Download & Install

Long time PAYING subscriber, subscription still active (Photography plan, LR & PS).  Both apps suddenly saying I need to start TRIAL to use product I'm already paying for. Logged in on app, Creative Cloud Desktop, and in a browser at same time.  Still getting message. What gives?  Do I need to dance naked under a full moon while sacrificing a unicorn??Thanks.SteveB

Hallo, jedesmal wenn ich meinen iMac starte erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung, dass es ein Problem gibt und dass dazu die Adobe Creative Cloud erforderlich sei. Diese fehle jedoch oder sei beschädigt. "Laden Sie eine neue Kopie von Creative Cloud  herunter und installieren Sie diese." Das mache ich seit einiger Zeit jeden Tag und das ist ziemlich nervig, geschweige denn der Zeitverlust,  der jedesmal entsteht bis die Cloud neu installiert ist. Hat jemand ähnliche Probleme oder kennt dieses Problem und kann mir vielleicht Tipps geben, was ich dagegen machen kann? Besten Dank im Voraus.LGMartin   

Hallo, ich versuche seit Tagen am MAC vergeblich eine CS6 Design and Web Premium zu aktivieren. Die Lizenz der CS6 ist auf mich übertragen und in meinem Adobe-Account registriert. Die Installation ist problemlos.Der Applications-Manager zeigt nach dem öffnen einer Anwendung z.B. Photoshop folgenden Dialog: “Anmeldung erforderlich....." (Anhang). Das passt für mich nicht zusammen, denn der Lizenztransfer ist erledigt und die Software ist bereits registriert. Mit dem Button "Jetzt anmelden" komme ich auch nicht weiter. Nach dem Öffnen von Photoshop steht im Menue Hilfe das (Anhang).Ich habe schon fast alle Ratschläge der Adobe-Hilfe probiert...nichts.Mein OS X siehe (Anhang).Über eine Antwort würde ich mich freuen.

Bonjour,Après l'épisode des échecs à répitition de l'installation de Photoshop 22.4 via créative clouds, ce matin Photoshop a pu être installé mais l'application Créative Cloud plante. Elle me dit qu'elle doit être réparée. Ce que j'ai fait. Rien. J'ai utilisé l'outil de désinstallation puis j'ai réinstallé sur mon Imac. Rien. Encore un bug...

I need to install indesign 2019 'cause my mac os version doesn't allow the last one. How can I do that ? 

Hello Everyone. Due to advanced years and big-finger syndrome, combined with technical ignorance, I have no idea what to look for, how to make a choice or what to do, when I get pop-up messages telling me Adobe no longer supports my Flash Player - 32.0.0.453 - and to uninstall it. My problems are further increased by living in Spain and not being fluent enough to understand the details on Adobe's Spanish website. I would seek assistance on  - 1. What to obtain to replace the Flash player that I am informed is no longer supported.2. Where to obtain it.3. Do I need to uninstall my Flash Player from my Control Panel before downloading whatever is advised, or will it be automatically uninstalled. Thanks in advance for any advice, Regards,Colin.

I have a MacBook Pro with the Intel chip set. When I try to download my new Adobe Photography programs I get error code 44. The page supposed to provide solutions to this error offers this advice, "try again.'So far, online chats and remote diagnostics with customer service have produced the same result, "try again."Has anyone else had this problem?

I am unable to install Acrobat DC, Each time I retry, installatio fails after about 3%. I have had continual problems with the CC apps for some time. I cannot Launch Lightroom Classic at all (so have subsequently deleted it), and Photoshop only opens if I right click the desktop icon and Run as Administrator. Help?

Hi There I had Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional installed on my home PC but it needed to get rebuilt. I tried deregistering and it wouldnt. I found various web pages to try and fix the issue, all of which i followed (that included modifying windows "hosts" files), all with no success. I tried installing it on the new PC but it requires activation, which i cannot do as i can't deregister the old version. And today i see on that Adobe help pages that bteh servers are aged and issues will be encountered for pre 9 versions of the software. I have the original CD case and CD in front of me (literally) with the serial number. Ive been told to post here so a moderator can assist me further Cheers

I am so tired of having to waste my time to get rid of Adobe spy ware or "information" programmes downloaded and installed without so much as a word. Where do I send my invoice for my wasted time - AND I mean that. I want to remove/delete / kill exterminate or destroy any unwanted or un requested programme add ons.

This is an obvious error as I purchased the key directly from Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd 4-6 Riverwalk Citywest Business Park Dublin 24 Ireland at 2015.I have also my ADOBE invoice for this purchase of my software to verify the originality of my software.Thank you for your help.

First i couldn`t save photos as jpeg`s now the whole program keeps crashing!

So I updated my Illustrator and InDesign programs to the newest versions available (25.2.1 for Illustrator and 16.1 for InDesign) and it's completely slowed down my computer to a point that it takes 10 minutes just to load my Gmail webpage. I tried uninstalling the new versions and I was going to go back to the old versions but now they can't even install because the new updates made my computer incredibly slow. I have plenty of storage on my computer so it has nothing to do with space and I've tried restarting my computer and it's still taking forever to load. I'm getting incredibly frustrated as I need these programs to finish homework assignments. 

I have been experiencing this issue for a while now where the sign-in error keeps popping up even tho I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it again, it seems like it's in a loop!!  the image below shows the error that I keep getting despite pressing sign in multiple times...  

For the past 3 months, I have been unable to use adobe creative cloud to install photoshop and illustrator. This is because every time I try and install creative cloud it just ends up getting stuck on loading until it says it's taking too long and then eventually says it needs repair or to uninstall, I do as follows and it never fixes. I have even tried doing everything the forums tell me to do about this but I can't get anything to work at all. I would contact support but it doesn't let me and tells me to contact an administrator, but I'm at home due to covid and the IT guy can't come to my house. Please I really need help I need these programs for school and I have tried everything in my power to get this to work but nothing has ever worked.

Hello,I downloaded the creative suite to test it for the trial period. However, I cannot see anything in my https://account.adobe.com/plans and I want to cancel it. It is the second month I have to pay for it but I don't know how to cancel it ...help!

When I try to download Lightroom theres no option as to where to download it and it goes straight to my C drive. I have very little space on my C drive so I can't but many pictures on it, is there a way to move my lightroom to my D drive?
