Digital Editions

Ho un problema con Adobe Digital Editions. Nei giorni scorsi ho acquistato un libro in formato elettronico con DRM ma quando cerco di aprire il file acsm il software risponde con questo messaggio "Errore di recupero licenza. Problema di comunicazione con il server delle licenza: E_ADEPT_HTTP_GET_NOT_SUPPORTED". Ho anche provato a rimuovere l'autorizzazione di Adobe Digital Editions dal computer e successivamente a ri-autorizzare il computer, ma il software dà lo stesso messaggio di errore.Segnalo anche che:1) Il computer che uso è un MAC e il sistema operativo è macOS Monterey versione 12.0.12) Da anni utilizzo Adobe Digital Editions per leggere i libri acquistati da diversi fornitori ed è la prima volta che mi capita un problema simile.3) Negli scorsi mesi ho dovuto cambiare il mio indirizzo di posta, ma ho provveduto già da mesi ad aggiornare la mail di riferimento e quindi il mio ID utente. Cosa posso fare?

Hello, I am a graduate student working on a number of essays. Through my school's library, I was fortunately able to borrow electronic editions of a number of books. However, after the loan period ends (3 days or 21 days), the books disappear and so will my highlights and comments. Is there any way to export the highlights and annotations generally to another document so that I still have them? Otherwise, I lose a lot of my research. I even tried to copy and paste and am not allowed to do that. So, it seems that the only alternative is to type out every highlight or simply to lose them. There must be an easier solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

hi there i am having problems with adobe digital editions ade for short when i borrow ebooks from borrow box and open them on ade, but when i return from ade back to borrow box on borrow box it still shows i have the item out on loan

Digital Editions is blanking pages and making most publications unreadable since downloading iPadOS 15.2.1 last night can't seem to fix this. Can anyone help please.

Hi I just bought 2 books and trying to open the acsm file Adobe Digital Editions shows me that there is a SERVER ERROR...Exactly it's said:    - E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERRORAnd on my ebook, as it is a tagus and it can open the acsm files from inside thanks to the extension, it also sais:    -E_LSGN_NO_CERTIFICATE So if you kindly can help me solve this error... I have the latest version, I also removed the autorisation and it keeps showing the same error... Thanks

J'ai une HUAWEI MatePad T 8.Je n'arrive pas à exécuter ADOBE Digital Editions et Vivlio sur ma tablette.Ces deux applications semblent être téléchargées dans la tablette, mais je ne parviens pas à les exécuter.Le livre numérique avec extension .acsm , que j'ai acheté, peut être lu sur mon PC grâce à ces deux applications mais je n'arrive pas à le lire sur ma tablette sans ces deux applications.Comment dois-je faire ?Merci d'avance

I opened ADE on my PC tonight and discovered that all my books had disappeared! I rebooted 3 times, then reinstalled the software. Any suggestions to get them back? I also checked the sync setting on my new Moto G Stylus phone. No books there, either, not even the sample books that I downloaded tonight on the PC. Suggestions? Or is time to move to Kindle & their Tech Support?

I have installed the Adobe Digital Editions app on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE tablet but when I open the app on that device I cannot see anything associated with my Adobe ID account. I have already uninstalled and installed the app several times, also changed the password but still nothing. I appreciate you can help me on this.  

Hi everybody, today I bought a couple of epub protected with Adobe DRM.I tried to open them with ADE, as usual, but following error appeared:As done in the past - once already happened - I deinstalled the program, deleted the activation key and re-installed ADE from zero with new activation.Nothing to do, still blocked.Last time I used it was Dec '21, no issue. Correct import and download of files bought on same website. Is there anyone which could help me?ThanksAlessandro

I've had Adobe Digital Editions on my mac for years. It's default authorized account was through my old account, through an old school email. That account has been deleted it. But on my mac I can't get ADE to erase authroization for that account. It asks me for my password, which won't work, as that account is gone (even before I deleted it I tried changing the password there, but ADE wouldn't accept it when I went to deauthroize on my mac). I tried uninstalling the program from my mac, and redownloading it, but it opened right up again, with all my old books, still set by default to an account that does not exist anymore. I can log into my new account just fine online. This is preventing me from authorizing my kobo ereader and using it to load library books. Any ideas?

