I have an ACT prep book that I purchased using google play store but I can't print off the pages because it says printing is not allowed. How do I fix this issue?

I was wondering, is there any special plugin or tool that allows products that are bought to be sent to the user in the Adobe Digital Editions way?Thanks,

So I'm starting to freak out since I have no idea what the f I'm supposed to do and am not able to contact Adobe directly. I tried to download a book I bought - which makes me even angrier since I spent 10 bucks on a book I needed the following day and now do I not only not have the ebook available but even worse my macbook is f'ed up. After / while downloading the book the App just stopped working and freezed. For the last week I now had the Digital Editions App opened. There are two windows - one showing the progress of the book download (seems to be at 100%) and the other one my library. I can't click on anything within the application. I tried to force it to close but that ain't working - so how about shutting down my laptop? Nope. Doesn't allow me to shut down or to restart my laptop unless all apps are closed. So I tried uninstalling it. Doesn't work since the App is still opened. So tell me, wtf am I supposed to do?? This free application basically f'ed up my 2000$ Laptop that I

Hi, I have wiped all my Android device, and would like to re-activate my Adobe Digital Editions, but it show me "E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS", can you help to reset the count? I have 2 device can't be activated now.

I'm trying to download ebooks on to my e-reader, which I have been able to do in the past, but e-act not ready and e-auth-bad-device-key keep showing up. I've tried the various solutions offered, deleted the activation.dat and keychain access, but nothings worked. Any ideas?

Hey everyone,I have the problem that I am not able to view my eBook on my computer correctly.When I open the eBook it is too far zoomed in, which is not the case for the first steps one.Pls help

This may seem easier than it should be-but it is not. My previous laptop had Windows 10, with Adobe Digital Editions on with a lot of books...My new laptop is running the latest Windows with ADE, too. The old laptop does not open ADE at all - it shows that the app is running but it does not display on the desktop.How can I get the books etc from my OLD to NEW laptop without trying to download all the previous versions of ADE (I have tried to reinstall 3.0, but it still doesn't work).

i  am getting the message that I have reached the maximum number of machines I can use for downloads...I have been trying for days to authorize my kobo...one machine only...but now its useless as ade is not opening my library books on the kobo...the forums say authorize and unauthorize to troubleshoot. That caused me to exceed the number ofauthorizations. no help anywhere for this

I'm trying to take the DRM off of an ASCM file so I can convert it into plain text and export it into readlang.I have Windows 10 on a PC. I started with ADE 4.5.7 and authorized my computer. I kept getting this error message:Error getting License: License server communication problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER'I've tried going into my settings and making ADE the default app for .acsm. I tried opening the .acsm file in explorer. I tried uninstalling 4.5.7 and replacing it with 4.0 (I've read that the older versions are less buggy, specifically 1.7.2, but can't find any version older than 4.0). I also thought it might be the ID that was the problem, so I created a new adobe ID, deauthorized the computer and reauthorized it with the new ID. None of that had any effect.I've tried deauthorizing the computer and downloading the .acsm file into ADE. Then the program gives me the prompt to authorize the computer, but every time I click "authorize" the program crashes.Thanks so mu

For the first 3 years that I had my Nook I had no problem downloading library books and openingthem. Recently they would not open on the Nook, after several weeks I could once again openthem. Now....back to the same problem, it once again has an error msg 'This book has been returned.Loan not on record.'I have tried all the suggestions, I am so disappointed and at my wits end. I am no longer happyNook owner!

I have been reading a book on my I Pad with Digital Editions, and highlighting text as I go. I then opened the book on another computer (authorized) but the highlights do not appear. Is there a solution so that markups on one device show up on another one?

