Digital Editions

I bought a new PC because my old one crashed. On the new PC I can't use my Adobe ID because Adobe says that the ID is already registered on a PC. I tried to deactivate my ID on the new PC and then Activate it, but now I have the error message E_LIC_ALREADY_FULLFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER. How can I solve the problem ? It seems that Nook are closing their UK operations and we're being moved over to Sainsburys Entertainment instead. One of the requirements of the transfer is that we have to download and install Adobe Digital Editions on the computer (Windows 7 Pro) then use it to 'Authorise' both the computer and the Nook, in order to download books first to the computer and then transfer to the Nook.I did all this and it worked perfectly well. I got an Adobe ID, ran and installed ADE, authorised the computer and then authorised my Nook. I bought a book, downloaded and transferred it to my Nook. All good - everything worked as it should.Next, I got an Adobe ID for my wife because she has a Nook as well. Remember that ADE is already on the computer and the computer is already authorised, so now I connect her Nook to authorise it with her Adobe ID. ADE sees that there's an unauthorised Nook attached but the only ID it has to authorise it with is mine, not hers, and it won't allow me to input her ID anyw

HalloIch habe einen neuen eReader von PocketBook (Era 64 GB) und wollte meine PocketBook Cloud auf dem eReader anmelden. dabei taucht aber folgender Fehler auf:Aktivierung fehlgeschlagen (E_ADEPT_ ACCOUNTINFO_ERROR http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/SigninDirect E_pocketbook_ACCOUNT_INFO Incorrect user uuid).Mit dem Support von PocketBook hatte ich bereits Kontakt, diese haben mich informiert, dass sie mir bei diesem Problem auch nicht mehr weiterhelfen können, da dies ein Problem bei Adobe zu sein scheint.Habt ihr noch eine Idee wie ich mein Problem lösen kann?

Hello, I am using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and I created a document from a web page.  I want to remove one of the hyperlinks from the front page.  I looked at the online support (see link below) which told me to Delete a linkSelect the Link tool or the Select Object tool .Select the link rectangle you want to delete. Choose Edit > Delete, or press the Delete key.When I tried to do this, I could not find the Link tool, so I used the Select Object tool.  I selected the link to be deleted, but when I chose Edit > Delete, the Delete function was not available.  I then tried to press the Delete button on my computer but this did not work. Does anyone know how I can delete a hyperlink from a web created PDF document?  Thank you!

Depuis quelque temps, je n'arrive plus à tourner les pages des fichiers "acsm". Lorsque je clique sur "page suivante", la page ne change pas. Je dois quitter le livre, retourner à la bibliothèque et revenir au livre pour accéder à la page suivante. Effectuer cette procédure 300 fois pour un livre de 300 pages, c'est long et pénible!Merci de votre aide

Hi! So my issue is, that my adobe digital editions runs very very slow when scrolling through my books. My internet is fine and uninstalling and reinstalling makes no change. How do i solve this? The issue makes digital editions impossible to work with.

Has anybody been succesful in getting the XML from Default Apps in Windows 10 to get ADE as the default app for ACSM files? I've set and unset it as the default app in Settings, but it never appears in the list. We use a central apps list in Group Policy and, even though ADE is installed on our network PCs, the files are defaulting to Acrobat DC.  I've tried <Association Identifier=".acsm" ProgId="Applications\DigitalEditions.exe" ApplicationName="Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.10" /> but that doesn;t seem to work

Hi, used ADE for some time now. But suddenly, when I now start ADE it doesn't open, but tries to load the library files for hours. Even shutting it down with the task manager (operating system: Windows 10) doesn't change the situation. I already deinstalled and installed it again. But without success. Same issue again. Any ideas?THX!

I have downloaded some temporary epub from my public library.... But when my kobo synchronizes it don't charge new isues? Is it only possible by USB? Is it not possible by synchronization if both (computer and Kobo) are using the sme digital editions acount?Thanks to everyone!

I'm having problems to open new epub files. The advice is to authorize my pc again but somehow I'm not able to deauthorize. I get the message "Try later" but this is already going on for a while.

Bonjour,  Propriétaire d'une Kobo Aura que j'utilise principalement pour lire des livres numériques empruntés à ma bibliothèque, j'ai rencontré un gros souci de synchronisation lors de mon changmenet d'ordinateur (Macbook air M1) sur lequel j'ai dû installer la dernière version d'Adobe Digital Editions 4.5. Le livre copié sur la Kobo refusait de s'ouvrir et la liseuse affichait le message suivant : "Ce livre est protégé par Adobe DRM. Vous devez confirmer l'accès à votre liseuse avec Adobe ID en utilisant ADE"." J'ai passé plusieurs heures à chercher la solution à ce problème, du côté du support d'Adobe et de Kobo, en réinstallant les programmes, en réinitialisant la Kobo en règlages d'usine, en annulant et renouvelant l'autorisation de l'ordinateur et de la kobo, le tout sans succès ... La solution proposée sur internet demandant d'installer ADE 3.0 qui n'est pas compatible avec mon OS et d'ailleurs ne semble plus accessible en téléchargement ... Mais grâce à ce po

Hallo,ich brauche Hilfe, dass mein Acrobat Reader zurückgesetzt wird. Er sagt als Fehler auf meinem Tolino E_act_too_many_activations. Früher war es alles viel einfacher. Wie kann ich Kontakt zur Hilfe aufnehmen? Wenn das so weiterläuft werde ich mein Tolino ad acta legen. Bitte Kontakt aufnehmen. Ich bin jetzt allerdings gleich nicht mehr zu erreichen. Gerne würde ich mit dem Support auch Kontakt per Mail aufnehmen. Das ist scheinbar nicht mehr möglich.  

j'ai téléchargé tous les livres achetés sur vivlio sur adobe digital éditions, j'ai suivi la procédure et au moment d'autoriser les périphériques depuis ma liseuse. Je ne peux pas changer le fournisseur Ebook et lorsque je note mon mail et mon mot de passe, j'ai le message suivant "vous ne pouvez accorder une autorisation à cet ordinateur condition de ne pas utiliser  un ID Adobe déjà alloué à un autre ordinateur ou périphérique mobile. Veuillez essayer.".Sauf que j'ai l'application seulement sur cet ordinateur, j'ai fermé tous les comptes ouverts car j'ai un compte sur mon gmail et mon facebook. Si quelqu'un peut m'aider car j'aimerai pouvoir lire mes livres sur ma liseuse. I am using Mac OS X 10.9.5. I installed ADE 4.0 and was able to use the ascm file from my local library to download a library book to ADE 4.0 bookshelf. ADE recognizes my Kobo eReader, but when I drag the book to the eReader, ADE first tells me it is copying the file to the eReader, then it promptly crashes and gives a long error (pasted below). I tried this on my laptop too, which uses Mac OS X 10.7.5, also with ADE 4.0. Exact same thing happens.I have no idea what's going on. Does anyone have any suggestions? Bonjour, J'utilise Digital Editions depuis un peu plus d'un an, avec des Ebooks de chez Dunod. Je n'ai jamais eu aucun problème jusqu'à présent. Et d'un seul coup, plus du tout possible d'ouvrir Digital Editions. Quand je clique sur l'icône, il ne se passe rien, aucun message d'erreur. J'ai essayé de désinstaller, réinstaller, retélécharger mes Ebooks, rien à faire. Je me demande s'il n'y a pas un problème de compatibilité avec Windows 11 ou autre. Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution?
