Hallo,ich lade meine ausgeliehenen Bücher auf meinen Tolino Vision 4 shine über ADE. Das klappt sonst auch. Aber dieses Mal erschein auf dem Tolino, wenn ich die Bücheer öffnen will immer obige Fehlermeldung. Diesees Problem hatte ich vor ein Monaten schon mal mit 2 Büchern. Irgendwann ging es dann. Diesees Mal kann ich kein Buch mehr öffnen.Kann mit jemand helfen? Danke

Je n'ai plus accès à l'adresse courriel liée à ADE et je n'ai plus le mot de passe. Comment puis-je associer ADE à un autre courriel et avoir accès à mes livres qui sont sur l'ancienne adresse ?

Here is an update with an answer to my problem with the error code on the Mac:I decided to trash ADE version 2.0 and went back to version 1.7.2, which is available at http://helpx.adobe.com/digital-editions/kb/cant-install-digital-editions.html. I downloaded the version for Mac on Intel-based computers. Just be sure that you delete the ADE version 2.0 before you download version 1.7.2.This solved the problem---no error code and the ACSM file downloaded to Digital Editions without a hitch. I was able to drop it in my Nook library and all is well. Thank goodness.Hope that this information helps other Mac users.**********Original problem and question:I have a new Mac Air and have downloaded the Mac version of Digital Editions 2.0 to my computer so I can download books from the public library onto my Nook. Bonjour, j'ai une liseuse Kobo. Lorsque je la branche sur mon ordinateur et que je clique sur Connecter pour la connecter à mon ordinateur, je ne la vois pas dans les périphériques de Adobe Digitals Editions. Je n'arrive donc pas à transférer mon livre numérique sur ma liseuse. Quelqu'un peut m'aider? 🙂

Hello, Seen a number of similiar post about multiple copies. But think I have a new version of the same problem. When I refresh my ipad and iphone app I get a new copy of the same books, but only for newly added books. The old ones don't update. Any solutions?

J'ai le message suivant lorsque j'essaye d'ouvrir un livre sur la tablette Kobo apres un transfet depuis ADE version 4.5.11.187303 : Votre Liseuse n'est pas autorisée à ouvrir ce livreCe livre est protégé par Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM). Ayant désautorisé votre liseuse précédement, vous devez le réimporter en utilisant Adobe Digital Editions (ADE).Pourtant ma liseuse est correctement autorisée dans ADE. Avec le meme ID adobe sur le PC (Windows 10) et sur la liseuse. Le livre apparait bien sur la liseuse mais impossible de l'ouvrir. Merci à Adobe d'apporter une réponse. Ce dysfonctionnement m'empeche de pouvoir lire les livres empruntés sur la liseuse.  

I'm trying to add new eBooks to my ADE application on my Windows PC but I keep getting errors that it cannot (or will not) open the files. I've reinstalled and re-logged into the software but nothing seeems to work. Here are some screenshots of the problem. Any information on how to rectify this issue would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to authorize my Kobo Clara HD via Adobe Digital Edition. It finds my ereader, but when I click on the settings cog by the ereader, the option to "authorize device" is greyed out. as are the options of device authorization information, and erase device authorization. why does it show Error Check activation when I try to open a file on Adobe Digital Editions

Hi:I've downloaded an ebook (as a URL Link file) from my local library. When I try to open it, I receive the following message:"Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12"I've tried this on URL files from two different libraries. I've also checked the version of Digital Editions is authorised and I've downloaded the most recent version. I'm still getting this error.Can anyone please help me resolve this issue?ThanksCatherine

Hola, Tengo una cuenta de Adobe Digital Editons y ahora, para poder descargar los líbros de la biblioteca, me indican que debo autorizar un nuevo equipo y seleccionar como proveedor odilo. Des de la Biblioteca me indican que debo seguir la ruta: Ayuda > Autorizar un equipo > Proveedor Odilo. Pero tengo la opción de "Autorizar un equipo" desactivada. He contactado con el servicio de ayuda de Adobe y me indican que escriba la duda aquí.¿Me pueden ayudar? Gracias

Posseggo la versione 4.5.8. di Adobe Digital editions e non riesco a leggere i libri, perché mi si chiede l'ID fornitore e la password di accesso. Non capisco come si faccia. Potete aiutarmi?

Hallo, meine Adobe ID (emailadresse) ist out of order und somit nicht mehr zu erreichen. Ich kann somit keine DMR pflichigen Bücher öffnen. Wie kann ich die ID ändern.

Bonjour, je tente d'ouvrir ADE 4.5 et ça fige sur "Chargement de la bibliothèque". J'ai supprimé et réinstallé ADE, mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas. Je suis sur PC avec Windows 11 Famille.

ein in die Bibliothek neuhinzugefügtes Buch kann ich nicht lesen,bei allen anderen Bücher in der Bibliothek gibt es keine Probleme. Dagegen kann ich das Buch bei Calibre einwandfrei lesen

Honestly the Digital Editions is one of the low-end ebook readers on the market.Especially scientific books including illustrations render with the pictures cut in pieces by an arbitrary page break!A book for €100 with unreadable illustrations is not acceptable. I have to blame Adobe for not to take basic content display situation into account and not the author of the book.
