Not a huge issue, but over the last month or so my Adobe programs icons have been set to different sizes in my Dock. I have removed, deleted, uninstalled, and reinstalled a couple of times to try and fix the issue but it never seems to fix it. On my desktop all are small except for Illustrator, and on my laptop everything is normal sized except for Lightroom. I can't seem to figure out why this happened, or how to fix it

I recently bought the student package and it said it would come with 20+ of the apps and I only have access to 20, it is asking me to buy the rest of them. I can't contact support because it says I dont have access and the help page tells me nothing.

I have a Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium (2011 or even older) which doesn't work with Catalina and Big Sur as well. Is there a cheap way to get an update or licence upgrade?  

Hi. I'm having trouble with signing in adobe. (Not this account)Not only creative clouds, but also I cannot sign in on the website.I used to use my school enterprise ID, and it worked well about a month ago, but when I try to sign in with my school ID, the message says:NameID element must be present as part of the Subject in the Response message, please enable it in the IDP configuration.How can I fix this error?

Hi, I suspect this problem has been solved before but my understanding is that it requried adobe support, and yet adobe support (chat channel) has punted to the support community: After a my computer received a new system board, Lightroom 6 won't run anymore.  I'm hopeful that I no further description is necessary as I see posts on this topic that describe the use of a hardware signature that breaks when one gets a new system board.   How can this be resolved if the support team is unable to solve it?

I just installed Photoshop and other apps from the (Photographers Plan). I had Photoshop open as I was working on an imagebut when I tried to logoff Adobe Cloud but continue to work in Photoshop, I got a warning that if I logged off any apps I was using will be unabled.Can I work off line?  What do I need to do to Activate my plan's apps after installation? Thanks for any assistance in clarifying this newy on the cloud' issue for me. 🙂Rocio

Hi. I bought creative suite - design back in 2008. With it came Adobe Acrobat 9. My old macbook pro still has it and its works. When I bought my new macbook air, i tried to transfer the Acrobat and it doesnt work. It says "The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information." I asked customer service already and they said theres nothing i can download to get Acrobat 9 to work on my new macbook air, but im calling out to everyone here. Maybe someone has some info for me. What can i do. I still have the serial number and all. Please help me!

Need to figure out what is meant by password at the the bottom of the authorize screen. not the Adobe ID, it just says password. 

Hi everyone, I recently purchased adobe cc and downloaded Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and XD. All apps seem to be scaling differently, including splashcreens (photoshops is pixelated). The UI in each app are different sizes. Is there a way to check what resolution the apps are getting from my device? I run windows on a 4k screen, the resolution is 3840x2160 and I'm using the recommended scale settings of 250%. Any information or help would be great.

anybody at Adobe want a crack at this. Windows 10 latest OS Tried all solutions. All failed. ACC opens with spinning ball and then closes.  Repair dialog appears next. Only Adobe tech experts need respond. I am into level 1 support now. Logs available. Have reviewed all logs. Nothing stands out. Worked last week and now crapola.

So not only is Adobe CC sending me their weekly app updates, now after dutifully upgrading their apps every other day they also force me to "verify" their products upon opening of each app. Each verification process is taking a couple minutes. Really? What's there to be verified each time, is this OS causing this or what is it? Can I turn this off and most importantly do we really need minor upgrades every week? Can't you just bundle your work and send it once a month or quartlery or whatever? The less the merrier. Thanks. 

Hi guys,so we have been working with photoshop and indesign for a couple of months now. And now with home schooling we had to install it on our own computers that was no problem and went good. But it looked completley different to the one we had in school so I made a little research and found out that the computers in our school uses a very old version I think it was CS6 and we had also no acces to the adobe cloud because the programs were offline even tough it had a stable internet connection. And basically the whole school uses the same version even on the new computers that we got a month ago are installed with that old.Anyone have a idea whats going on.

Hi guys,I recently ran into scratch disk errors due to lack of space. I cleaned out my temp files and now I have a sign in loop when trying to open any applications. I have updated all my applications. I have also uninstalled and re-installed adobe cloud. I checked my internet configuration. No luck. What should I be looking for?Thanks,JC

Thanks to the ever growing Windows 10 presence on my C:drive, - My Ps Elements & Premier Elements 2021 is going without the offered updates, bells & whistles.As of the last one offered this February, it gets so far then stops, claiming insufficient disk space.  (There is 8 Gb free).The C: drive is regularly "cleaned-up" to no avail.As I have another internal SSD fitted (E:) for file storage with plenty of space available, is it possible to uninstall the programs and reload to My E: drive and set it to avoid future issues.?  Plain language advice appreciated.

I tried free trail creative cloud before like one month ago and I didn't tend to use it after few days of installation of the free trial. However, I didn't realize I have to cancel it by myself. It didn't even notify me at the end of the free trial and I would be automatically subscribed to the plan. Yesterday I checked my credit card account and I found that I had to pay for this subscription each month for even A YEAR! I didn't tend to use but it just charged me before any notification. I just want to terminate it but I have to pay a termination fee.  What can I do? The customer service is down today (maybe because of the holiday) but the credit card payment is due tomorrow.

Hello I purchased photoshop elements originally in 2014 and still have the product and serial number in my account. I got a new computer and downloaded photoshop elements 2021. Am I able to use my originally purchased PSE serial number to activate the 2021 version (like it is an upgrade)?If so, how? I cannot seem to find a redemption code. Thanks!

Tente outro domínio.Eu já usei esse domínio em outra conta, mas não tenho mais acesso a ela. Era de um antigo emprego.Como resolver isso?

Hi, I had created a website using Adobe portfolio and connected it to pateriya.com that I own. The website was created using my previous company's Adobe account.I've joined a new company now and I would like to connect adobe portfolio to pateriya.com, but when I connect domain and enter pateriya.com, I get the error "This domain is already connected to an Adobe Portfolio site".I would ideally like to retrieve my previously created adobe portfolio webiste and transfer it to my current adobe account so that I continue using it OR I would like to be able to connect my domain with a newly created Adobe portfolio website.Kindly help me in fixing this issue. 

I had to replace my hard drive in my iMac Retina, causing me to reinstall all my Adobe CS6 apps. Everything reinstalled fine, except for Acrobat X Pro & Flash. Obviously don't care about Flash, but Acrobat X Pro is a problem. The installer get almost to the end, asking me to close certain Safari files, etc. but when done says installation failed.

i got elements 2021 in december now when i click th icon to open it i get a box which says Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021.exe - bad image how can i rectify this
