immer wieder kommt die Fehlermeldung E-ACT-TOO-MANY-ACTIVATIONS und ich versuche schon seit tagen Hilfe für die Rücksetzung zubekommen!!! Jetzt hoffe ich das es auf diesem Wege klappt!!! Vielen Dank im vorab Angelika Elbracht

EPUB text size menu, set on Medium & can't change to Large.  Why doesn't that menu work, to allow me to increase font size?

I'm having problems to open new epub files. The advice is to authorize my pc again but somehow I'm not able to deauthorize. I get the message "Try later" but this is already going on for a while.

Bonjour,  Propriétaire d'une Kobo Aura que j'utilise principalement pour lire des livres numériques empruntés à ma bibliothèque, j'ai rencontré un gros souci de synchronisation lors de mon changmenet d'ordinateur (Macbook air M1) sur lequel j'ai dû installer la dernière version d'Adobe Digital Editions 4.5. Le livre copié sur la Kobo refusait de s'ouvrir et la liseuse affichait le message suivant : "Ce livre est protégé par Adobe DRM. Vous devez confirmer l'accès à votre liseuse avec Adobe ID en utilisant ADE"." J'ai passé plusieurs heures à chercher la solution à ce problème, du côté du support d'Adobe et de Kobo, en réinstallant les programmes, en réinitialisant la Kobo en règlages d'usine, en annulant et renouvelant l'autorisation de l'ordinateur et de la kobo, le tout sans succès ... La solution proposée sur internet demandant d'installer ADE 3.0 qui n'est pas compatible avec mon OS et d'ailleurs ne semble plus accessible en téléchargement ... Mais grâce à ce po

Hallo,ich brauche Hilfe, dass mein Acrobat Reader zurückgesetzt wird. Er sagt als Fehler auf meinem Tolino E_act_too_many_activations. Früher war es alles viel einfacher. Wie kann ich Kontakt zur Hilfe aufnehmen? Wenn das so weiterläuft werde ich mein Tolino ad acta legen. Bitte Kontakt aufnehmen. Ich bin jetzt allerdings gleich nicht mehr zu erreichen. Gerne würde ich mit dem Support auch Kontakt per Mail aufnehmen. Das ist scheinbar nicht mehr möglich.  

j'ai téléchargé tous les livres achetés sur vivlio sur adobe digital éditions, j'ai suivi la procédure et au moment d'autoriser les périphériques depuis ma liseuse. Je ne peux pas changer le fournisseur Ebook et lorsque je note mon mail et mon mot de passe, j'ai le message suivant "vous ne pouvez accorder une autorisation à cet ordinateur condition de ne pas utiliser  un ID Adobe déjà alloué à un autre ordinateur ou périphérique mobile. Veuillez essayer.".Sauf que j'ai l'application seulement sur cet ordinateur, j'ai fermé tous les comptes ouverts car j'ai un compte sur mon gmail et mon facebook. Si quelqu'un peut m'aider car j'aimerai pouvoir lire mes livres sur ma liseuse. I am using Mac OS X 10.9.5. I installed ADE 4.0 and was able to use the ascm file from my local library to download a library book to ADE 4.0 bookshelf. ADE recognizes my Kobo eReader, but when I drag the book to the eReader, ADE first tells me it is copying the file to the eReader, then it promptly crashes and gives a long error (pasted below). I tried this on my laptop too, which uses Mac OS X 10.7.5, also with ADE 4.0. Exact same thing happens.I have no idea what's going on. Does anyone have any suggestions? Bonjour, J'utilise Digital Editions depuis un peu plus d'un an, avec des Ebooks de chez Dunod. Je n'ai jamais eu aucun problème jusqu'à présent. Et d'un seul coup, plus du tout possible d'ouvrir Digital Editions. Quand je clique sur l'icône, il ne se passe rien, aucun message d'erreur. J'ai essayé de désinstaller, réinstaller, retélécharger mes Ebooks, rien à faire. Je me demande s'il n'y a pas un problème de compatibilité avec Windows 11 ou autre. Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution? Merci de votre aide.

I can't sign into Adobe Digital Editions from my computer.I have removed all my devices from my account.I have revoked the permission on my mobile device. It was still not working so I cleared the cache and data and then deleted my mobile app. I deleted and reinstalled the app on my computer.I was still getting the error message: "You can grant permission to this computer as long as you don't use an Adobe ID already allocated to another computer or mobile device. Please try again".However, it is written that it is possible to transfer elements between 6 devices. I don't see how this is possible if I'm not allowed to connect to more than one device.Also, I learned by reading the FAQ that I cannot transfert a borrowed book to another device. I opened it in my mobile before learning that and I would like it to be in my computer since the mobile app won't allow me to zoom enough for the book to be readable. Somit gibt es dann das Risiko, dass ein anderer A1/AON-Kunde diese Adresse in Zukunft verwendet.Ich habe ein neues GMX-Konto eröffnet, xxxx@mail.gmx ist die neue zu verwendende E-Mail Adresse. Für das Managen und Lesen von E-Books habe ich 2013 auf meinem Lap-Top ADE 2.0 installiert, dabei wurde dann auch mein Adobe Konto und meine Adobe-ID eröffnet.Nun habe ich vor einigen Tagen im Adobe-Konto und für die Adobe-ID die referenzierende Mail-Adresse auf die neue E-Mail Adresse geändert.

I can't read one particular book.  Download appears good, the UUID matches Adobe Digital Edition and another book's.  The other book reads fine, this one generated an error message.  Version 4.5.187303 and Window 7 computer.

Hey Guys! I´ve just bought an ebook that requires Adobe Digital Editions to be read.I downloaded the software, registered the device, followed all the steps and still have a problem scrolling the pages of the ebook I am trying to read.I have a Samsung notebook running windows 11, some of you have the same issue? 

Hopefully I can get some help here -- when I click on the ADE shortcut, the icon appears on the taskbar at the bottom of my screen (Windows 11), but there is nothing to see. I can see the program with ALT-TAB, and I can see it running in Task Manager too, but I can't actually see the window. Any ideas?

I have the files saved as a pdf file, when I try to add the book into an ereader program, it says file is not supported. Can you recommend an app for an ereader so that I can hear the books read aloud?  

Hi, I have and IPad Air 2,  when i download a book from my library, it will only partially download books.  Pages are missing, and you can barely see outlines of other pages.  Anyone have a fix? 

I am using adobe digital editions 4.5.11. in my laptop which my university gave me. we as a school purchased a book from e-book central and in order to open the book we need use adobe digital edition program (unfortunately). I used to use the program with its all features yet one day the copy function started not to work. the feature came and went back couple of times and now it is all gone. no matter how many times I install the program and download the e-book, that function did not come back. I tried the get help from adobe chat yet it was useless. My adobe case is ADB-25921748-H5B0. I assume I use the paid version of the program since it comes as a default program with the laptop that school gives. You can get me in contact through my e-mail
