Hallo!Habe einen neunen Rechner und das System wurde drauf gespiegelt. Creative Cloud Programme laufen – nur die Schriften werden nicht angezeigt. Wenn ich online auf meinen account gehe, passt es - nur am Rechner selber klappt es leider nicht.Danke für Hilfe!

Installation message reads: "Adobe creative cloud is needed to resolve this problem.  However, it is missing or damaged.  Please download and install a new copy of Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'"  I have downloaded and tried to install, but this error keeps occuring.  any suggestions?

If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > + Show advanced settings > Change proxy settings… > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN". I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO????????????????PLEASE SOMEONE HELP?????????????

My Adobe Suite has been working great then all of a sudden creative cloud stops and says it needs to be reinstalled.  I ignored it because I had deadlines.  When I try to load my programs again later it says that it can't contact the adobe servers.  When I reinstalled the Creative Cloud it opens up Adobe.com and varifies my account then when it gets to about 15% it stops and says the Adobe Servers are not working.  What is going on Adobe???  Anyone have any ideas?  I'm sick of being told to do all the steps they already suggested which do nothing.. Please help 🙂

I've just had one of the worst customer service experiences on the phone with Adobe.  How do i lodge a complaint?Of course Adobe hide all their email addresses to prevent you from doing this.  I dont want to post on a forum, or post on Twitter, I want to talk to someone from Adobe.

Is it possible to install Prmeiere Pro 2019 in any way? I have a Mac that is overdue for upgrade but still in production needing to use this software. We've avoided upgrading this machine for a while but now we need to do a fresh install and are afraid that will essentially kill this Nvidia based machine. Without CUDA it's worthless. Can we install CC 2020 and get Pr 2019 (v13.x)

Please help. I know there is not a dedicated group for Adobe Portfoio and I have ALL the help links ... reviewed them all but cannot find an answer. I am trying to do a simple thing ... for most sites ... On my homepage I want to have a series of galleries say five. Each is really just a single navigation image to a subgallery that contains all content associated with #1. So, clicking on #1 image should open to a gallery that contains multiple pieces of content including videos and images. Ditto for #2, #3 etc. The primary reason I want to do it this way is that I need each piece of content in the subgallery (each video e.g) to have it's own cover — I can't have the software determine the thumbnail (the arbitrary middle of the video). I have spent three days trying to nest one gallery inside another but cannot find a way to do it. I've been left with a site that has five independent galleries in the Navigation and I had to select one to arbitrarily be my home page .... H

I've planned to update the applications Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Animate and Media Encoder, so I clicked on Update on three applications, and they are stuck at waiting... and I clicked Update both on Photoshop and Premiere, but it's not saying Waiting...Is there a way I can fix this problem? Seit gestern hängen sich die o.g. Programme auch ältere Versionen  auf, bzw. speichern zwar die Dokumente, verlassen aber das Speichern-Fenster nicht mehr, bzw. erst nach 15-20 Minuten. In der Aktivitätsanzeige werde die als 'Programm reagiert nicht' gelistet. Andere Programme wie AfterEffect, Premiere oder auch Apps von anderen Herstellern wie C4D, OfficeProgramme... haben keine Probleme. Programme wurden neu installiert: Problem bleibt. Hat irgend jemand eine Idee? Since yesterday, the above programs also hang older versions, or save the documents, but do not leave the save window, or only after 15-20 minutes. In the activity display they are listed as 'Program not responding'. Other programs like AfterEffect, Premiere or even apps from other manufacturers like C4D, OfficePrograms.... have no problems. Hello, I bought Adobe CS 6 Version 13.0 back in 2013. I  I just uninstalled it from my old macbook and trying to install it on my new macbook. I uploaded the registered procuct onto my new computer from my adobe account and I keep getting an error. Of course when I go to the support advisor it says it can't help me.  Have they outdated this entirely?

Hi on my other account am trying to download photoshop and after effects but it only gets to 15% before prompting error code 120 when i check it says my storage  is full but its not. I have change my storage before trying to downloading any of  the apps but still prompts me with message.

I am upgrading my Windows desktop from 8.1 to 10. Are there any preliminary activities I need to perform to ensure that the Creative Cloud apps run with this new upgraded Operated System. Thanks in advance.

Desde Creative Cloud Desktop he instalado Lighroom y Photoshop.Lighroom funciona, pero Photoshop, aunque aparece en a lista como instalado no se abre, no hace absolutamente nada. Por otro lado, si entro a  través de la web https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop con mi usuario Photoshop no aparaece en la lista de programas instalados.Qué está fallando? Cómo puedo solucionarlo?Gracias.

I have just had my hard drive replaced and lost my Adobe Lightroom 6 version 6.14.Contacted Adobe and ended up paying for a secure remote reinstallation whis was bloked before the installation completed for some reason.I recontacted Adobe and they have sent me here.When I initially purchased the computer I contacted Adobe and a tech' reinstalled it for me free of charge.How do I reinstall my program onto my computer?I have it on my laptop, but I use my PC for photo editing for exhibition.RegardsDon.

I'd had my previous account deleted with my old school, and I have tried to log onto adobe Creative Cloud's app with my new account but when ever I click sign in, it just constantly reloads, telling me to sign in. Photoshop refuses to let me log into my new account, however my account works on the website. It is only when I try and download an app through the creative cloud it won't admit me, as I cannot sign out of my previous account.

I was charged twice on my account for this month (May). I just renewed my subscription and my account shows two charges.I tried calling customer service but I hung up after being on hold for 2 hours. Please help me understand what's happening here.

When I start either Illustrator CS6 or InDesign CS6,  I get the same warning message.I quote."Creative Suite 6 Design StandardYour application install seems to be damaged, please reinstall the application"end quote see attached. I've reinstalled twice now and still get the same message.  Does anyone know what the hell is going on?

Hey everyone, I got a brand-new laptop today and wanted to install my Adobe programs, but the desktop app won't load. At first I was told to update the Windows C Runtime thingie, which I did. I've already tried everything that's listed here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html If I uninstall the app one more time, I'll have wasted a total of two hours installing and uninstalling the da*n desktop app. Please help a creator out!

Hi, I have CS6 on Windows 10 and Acrobat is making huge troubles with the "test period" and Login panel. It appears again and again after entering the serial number. Can you please help me, on how Adobe Login remembers my serial number? 

After migrating to a new MacBook, I was unable to log-in to Creative Cloud. After trying many suggested solutions, the one that worked for me was to delete the Adobe Application Manager (AAM). However, now when I try to open Photoshop, it says "Adopbe Application Manager is missing or damaged." When I click the link to download AAM, it takes me to the download page for Creative Cloud. Is there a way to only download AAM?
