I can't authorise an app on my phone, because I get the error that I reached my authorisation limit. I contacted the Chat regarding this problem but the consulted redirected me to the forum, saying I can only get help here. All I want is to have all my authorisations reset so that I would be really thankful for the help.

I have tried in vain to download an e-book from MyiLibrary that needs to be opened in Adobe Digital Editions.Each time I click to download the set-up for Digital Editions initialises and all that happens is that the programme then opens with out my book being downloaded.I have tried re-installing, locating the .acsm file on chrome and even installing the old edition of the programme.I am using the windows 8 os, PLEASE HELP. How can i get the program to download the book I desperately need?

Hello, I have purchased an e-book that requests Adobe Digital Edition to read. On my laptop there are 2 operating systems present: Windows and Fedora Linux. Right now I can open the book only under Windows. Is it possible to set up the book in a way that it is readable under both operating systems?Thanks and best regards,Istvan Fay

Can I recover the Adobe ID and password from my working ADE on a Windows 7 laptop so I can transfer the books to my new android tablet?

I've purchased tree books trough Archambault i can not read them my id need to be reset they told me to contact adobe and it is a nightmare to get support the error messages well I've had several one of them was a loop of: enter your correct id and password nonstop, other Erreur : E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER, i can not download the books in my ipad so i need help somebody please

Got some e books (Adobe Content ...) on my tolino and my Computer, i use to can read them but then i was asked to update, create new account, after doing that i'am unable to open books on tolino nor pc, cant log in on tolno with the new account neither. Just installed ADE 4.5.2 and started having issues immediately with book borrowed from my public library.I've uninstalled it twice and tried to reinstall, but experience the same issue.it seems hand and not let me do anythingAny suggestions?

Hello Adobe.How's it going?  Feeling well?I've got a problem here with your ADE software.  It doesn't work.  It keeps popping up the error "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER".  It's actually quite important that I am able to open the books I've downloaded.  But your software doesn't work.I have noticed the problem is occurring for lots of other people too.  Some people (not Adobe, but other people who are trying to be helpful) post various solutions which seem to have worked for them, and some people claim they did something and now it works but don't say what that something might be, but none of the solutions provided by users have solved the problem for me.Your software still doesn't work.Can you please fix it?  Can you also please either push the fix out to all installations of the ADE software, or make the fix available and easy to find on your website?As it is quite urgent that I access the books I have downloaded, and as this problem has e

Since purchasing a new lap top I am unable to download ebooks from my local library. I have ADE and Overdrive installed.Previously on my old lap top I would download from the library and the ebook  would automatically appear in ADE now it downloads to Overdrive but I cant drag it into ADE and therefore cant send to my Kobo Ereader. On my husbands (new laptop) we can download to ADE but when we try to send or drag the ebook to the Kobo a msg comes up NO PERMISSION TO COPY THIS BOOK. Our lap tops and my ereader is authorised for ADE.

I attempted to download an ebook from my library into my existing ADE 3.0 program, which I have done successfully dozens of times, and it could not download (error e_adept_IO). Other help forums indicated I should deauthorize my computer, uninstall ADE 3.0, remove it and all existing ADE files from my computer and empty the trash, then reinstall. I did this, and then attempted to reinstall ADE 3.0 and it says there is an error with installation and I need to contact the software manufacturer. I attempted to install the other versions of ADE as well, and it will not work (same error). I have tried restarting my computer, I checked to ensure I have adequate space on my computer, tried from different browsers, and deleted all ADE files and attempted downloads after each attempt. PLEASE help. This is the only way I can download ebooks and I'm very frustrated with this process.

Trying to borrow a library book using Overdrive. No problem downloading the book to my computer and then to my Nook.  When I try to open it on my Nook I got this  "error dialog  "User not activated".  I cannot find any info to fix this.

I have DE ver 4.5.2 I have downloaded two books, have returned them but they keep showing up when I open DE.Do not know how to get rid of them.I have removed every thing with that name from my computer that search can find. I have removed them from the library numerous times, but when I shutdown and restart they are back.I have uninstalled and reinstalled, reauthorized several times, all to no avail.I am also having trouble sending a book to my Nook Color. It tells me unauthorized to copy.I have authorized the Nook to this version and computer.

?Hello I have purchased quite a lot of ebooks from Barnes and Noble UK directly onto my Nook Simple Touch Glowlight via  wifi. These purchased ebooks have never been visible in Adobe Digital Editions when I connect the Nook to my computer via USB. Is there a way to transfer these ebooks to my Adobe Digital Editions Library.
