I have CS6 on a Wacom Tablet and the Wacom Cintiq Companion' s screen went Black-How do I remove CS6 from this tablet?  

I'm a older person who bought the wrong version of Phtot/Premiere Elements. I bought a Student copy and need a Adult copy. How do I fix this. Amazon does not return software. Is there a code I can buy?

I have an old Photoshop CD for Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended. Is it possible to put this on a computer without a CD slot, maybe by entering my Serial Number? I purchased photoshop almost 10 years ago so I am not sure if it will be compatible with my current macbook - just wondering if there's a way to download Photoshop somehow. Thanks!

Hello. <spam link removed> While installing PhotoShop on my desktop it stops at 0.6%  

I'm running Mac OS 11.4 on a Late 2013 Mac Pro 3.5 ghz 6-core intel xeon e5, 32 gb 1866 MHz DDR3, with an AMD FirePro D700 6 GB gfx card. The installer apps won't run on my system. I have run the adobe cleaner and cleared everything from the system, and tried multiple downloads, and individual app installers. When opened, the installers pop up a window for less than a second, then disappear and don't do anything. No error messages. I got on with support and ran a dirct.dmg file for photoshop, and it failed with an unknown error. I need help. This is making my work very difficult.

Are Adobe Creative projects/folders compatible in Mac and Windows at the same time? My colleague works with Windows and I was considering buying Mac. However, we are not sure whether this could give compatibility problems in the future while working with the same files. Thanks in advance!

I have an old copy of Adobe CS6 production premium student edition, and I'm not really interested in upgrading. Apple has stopped supporting CS6, but I have since gotten a new PC. Is there anyway to transfer my Mac CS6 to a Windows version?

I have purchased CS6 Master Collection in 2017. I have registered it with Adobe, all good.My computer needed fixing, so everything was wiped, we started from scratch. We downloaded the package from Adobe but the registered key is not working anymore. It says it's been revoked, I should contact Customer support.Customer support was very helpful guiding me through every step, just to download the same thing again and to use the same serial key. Not being an expert I thought they've fixed the key somehow, that's why we're trying again (although first I thought I'm gonna get a new key, but what do I know?!) so I just entered the same key again, and it still doesn't work.Can someone advice me what can be done now? Who should I contact to fix this?I really think that if I purchase a product THAT expensive, it shouldn't just stop working. Hi,I recently upgraded to a brand new Dell XPS 15 9500, (see top capture for full specs), and completely uninstalled and signed out of CC from my old Windows PC. However, when I try to install the main CC installer, I get the error listed (see bottom capture).I do not have CC or any other Adobe subscription product installed or signed in on any other device.I have tried all the solutions listed the second capture below, (I have "repaired" the program as suggested a few times, completely uninstalled and re-installed it several times, with system reboots in-between each time, I even ran the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool with a system reboot after, and have always selected "run as administrator" on the .exe installer every time.I am out of solutions, and don't know what to do now. This new PC is much more powerful than my old one (and it ran CC fairly well, especially considering it only had an Intel i3, and 8GB of RAM.)I should be able to run CC on this PC, and right now I'm throwing away $500/y

Amazon EC2 etc).Because the product is part of creative cloud suite, most of the search results are misleading due to the use of the word "cloud" in differing contexts. Some deeper discussions are ruined because Adobe themselves use AWS for delivering their suite to everyone.My use case is simple: I have a completely scriptable, predefined workflow (can be done in ExtendScript). When my product framework receives special requests I have to cut a movie in an automated manner and send the result to the end user - a short movie with different inputs. For this, I would like to instantiate the PP in a cloud machine and run the session and then quit once I am done. If this works, I will have to have several licenses and machines happening in parallel. My alternative is to create this whole editing session in a linux script with FFMPEG and ImageMagick, I want to explore if it is possible wit

I want to install Photoshop on a new computer (I no longer have access to the old one). I have an active Photoshop subscription, and have downloaded Creative Cloud Desktop, but it still says that I have to purchase a subscription to Photoshop to install it. It also says that the trial has expired, and therefore only leaves me with the option of buying (køb nu). Does anybody know what I need to do differently? Thanks in advance!

Last month I downloaded and registered a non-subscription based copy of CS6.  This was with the help of Adobe Genuine Customer Care and was to replace a copy which had been working for me for five years, but which I was recently told was pirated.  My download and registration were successful, but I was unable to verify.  Following advice from the Genuine Customer Care team, I checked all the usual problems and determined that my clock was set, I was connected to the internet, and I could connect with secure Adobe servers.  Still, I was unable to verify.  The GCC representative assured me that the verification step was unneccessary (I have this in writing) and that my software would continue to work.  A few days later, the software quit and I received a dialog stating that my new serial number (issued by Adobe) had been revoked.  I wrote three emails to the GCC team, referencing my case number each time.  I was ignored.  Then I called a call

With Adobe's decisions to force users to go to subscribe to the creative cloud, I thought it might be a good idea to get a list going of some alternative programs. I'm a designer working mostly in print with some web - anyone know of some good alternatives for these? Photoshop -> GimpIllustrator -> ?Indesign - QuarkDreamweaver - ?Flash - been moving away from that anywayWhat programs are you going to look into to replace the creative cloud?

i have been trying to contact customer support to change the address on my plan ... i followed all the leads to change billing address but it just takes you to change credit card info, which I don't need to do ... there is no place where I can change billing address and the old address is on my statements/invoices. HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT ... Hello,I am creating my portfolio with Adobe Portfolio and I would like to use the photo grid. My problem is, that it doesn't seem to be responsive.I have 4 photos that I would like to show next to each other on the desktop version. But when the website is opened on a smartphone, I would like to show them below each other. Right now this only works, when I insert the photos without the grid, but then I can only show two photos next to each other. So I have no choice but to use the photo grid and accept that people who visit my website on their phone see 4 really tiny photos next to each other.Does anybody know a solution to this? Thank you in advance!:)

I'm rather weary of this nagging problem with Adobe's CC app on Mac OS 11. Almost weekly or bi monthly, when booting the late model iMac running Big Sur, the startup of CC fails and it says I must redowndload and reinstall. The process is automated, which it does, and I can continue, after the 10 minute delay this causes. I've very tired of this strange behavior.

I'm getting a message stating that the trial for my product has expired and when i go to enter the serial number, it says that the serial key is Invalid. helpcenter validated that the key is legit. i already un- and reinstalled everything. And removed cash and coockies... do you have a suggestion what i could try next?
