorise this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been used to previously authorise any other computer or device.  Wondering what my options are now?

ADE (tried with 3.0 & 4.5) running on Win10 64x freezing/crashing/not responding after downloading any eBook.I get no error messages. Just says fulfilling download, eBook appears but cannot click on anything or even close the program as has crashed. I force close ADE and re-open but eBook disappeared. I have to re-install ADE to get it to load back up but get the same crash every time.Please help

Hi,My ADE4.5.7 denies access to purchased documents after some time. It marks them as "expired".I tried to download 4.5.6 from the "Problems with 4.5.7" forum link, but I simply get another download of a 4.5.7 installer.

I am running Windows 10 and am using ADE 4.5. However, I am unable to open ADE. It will flash off to the side but won't open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at twice already. I've attempted to open it as an administrator. I have removed my digital editions folder and I still can't open ADE. It's driving me bonkers. I can't put anything on my nook, download library books...Any suggestions?

I have tried multiple books from overdrive. Each one displays an entire chapter per page, however, it runs down below the screen and will not scroll down.  Using the next page function jumps to the next chapter.  I have tried completely removing the software and reinstalling, but that doesn't help.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Any solutions?  I am on Windows 7.

Hi, version 4.5.7 is having problems opening certain PDFs. Could you enable the download of version 4.5.2 with which this problem does not occur?
