I'm trying to transfer my library books from OverDrive. I get this message when trying to import.  Unable to download. Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY

Hi Customer Support,I was told to post here to get my Adobe Digital Editions activation limit reset. I was having trouble with my Kobo and wiped it/reinstalled ADE too many times while trying to solve my issue. Please help! I haven't been able to use ADE in weeks. Screenshot of error is included. I try to authorize my device (iPad). But there is a message "Digital Editions could not connect to the activation server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet", does anyone also has this problem? and how to solve this?I don't think Adobe aware of this problem. The way to contact them is very difficult! They should improve the others channel to report issue.

I recently purchased an ebook with DRM to read it in my Kobo e-reader, so I downloaded ADE 4.5 but it crashed after page 5.  Following instructions on Kobo forums I uninstalled ADE 4.5 and downloaded ADE 3.0.  It keeps crashing after page 5, both on my ereader and also in the computer using ADE 3.0.  So now I cannot read my ebook at all.  Any suggestions? I have purchased a book and tried to open it on ADE. It continually got the error code that it could not open as it did not recognize the registration.  I followed all the advice on these forums and nothing worked (including removing the authorization code and starting over).  Now I am getting another code:I am beyond frustrated.  I tried to redownload the book, but it won't let me.  I am not impressed with this program at all. 

Windows 10, Digital Editions 4.5. When I installed Digital Editions everything worked until I downloaded books from the public library with DRM protection. There is no special error message, but my library ist empty now, even the books I bought don't appear. Several times I deauthorized my notebook and authorized it again, Sometimes it works for a short time, but then the books don't appear again, Maybe I used too much licences because DRM doesn't recognize my deauthorizations. Please increase my licenses. My proposal is to give the user the possibility to manage the licenses with the Adobe Account, so one can replace a damaged device with an other.Windows 10, Digital Editions 4.5. I have both the PC version and the Android version of Digital Editions and I am having issues with each. I was given a free book with a purchase I had made and was given the book via digital editions. I was able to get the book to open on the desktop but that same ASCM file will not upload on the Android. Further more I powered down my computer and closed digital editions and now it won't work at all. The program is running, it is on my task bar, but every time I try and open it to view, the window shoots up from the task bar as if it is opening but it is opening above the viewable desktop. It's as if it is trying to open on a second monitor that I don't have set up.

I have windows 10 and am completely unable to download library content tomy Kobo glo. I have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe digital editions. Ihave restarted my computer. I have tried to go back to adobe 3 rather than4.5.I have messed with the network keys, I de-authorized and re-authorized myaccount. I have no idea what to try next.please help

Ich kann nicht autorisieren und damit das Buch aus der Bücherei nicht auf den Tolino kopieren. Ich habe meine Adobe-ID wohl schon für etwas anderes verwendet. Kann ich eine zweite erstellen? Wenn ja, wie? Oder gibt es einen anderen Weg von der Stadtbücherei über den Laptop zum Tolino?

I have Photoshop CS5 and used to be able to open RAW files with my Canon 7D. I've just bought a Canon 5D Mark II, and CS5 won't open its photos in RAW. What versions of Photoshop open RAW from a Canon 5D Mark II?  Thanks!

I have purchased, downloaded a book & converted the "ascm" file to "epub" & loaded into my Sony PRS-900 ebook. When I try to open the book to read, I get a circle with a diagonal line through it & the message,  "protected page" on the screen. I cannot access the book. Has anyone any ideas about how to fix?

How/where do I submit my question?  I submitted one earlier but it was rejected?  Not sure why...

I have a new computer.  I installed digital editions and authorized the computer. I borrowed a library book and cannot transfer it into my Nook e-reader.  I think I probably have to make the app recognize the Nook, but I don't know how..  Can anyone help me?

desde ayer me da error en la autorizacion de mi cuena en el ipad, deber ser porque lo instale en el ordenador, y despues de ello me dejode funcionar en la tablet.lo quite del ordenador y todo y me sigue saliendo este mensaje: error digital editions no ha podido conectarse al servidor de activacion asegurese de que esta conectado  internet.el ipad esta bien conectado he probad conectarlo a la red de casa, a la de mi movil. he desintalado varias veces la aplicacion, en el ordenador, he reiniiado la tablet...y no puedo ayuda rapidooo

After reformatting my PC and trying to add the .ASCM files I have obtained through google play. However when I try to add them I get an error popup that says"E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED". I understand there is a device limit. But It is the same device with a new Windows 10 installation, Is there anything I can do?

I need help to reset my Activation Count. But I can't reach the chat with a support tech. Please help me someone. In my aTolino eReader the Authorization fail comes up suddenly. I have de-authorized my computer, but still the error comes up. I want to zero the count./Mattias Nowenwik

The eMail account is no longer active and also I don't remember my password.My account was something like k.bestmann@foni.net or something like this. I don't remember my detailed eMail account and also my password.The eMail account is no longer active and so I can't receive an eMail.AMENDMENT: Just now I found an old eMail - my Adobe ID can be karin-bestmann@foni.net - but I don't still have this eMail account active to receive an eMail for change passwordWhich chance I have to reactivate my ebooks???thanks forwards.

I have ended up with 2 accounts with Adobe. I have been through the Customer Care process as instructed on the website but they referred me to the forum.  I originally had a Sony eReader and then bought a KOBO eReader. I was having problems getting books to download from the Kobo site and I was told to reinitialise my ereader and I somehow ended up with 2 accounts under 2 different email addresses. My fault as I probably put my other email details in not realising it was a problem. However I now have ebooks which are DRM protected under different accounts. Is there anyway to get the DRM rights all put on one account. It has really only caused problems when I get a new device and it tells me I cannot open certain books as they have a different user ID. Spent a lot of time today trying to get my new Windows tablet to access all my books. Thanks

Hello,A few hours ago I purchased an e-book. I was confused about what I was supposed to do to open it and opened it without using my adobe ID. So apparently now I can only use it on this computer and if I reinstall the operating system I won't be allowed to read my book again. I was actually planning on reinstalling my operating system soon, so is there anyway I can unregister this book from this PC and start the process again, linking it to my adobe ID and be allowed to have multiple copies over multiple devices? It was an honest mistake please help.!

I have been able to successfully download Digital Edition on my MacBook Pro and on my iPad.  Why am I receiving the message"Digital editions could not connect to the activation server. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet"? I had to be on the internet to download the app to the device, so why is this happening.  I am using the same email (Adobe ID) and password that I've used on my MacBook Pro on my iPAd.  Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you resolve. If not, how do you resolve this issue.
