Hello Support Community, I need to reinstall Premiere Pro & After Effects on my older Mac Pro (Mac OS 10.11.6 El Capitan). The current install links/downloads will not work on this version of the Mac OS. Is there another way to access and download these older Adobe CC versions of Premiere Pro & After Effects that are compatible with El Cap 10.11.6? Thank you!Vince
Hi i need to install photoshop v20.0.6 but i cant find it on the website or the CC App. tried downloading it throught a mirror while the PS2019 "20.0.1" shows up in my CC App there are no updates avaiable for it to make it 20.0.6 .
I just bought a new laptop with Windows 8 OS. After downloading Adobe CS6 files, I extracted the files to my desktop. When I tried to install, Adobe Installer says it has detected that a machine restart may be pending. It is recommended that I quit the installer, restart my computer and try installing again. I did that, and the same note appears. Should I choose to ignore and carry on installation? Someone else faced similar problem last month (in one of the threads), and he ignored the note and carried on with installation. Then his Photoshop cannot work. Others suggested using Adobe Cleanup tool for him but no resolution from that thread. Anyway, mine is a new laptop, and there's nothing to cleanup. I did try Cleanup but nothing to cleanup. What do I do?Thanks.Siang Yu
Hey , How i can download file such as PDF and install articles from a website on [spam link removed by moderator] that is not showing any option to download that PDF? Kindly help me.
New-to-me Mac, running Catalina. Main machine before ran High Sierra. Have kept the old machine, so running two copies of CS, which should work I believe. All files were loaded onto new machine via Time Machine. Read the posts about editing serviceconfig; don't have that file on Catalina. Read the post quitting, signing out then re-naming opm.db. Tried that, same message. Saw the posts about uninstalling; used the Uninstaller Cleaner tool, reinstalled, same message. Tried the combination of 3 and 2, uninstalling, renaming opm.db then reinstalling, same message. InDesign 15 is still working, but I need to install 16 for compatibility with colleagues.... urgently! Any ideas please?
I have Adobe CS4 and I am looking to get Adobe CC, do I need to uninstall CS4 before I try installing Adobe CC. Hi! I got a new computer and have a creative cloud account; I signed in, downoaded the Creative Cloud app fine but can't seem to install photoshop. Is there a way to see in your account how many computers you've installed it on in the past? And it's not giving me any specific error message, just "Retry" over and over -- is this the typical behavior if you've installed on two computers already? (If so -- note to your developers, would be good to provide a way to get these details :))

[Edited - Shown in green.]I have TCS 2019 installed on my primary computer. (At least, all the apps are "2019" - e.g. FrameMaker 2019, Captivate 2019, etc.) When I log in to adobe.com and go to my account > Plans > Products, I see TechCommSuit r8.0 -- I assume this is the TechCommSuite 2019.When I click Download, it only gives me an option to download a 32-bit version. Why is it not giving a 64-bit option? (I have 64-bit version installed on my primary system already - at least that's what is displayed in the start menu (e.g. "Adobe FrameMaker 2019 (64 Bit)")(Note: I went into my Order History after posting this link, drilled into the order, and selected Downloads and serial numbers - it shows the 32-bit there as well.) Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
I bought the monthly plan so I would be able to have full access to the InDesign program for classes and personal projects. But every time I attempt to download InDesign or any program, it only progresses to maybe 5% and then says there is an installation error. I have a MacBook Air if that helps.

Trying to install Adobe creative suite 5.5 on my new computer that has no disc drive but I keep getting the serial number already in use message. I have 2 old computers. 1 for sure had it installed and the other possibly but can't remember, rarely used it.
Just like every recent year, I buy the upgrade version of Elements. The purchase is recorded correctly as expected in my account, with the download link and the license number. The download is for: PhotoshopElements_2021_LS30_win64.exe [downloader file name edited... Sorry] However, that installer re-installs 2020 !!! I have checked and tried again several times, no way to install version 2021. It seems I can't use the 'chat' option to get help until Monday? Additional info: The re-install also install an update I was not aware of : 18.0(20200120.m.139560)x64 and ACR pluging 11.3.0.197 (which has replaced the 11.4 version I had manually installed!) I am using the installer in French, but as usual, I choose to install the English version. As expected, the reinstall of 2020 did not require signing in.

Searching on the web, i found this document "https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide_Mac/troubleshoot.html" stating, that it is part of the installer from Adobe (next generation licensing (2019) Can i delete it? Why does it have to be so big?thank you for any tipps regarding log files and their respective sizes
Hi, Today Creative Cloud suddenly stopped launching. The dialog that shows up says "Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp." I tried following the instructions at https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html but they do not work for me. If I try to uninstall creative cloud using add/remove programs it has an error and says:C:\Users\craig\AppData\Local\Temp\Creative Cloud Unintaller.exeClass not registered When I try to run the cloud cleaner tool from the help page link above it says: AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exeTraceback (most recent call last):File "<string>", line 275, in <module>File "C:/builds/CleanerTool/CC18/source\CleanerTool\win\source\out\build\pyi.win32\ACToolMain\outPYZ1.pyz/win32com.client", line 95, in Disp
