I am presently running Windows 8.1 and just recently when I have a pdf document open or editing a pdf file within 20-30 seconds "Adobe Not Responding" appears on the top of the screen. The only way I have found to get around this issue is having to reboot the pc which an inconvenience.  

Hello Forum   I'm Admin for Retail enterprise and have allocated a license to a user but that user does not have the application showing as available for download/install when she logs in.?

Hello,Does anyone out there have a straight forward guide on how to deploy Adobe Acrobat XI? The school I work for has purchased an enterprise license of Creative Cloud. I am drowning in information and just can't seem to get the process correct. Correct me if i'm wrong, but it should be as simple as;1. Download the files using the Creative Cloud Packager. Since I have an enterprise license, during the process my enterprise license key is entered, which should embed it in the MSI?2. Once created, take a copy of Exceptions folder, and store it on a network share3. Use the Adobe Customization Wizard to make any changes to the config and save the transform. This then creates a '.mst' file in the same folder as the MSI.4. Install the application. From all the forums online, there appears to be two methods,4a. I have CS6 Design Premium build created with the AAMEE tool. It's on my Builds, and has been pushed out to existing machines.It's worked great, and i'm only having problems with one machine.Adobe CS6 worked fine for a couple months, then one day, out of the blue, No CS6 apps would launch, the icon counces once, the AAM comes to the dock and bounces, then they both quit and relaunch about 10X in sequence and immediately quit, and then jsut stop trying.It's bad for any user of the machine, including root and Admin.The CS 5.5 apps all work fine.I gave up and deinstalled/reinstalled CS6.That worked for 2 days, and now it's happening again.I figure I should ask about this. It's not a big deal to just wipe/rebuild the machine, but it's not Prefs, Cache's; I tried removing those.It's happening to any user on the machine, so it's not a user/permissions problem.I just thought I should get on top of it before it starts happening to my 70 other users that have the same build/install.Anyone seen t

I am creating a creative cloud package of multiple desktop apps, but I wan to deploy selected apps in my machine how can it possible from the cc package which is already created?

I'm testing Acrobat Pro DC to see if it will meet our needs.  I need to be able to combine a number of documents into 1 PDF (which I know how to do) and would like to be able to create a TOC for those combined documents.  Sales said this was possible, but I can't seem to find any instruction on how to do this.

I purchased 16 volume licenses, so far 3 have successfully activated, 5 will not. The installation is fast and easy, it accepts the s/n with no problem. I launch the product. I get an activation screen asking me to enter my adobe id and password. When I click submit, nothing happens. The window stays the same, there are no error messages, absolutely nothing happens. I tried the tech support chat and after 15 minutes of nonsensical questions he told me to download the installer again. He clearly had no troubleshooting skills. This has actually been stretched out for 2 weeks because I'm a one man IT show at a large National Park and I haven't had time to sit and troubleshoot it.So this is Acrobat DC installing on Windows 7, 32&64 bit with similar configurations and on the same network. We are building a MSI file to deploy Acrobat DC and Reader DC.We have followed the steps outlined and used the Acrobat Wizard DC to enter our VL key and disable all cloud services.Testing the install and using Acrobat DC seems to work fine. Our test users don't have access to cloud services and are not prompted for Sign in.The first time they select to print a file to Acrobat PDF each day they receive the login screen and have to close it out. This only seems to happen when they print to Adobe PDF.Did we miss a setting somewhere or is there a way to disable this?

My company is suppose to have the 3 yr plan for the cc apps, however, we cannot launch any of it in the account, can only download the trial version. Why is that so? Is there anything that we are missing?

I work in an enterprise environment that supports around 1200 computers.  I have about 80 users that have various versions of Adobe Acrobat Pro installed on their office computers.When we upgraded our reader product to DC and deployed it, all of the computers with Acrobat Pro installed had their default viewer changed from Acrobat Pro to Reader DC.  I have not had this issue with other previous versions of Adobe Reader.I have the Adobe Customization Tool set to "Installer will decide which product will be the default."It is my understanding that with this selection, the installer will set the default .PDF viewer to the most secure version. (of course this is going to be the new Reader DC program)I have already found a registry change that removed the welcome screen.  Are there any other fixes, flag, switches that I can take advantage of to have the installer not change the users default viewer?I have a lot  of users that work only with Acrobat Pro and get a bit upse

Hi, I'm using the utility Creative Cloud Packager to create an installation package with everything including Acrobat DC. So everything download correctl and I end up with a folder. Now my first step is to install Acrobat DC using the msiexec command line. Acrobat DC install correctly without error using this command line: msiexec.exe /i AcroPro.msi /qn REBOOT=ReallySuppress. Next, I launch the installation in the Build folder using the command line: msiexec.exe /i "C:\Temp\Build\Adobe Ae x64.msi" /qn REBOOT=ReallySuppress MSIRESTARTMANAGERCONTROL=Disable. Again, everything install properly without any error. Finally, I need to install the exceptions so I launch the command line: ExceptionDeployer.exe --workflow=install --mode=post --installLanguage=fr_CA. The command ExceptionDeployer.exe just never finish, even if I reboot the computer! There's no error, no log, etc. But what I found weird is when I check the content of the ExceptionConfig file I can see this.<Exception TargetFold

Hi,I'm troubleshooting Adobe Creative Cloud problems that appear to have existed for four years according to CC forum questions. So far the solution to the problem is connect to another network and don't use proxy settings. Anyone in an enterprise environment will know this is not possible so those suggestions are a waste of time...Problem:Adobe CC refuses to use proxy settings and attempts to travel outbound and is ultimately blocked by firewall.Symptoms:End-Users are unable to connect to Adobe CC unless they use a "Guest-Wireless" connection to install the product.