Hello,I bought 2 different E-books, accessible on 2 different applications, (Adlibris Letto & Dito (bokus.com).) I was able to have access to these 2 books at first, (logging in to each device.. each one at a time.) But now it says I can't log into any more devices with my Adobe ID and that I should contact Adobe. There is also an issue in which Adobe cannot see an active subscription for the same email which I have been using as my Adobe ID. My issue remains, I have no access to my E-books.. and I would be glad to recive help. Thanks.

We cannot transfer books to our eReaders because neither of our Kobo Libro H20's show up in the ADE sidebar. I have the latest edition. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried unauthorizing and reauthorizing. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the ereader per the instructions in the help file. No difference. Neither device shows up in ADE to authorize so I can't authorize either of them and can't transfer books. Help please?

Hola! No puedo pasar libros comprados en google a mi e_reader kobo. Cuando intento pasarlo de Adobe al kobo me aparece el mensaje "copy not allowed".Esto me pasa desde que cambié la notebook, a pesar que logré autorizarla y también desautoricé y volví a autorizar el e-reader. Al entrar con click derecho a la informacón del libro me aparece el mensaje "La licencía del documento es para un usuario diferente". El usuario de Adobe es la misma cuenta de gmail de siempre y la que uso en google para copmrar los libros, no sé qué más hacer!! Agradecería cuaquier sujerencia, saludos.

I bought a drm protected textbook and authorized my computer. I could then open the file normally. I then wanted to try to connect it to an account so i could open it on other devices so i deauthorized my computer and logged in with my account to authorize.  Then it wouldn't let me open that file saying it needs to be authorized, alright then, I deauthorized my account and authorized the computer like i did the first time around. I go back to open the file and same error, it says it's authorized to a vendor id, and it won't let me deselect the Adobe ID option in the dropdown menu. I'm very new to this so any help would be appreciated.

I have iOS 15.1 and digital editions 4.5.11.2When I try to download a book (for instance one of the sample ebooks offered by Adobe on the digital editions page) it downloads to my Files. If I try to open it in files it's a long string of code.I don't see an option in Digital Editions to add items or in Files to move things to that app.

Buenas tardes. Acabo de comprarme un tagus iris 2018 y me he dado de alta en el servicio de ebiblio. He tomado ebooks prestados sin problema y puedo transferir epubs y pdfs sin problemas al equipo a través del usb pero en cuanto necesito transferir los libros prestados por la ebiblio que, según creo, tienen drm, no hay manera. .Tengo que autorizar el tagus, intento hacerlo con mi id de adobe y una y otra vez me aparece este error. ¿Podría alguien ayudarme? Muchas gracias.

I had to download this Digital Editions to use an etextbook for college. However, I cannot scroll through pages at all in PDF format or as an ebook. I am on a Samsung running Windows 10. How can I resolve this issue? Bryan

When you receive this error message : E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS the help page of adobe state (this is a copy/past): If you received the error E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS, or run out of activations, contact us to have the activation count reset. So it CLEARLY say to contact adobe for a reset of your account. I had that probloem many times and each time I have to spend hours on the chat with adobe representative to make them understand that I already look at the help page of adobe and it say to contact adobe. That time, even if I already spend 3 hours talking with an adobe representative and copy/past to him what the adobe help page say, I wasn't abble to have my account reset. As a result, I think I will definitely return my electronic book that make me waist so much time with adobe cunsumer service.

¡Hola! Hace un año compré un libro digital que usé sin problemas en su momento con Adove Digital Editions. Mi ordenador era de sobremesa y tuve que descargarlo a traves de la casa del libro, ya que es con este programa y a traves de este sitio desde donde lo compre. No tuve ningun problema, y al final lo consegui. Ahora vuelvo a necesitar el mismo libro pero no puedo abrirlo, al intentar descargarlo en otro ordenador. La id de adobe es la misma, pero creo que he cambiado la contraseña. El programa me da error al obtener la licencia,  que hay un problema de comunicacion con el servidor de licencias. ¿Qué puedo hacer? Muchas gracias.
