We need to raise the 60 character limit for email addresses.  Some of our usernames and domains are very long and exceed the 60 character limit and their IDs are not able to be licensed in creative cloud.

Fonts.adobe.com has a great UX. But after installing fonts it is hard to find them in the Creative Cloud desktop app. It would be great to have some of the same features like the website in the app, like: Grid viewThe iOS CC app has this feature but sadly the desktop version doesn't have it yet.Adobe Fonts website also has a text size slider and a sample text input field which would be also great. CategoriesWould be great to be able to categorise fonts by projects, styles, etc. to find them.Thanks you very much for listening!

Folders (included different kinds of files) can be uploaded in Cloud documents not only files.

It would be very appreciated if Adobe would address the many CVE and APSB bulletins by having some consistency. 1. Use MSP patches when possible rather than requiring uninstalling old version and installing new version.   2. If there is no patch option and installing the latest version is the only option then please have the new version automatically upgrade the old version.  From an administrative perspective, it is very inconvenient and causes more overhead when the old version (with the APSB bulletin) does not get automatically updated or removed when the new version installs when there are hundreds of computers and you have to automate the process. 3.  Also please improve the quality of uninstalling Creative Cloud products.  There are too many incidences with Offline versions where they will not uninstall clean from Add Remove Programs in Windows and then the new version will not install.  Or a new version of an Adobe product will not in

We are an agency. When we allowed users to download apps on their own we had issues with InDesign users upgrading and not being in sync with everyone else and thus the file versions were off and would not work.Now we have the opposite issue since we have turned it off the ability to download CC apps and use managed packaged isntead. Our users love and rely on the AI functions of the beta version of PS, however, it is constatly being upgraded and after a while the old version insterts intrusive banners to upgrade to the latest version. Creating managed packages constatly for the updates is time consuming and annoying. I want to be able to allow my users to download and updated PS and other apps but not ID or anything that I need version control on throughout my agency.

We'd like to enable InDesign Publish features for some people in our team, but we don't want to turn on external sharing for all users.  Currently this is not possible because sharing settinsg are only global.  We'd like to control exactly who can and cannot share data and exactly what data is shared.  We'd also like to be able to set expiration dates on shared data as well as add password protection.  Until these controls are added, we cannot use InDesign Publish.

Ok.First of all i love the cloud, its so great to be able to just login to any computer and have all my files there. But, and there is big BUT here.The non exporting of files to other accounts is just rediculus. Im now working on a new company and changing to a new account subscription with a new login. The process of just transfering my files from that account to this new one by going sideways and creating a new account in the old company and then delete the user to be able to share the files to the new account and then wait 8 hours to get an email with some really REALLY slow download links to donwload all zipfiles (80GB).The folder structure is there in the zipfiles but now with the help of your support who even tryed with remote desktop to upload the folders to the new account and it didnt work. No the solution is to manually create the folder structure again and thenupload all files one by one to the manually created folders.. Hi,I'm curious if anyone else finds it as annoying as I do that we can't receive our Adobe monthly invoices directly in our email inboxes. Virtually every other company or business sends their invoices to our emails, allowing us to quickly download them to our invoices folder and be done with it in seconds.With Adobe, however, I have to remember to log in to their website and locate the invoices for download. Not to mention, after perusing some of the complaints in this forum, it appears that some users struggle to locate all their invoices, often finding only the initial purchase or order because it's hidden behind the "all invoices" button.I don't care if by default it won't be by email, but please make the option available.

I can justify in my mind that Adobe on the back end would want to keep a log of the plugins someone may have at least tried to better understand what tools would meet that persons needs. But that can surely be a log file stored somewhere out of sight on the Adobe servers. As for the average dedicated consumer of Adobe CC products, I think I speak for many of us in saying that we are a bit... obsessive to borderline demented about meticulously curating our assets and resoures. I installed a plugin to connect to cloud resources, immediately found out it didn't meet my needs, found a better plugin, uninstalled 15 minutes later. 4 years now I see that plugin everytime I go in to do an update. Installed a plugin for Punch and Roll in Audition, a month later Audition updated and had Punch and Roll natively. Installed a notepad plugin, realized it wasn't even a notes panel within the software, just a windows notepad luancher. 3 years later I still have cluttering up my "manage

Not sure if this has been requested before, but it would be really nice if, upon opening a CC app, I could open multiple recent files all at once instead of having to go back and forth to the Home page to open one at a time. Every morning I pick up where I left off the day before when I was working in several files and if I could select all of those at once and click "Open" that would be great! As it stands now, I don't see any way of doing that. Would also be really nice to be able to delete certain recent files from the Home page. So my request is to add a checkbox to each "Recent" tile, as I have illustrated in the top row. Thanks!                             

Hi there, more of a heads up than anything. I recieved a prompt to update my password earlier. When trying to do so, my 6 digit verification code came from a UK mobile number (+44 7935 718317) via SMS with just a 6 digit code and nothing else instead of from the usual Adobe official account. I was able to phone it and leave - shall we say - an impolite message, but just be careful if you're resetting your password any time soon. I'm not sure exactly what's happened there, whether someone has access to my account or it's something on Adobe's side, but just be vigilant.

Surely Adobe could offer a simple 'cartoonify` option in its myriad of apps, particularly it's mobile phone versions? Other companies are doing it and charging a small fortune for the app.