Betrifft: Löschung meines autorisierten Kontos und aller Adobe Programme. Ich betreibe einen Computer mit Windows 10, mit Kaspersky Virenschutz und lese mit einem Kobo E-Book Reader. Ich kaufe E-Books  bei Thalia ,Kobo oder borge sie bei DigiBib Steiermark (onleihe.de)aus.Seit ich das Programm ADE 4.5.7.179634 installiert habe, kommt nach dem Download eines Buches die Meldung:“ Wie möchten Sie mit dem URLLinks.acsm verfahren?“, und schlägt mir u.a. Adobe Reader vor. Adobe Reader kann die Datei nicht öffnen und ADE wird nicht vorgeschlagen. Ich kann das Buch nicht lesen.Der Zugriff auf das Programm 4.5.6 ist nicht mehr möglich.Ich bitte um Löschung meiner ID und aller Adobe Programme.Danach will ich eine neue ID erstellen und die Programme neu laden. Oder haben sie eine andere Lösung?Bitte benachrichtigen sie mich über die nötigen Schritte.

quand je télécharge  un livre emprunté sur adobe,par la suite je veux le mettre sur ma kobo...mais parfois à gauche de l’ecran On voit dernière lecture dans le haut au lieu de Kobo et Kobo est uniquement sur la dernière ligne après  la liste Bibliorooms soit...emprunté,acheté,ajouté etc...et je ne peux transférer dans Kobo quand il est à cet endroit.Il doit être en haut au dessus de Biblioroom ...comment faire pour le mettre à cet endroit?Merci!

How can I  transfer e books from my Digital Editions bookshelf (downloaded from the public library) to my Sony PRST1 eReader (using Windows 8.1 PC).The instruction page on the Adobe website shows a screenshot of what the bookshelf page should look like.   What I see on my bookshelf pages is similar except my device isn't there.   It is a supported type of device.  I followed the instructions carefully, connecting the device before opening Digital Editions, and I authorized the device when asked.   The device works fine with other types of book files (Overdrive, EPUB, PDF).   And Digital Editions is obviously working fine too, in downloading books to my PC from the public library.   I just can't see any way of getting them onto the Sony Reader software on my PC (which is also working fine) or directly onto the reader.  (I tried chatting with Adobe support, but the agent there just says he has no training in this area and c

Hi everybody!I need your help to solve a problem of access to the Adobe Digital Edition 4.5 software in order to read downloaded e-books. I tried several times but the software always asks for my proxy server credentials. Though I wrote them I didn't succeed in opening the e-books. My institution don't allow me to access out of the proxy server.My institutional informatic support thinks that the problem could be linked to a difficulty to access to your servers. Is it possible? Can I obtain a list of Adobe Digital Edition servers? In this case my informatic support could add an exception for these servers in our server proxy.Thank for your attention.ByeAnna

My computer does not open .acsm files in Adobe Digital Editions. My device is Nook Simple Touch and Operating System is Wins 10. When I download ebooks from Download Destination they open in Overdrive, not ADE.

I bought an eText that required me to download Adobe Digital Editions to access it. After downloading it, I've noticed content missing on various graphs and diagrams. Why is this an issue? Is there something I can do to correct this? Can I return this product and just get the physical textbook? Awful product.

Hello,I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 and that I need to read a e-textbook but I am unable to read all the text through the program. I have tried redownloading the textbook and restarting my computer but the problem persists.

Hello everyone,ADE 4.5 was working fine until I've recently installed W10 patch (for the CPU issues). I have tried uninstall ADE and reinstall it but it didn't work. Also tried the renaming of the My Digital Edition file but still not working. I can see that ADE is working in the background but it is not launching at all. Also tried the compatiblity thing but it is not working.I was wondering whether ADE is not compatible with the current state of W10.Can anyone help?Thanks,Alice

I've reached the maximum of authorized devices but most of them are no longer available (pc's or eareders on the trash).I know I can deauthorized a device when conected but...how can I do that without conect that device? Can I get a list of authorized devices and do it from there?If that's not possible, I would deauthorized all actual devices -I mean to reset all authorizations (so later I can authorized again the pc and ereader I follow nowadays).Thanks in advance for your help.

From World of Digitals I bought the ebook Fire and Fury by Michael Wolff. I have the .acsm file but Adobe Digital Editions (latest download) presents me with Error! Check Activation. I do not know what to do.
