Download & Install

I'm trying to download the adobe XD ui kit for IOS and it's only giving me a .dmg file. I have a windows computer. Is there a way to fix this?

When I open either adobe application, I am greeted with a blank grey screen (instead of a menu). I can still file > open recent which works, however file > create now prompts an error message, as attached!  I have uninstalled and reinstalled all adobe applications, restarted my computer and used the adobe creative cleaner also but nothing seems to be working. 

So I run a 2012 27" imac that runs Adobe better than a 1 year old 21" imac we have, but Adobe apps are starting to show as incompatible to update to the latest versions on the older imac. No doubt down to MacOS not being able to update to Big Sur on the imac. Does this mean the Adobe suite will have to stagnate on the older mac until it pops its clogs? Or am I being forced to spend a couple of thousand pounds to keep pace with apps?? 

So, I paid $230 for Premiere Pro and I started the 7 day free trial. Well, the free trial has ended but it charged me the full price already. But it keeps saying "buy now" to get onto premiere pro but I have already bought it. I am not about to pay $230 again. Please help

I've been a subscriber for awhile and my subscription is Active; however, today I discover that there is no trace of any Adobe applications whatsoever on my computer! Adobe Technical Communications Suite is missing and Adobe Acrobat DC. Why? And am I pissed if I have to download the whole package again (12 hours+ at least). 

I understand that PS CS3 is no longer supported.  I have used it for years most recently on a 64bit system runnning Windows 10.  I have a new unit running the same system but cannot get the disk to install.  Adobe support sent me here, anybody have a solution to installing this now unsupported perfectly functional software?  

Hi. In 2018 I experienced a hard-drive crash on a computer that was too old to connect to the internet, and after verifying my serial number, Adobe was kind enough to give me a download for a version that didn't require activation. I had the presence of mind to save the .dmg file in case of future trouble. The version installed fine, and I used it without problems for two years.This month I swapped out an older hard drive which had regular, authorized AE installed but had previously been used on a different machine. I wasn't surprised when it asked for authorization, so I unstalled that version, believing I could simply install the authorization-free version from my .dmg onto that hard drive, since otherwise the hardware was the same. Why is Adobe Premiere Pro not opening? It just doesn't open at all and removes itself. Same for Adobe Creative Cloud file where when it sais installing, it does nothing! If you know how to fix this then please help me.

Does anyone know where the Creative Cloud Menu Bar ICON is stored in Big Sur? I want to change the color from black to white. Currently it's basically unviewable. FYI, I reported this issue twice in November but still no resolution.

Hi, I have upgraded my account to have all apps in my subscription. The message is telling me the latest version of InDesign isn't compabible with my Windows 10 version. When I try and install a previous version that is compatible the message pops up that that version isn't covered in my Subscription! What do I have to do to be able to install the previous version of InDesign?Thanks, Matt.

Have downloaded trial of illustrator on a brand new Macbook pro with M1 chip. It will not launch. Have uninstalled, restarted and installed multiple times and cannot get it to open. Shows 'Programme not responding' message constantly. Looking for support in solving issue. 

Hi, I have the same problem as the M1Users with my MacBookAir. Creative Cloud applications generally run, but Illustrator dosn't. Still, installation of older versions won't fix the problem. Help needed.

Hi everyone!!! I hope you can help me here. I've been having some issues with the newest versions of the software, maybe because my laptop is kind of old (i've been using it for nearly three years). The thing is that i've been trying to find the CC2018 version (i've downloaded theese versions on premiere and after effects and they work perfectly to me), but i can't find it (there's plenty of free-download pages but i don't trust them, that's why i'm using a subscription). Do you know if there is anyway where i can find the cc2018 installer??Thank you so much!! (P. Hi everyone! I did the Photoshop and Indesign update two days ago and now I have both the 2020 and the 2021 version on my Mac. Can I safely delete the 2020 version without losing any previous work? Thank you! 

I need to deactivate PSE 14 but my computer is dead. Support chat sent me here. I have searched the topic but there is no answer on how to do this. There is no deactivation option in account management.

I noticed when I tried to update Adobe CC so I could add InDesign to my account that it and the programs are no longer supported by anything but Windows 10. I am extremely disapointed as Windows 10 is a sickening pile of spyware & advertizing with forced updates of usless things that can never be removed, has a terrible user inteface, removes the ability of the user to control and customize the OS, and is ultimately one of the worst OSs to ever exist.I still run Windows 7 on all my machines for work and home. I am curious to know if my other programs that still work on my Windows 7 OS, Lightrom and Photoshop, will be able to run should I ever need to re-install them, will there be access to a download of an older verion that is still compatable or will I jsut have to cancel my subscription and look elsewhere? Regardless, you've lost my business for InDesign, there are many other programs out there that still operate on Windows 7 I can choose from.*Had to put this on the forums

Has anyone else noticed excessive memory usage from this service? I'm running macOS 10.12.5 on a MacBook Pro and tonight I noticed that it was using almost 16gb of ram which is clearly far too much. I ended up having to force it to quit and I just wondered if anyone else had noticed it?

Hello all, Here is my situation. I am putting together a digital photo workflow for a friend on a refurbishedLate 2013 27” iMac which will only accommodate up to macOS 10.12.6 Sierra. I have the same iMac in my workflow ( in addition to a 2017 27” iMac 5K ). So on my 2013 iMac I have apps from the Photoshop CC 2019 suite… Photoshop, Bridge, Camera Raw and Lightroom. I want my friend tobe able to get on his Adobe account and purchase an annual Photoshop subscription and be ableto authorize CC 2019 apps with the information provided on purchase. First of all, I was able tosearch the web and find a website that had links to download installers for older CC versions of Photoshop. I was able to download and install Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 onto his 2013 iMac.I have thus far been able to accomplish the same thing with the other three CC 2019 applications, Bridge, Lightroom and Camera Raw. 1. can I just drag and drop the CC 2019 app folders from MY 2013 iMac to HIS 2013 iMac applicat

Hey there, I just installed Creative Cloud for the very first time and I get the Error that "VCRUNTIME140_1.dll" is missing. I reinstalled CC, tried to repair it and none of them worked. Does somebody have an idea?