Removing Cloud Sync for existing customers? Please reconsider this decision, Adobe. One of the best features in Creative Cloud is the seamless integration of many workflows. Adobe has promoted and been promoted for this. And now they have decided that a feature they've given us will be taken away. Ok... look. New customers coming to the platform? Fine. Don't offer it to your new accounts. But to not allow those of us who have been faithfully paying our monthly (or yearly) fees - in my case for probably 15 years - is a terrible business strategy.  Integration between Photoshop and Aftereffects and Premiere... they all work seamlessly. Just to name three of them... but now Adobe is saying, "automatically syncing your project files to Creative Cloud isn't an important part of the job?" Come on guys, why even call it Creative Cloud?  Even the US Federal and State Governments (as horrible at business as they are, will grandfather existing business in when they issue

I'd like to make a suggestion I hope this is the place for this. I have started a video podcasting and I do my interviews remotely. Currently use podcastle which allows me to record video calls and gives me separate video and audio for each person on the call. I hope this could be a feature adobe could offer as part of the creative cloud subscription. 

first, i really like the help i get in the community. it took me a while to find my orientation here. Now, years later i discovered uservoice.i guess my post is more of a (minor) feature request: to organise the acces to both platforms inside CCD. Maybe at the  right side menue under the tutorials button. would be a bit more transparent this way.

I've unticked automatic updates, sync in background, and launch at startup but Adobe still insists on automatically running services and tasks. If I manually disable their services from running automatically through Windows they just switch right back after I update CC or any Adobe app. I don't want, nor is it necessary, for anything Adobe running in the background when I'm not using their apps. Support gave me some BS that these services need to run everytime I boot up my machine. Not only is that insulting, it's invasive. Hoping this at least spreads awareness if my voice isn't enough.

As far as I k now, there is no user voice page for the client, hence I put this here. With the current version 6.0.0.571, following things are either version specifically wrong or in general:There is no switch to turn off synchronization. The synch will always automatically start when starting the client, so you must stop it. The synch would even start if there is nothing to synch.The About window is blurry (see below)When wanting to have two versions of the same app installed and installing a newer after an older, CC would still call it an update, though it isn't one.In the install process of the newer, the checkmark for "Uninstall older version" is automatically checked. Very unpleasent should you overlook it.Under "Your libraries" it lists a few libs I never created. When deleting the first one, the next is called "Your library" and then the next one, too. This is the second time that this has happened. the customer rep the first time said this was a "fluke". My last name only has two letters, but when I add an extra letter it solves the issue. Can we get this fixed? Not sure if this is the right place to be posting this but I've tried contacting customer service and they take a while to get back.   

Other cloud storage, i.e. Google Drive, Dropbox, etc, are automatically recognized as Cloud Storage in the Finder Sidebar, but not CC Sync Folder. Suggest that to have CC Sync Folder also have the same.  

Feature to choose which files should be downloaded and which should be kept on the Cloud rather than the entire gamut of files being downloaded to local drive.Online, 1000s of people have asked for this feature, every collegue I work with in the industry complains about this not being in place - we're still awaiting the HUGE need for this feature to be met. What is the point of having cloud storage if you cannot choose to keep things on the cloud. OneDrive, Dropbox and many others allow selective file synchronisation - because you don't need to sync all files all the time and we need to keep harddrives light, save bandwidth and save the planet.Furthermore Adobe, your CC software often bugs out (quite often after an update) and then wants to re-synchronise the entire freaking load of files! This has happened to me probably 10 times now - sometimes I've ended up with two Creative Cloud folders alongside each other - what a bloody waste of time, energy, blah blah blah. This happens just often enough to be slightly annoying. When Adobe renames apps (adding the current/next year to the app name) it results in broken links in the task bar (Win) and dock (Mac, not shown). Please consider naming apps with a single, canonical name, and let users visit the app's "about" menu to determine what version they are on. "Adobe InDesign" would be an excellent name for the app, no matter what year I am using it in. Thanks for considering!

How come there isn't a button or a function that allows you to close all background tasks of Creative cloud and other Adobe programs?Every single time I have to go and press end task in the Task-Manager about 20 times, since there are about 10-15 tasks running and some jsut reopen after closing them if you're not fast enough while closing everything else...That's jsut annoying yet it could be such a simple feauture...

Adobe, I love ya, but you're acting like my crazy ex right now. I've been using Generative Fill and all the lovely AI tools for months in beta and now in the main apps. So I really don't need you to be sending me push notifications and popups every five minutes telling me to 'try it'. Can your notification system get a bit smarter? Recognise the users who've already taken the plunge with new features and spare us the repeat invites? Or at least give us an Ignore All button. For the sake of my sanity, please!  

I have had to reinstall my machine, and now I have a fresh Creative Cloud install.And I found that my settings from Photoshop, Illustrator and so on are now not available to be restored.Upon searching, this appears to be fairly recent. I am sitting here in DISBELIEF. Adobe, WHY has this been removed. If it needs improvements, then say so. We can't even change the location of the Adobe preferences folders to be on OUR OWN Cloud storage.Just give us Preferences / Settings  etc sync back.

Chromebookʻs are widely popular in schools today. They are cheap, affordable and robust enough to complete coursework. However, Adobe Creative Cloud still does not have the capability to offer its services on Chromebook. Iʻd like to request an update or app improvement to allow users to work in Adobe online to support school programs such as Photography, Film & Media, Yearbook, Digital Media and more. Schoolʻs can provide funding for licesenes for Adobe but can not support the purchase of more expensive computers, especially in rural areas. This update would provide equitable access without having to find work-around ways like downloading through Google Play. An online version would be very helpful to support ACC.
