My wishes would be to remove SaaS, remove the deep talon reach of your software into nests of nests of folders, offer more realistic pricing to your tithing plans, fix Creative Cloud manager as it has corrupted itself on every single instance I've ever setup in my life and/but/also put the Apple Silicon install for Creative Cloud on the page for downloading it!!?!?! Hmmm - I think that about covers it for now
I'm posting here because this is a sweeping request of the entire suite. I'm begging you, Adobe. I use at least four of your programs every day, and it feels like every time I open them there's some pop-up to use some feature I don't want to use. Just let me do my work. Let me do my job. If we're already paying you hundreds of dollars, we're deep in the ecosystem and not leaving, if I don't want to use your cloud saving leave me alone. If I don't want to use your AI tools, leave me alone. None of those things are going to make us stay with Adobe longer if for some reason we decide to leave. Having my workflow interrupted to dismiss your barrage of pop-ups is driving me insane.
i would like to be able to create a custom font policy to pre-activate some fonts found in the Adobe Font Library so users dont need to do it themselvescurrently the custom fonts tool wants font files uploaded, and it is smart enough to know when an uploaded file already exists in the regular adobe font library. it doesnt seem to know how to select an existing font already in the adobe font libraryoddly enough even though the custom font dashboard says "unable to add" you CAN build a policy to deploy these fonts as custom fonts and the uploaded fonts still seem to be in the list (along with the error messages)it does seem that when you deploy them this way they show up on end users as "custom fonts" which they really aren't vs being listed in the regular activated fonts areaseems like there is need to create a cleaner way to set a policy to pre-activate fonts from the adobe fonts library on behalf of users so they dont individually need to to so
We as a government organization need this ability due to Public Records request compliance. Thank you,
Hi there, Creative Clouds download facility needs a bandwidth throttler. When I am updating CC applications, my Internet link slows down so much that it becomes unusably slow until the updates finish. Sometimes speed is not of the essence, getting other work done while updates happen in the background is. I would suggest a slider that allows you to limit the bandwidth usage from 0-100% or some such.Kind regards Mike Howell
Hi,as an Adobe and Okta customer, we would like to have initiated sign in into Adobe cloud from the Okta dashboard.Currently the SSO works but hidding the app from users, since it's not usable, is not the best approach.Thank you
A cilent gave me assets for a project. 2,723 Individual files. I have NO way of downloading the 30 folders on your CC serviec. It forces me to open each folder and sub folder to download these files 1 at a time......there has to be a better way.
Current Adobe Admin Console (AAC) Entra ID provisioning consistently recreates Federated Accounts due to its reliance on user objects' enablement statuses for provisioning identities. Our current offboarding process requires that we disable user account in our source IDP to prevent unauthorized access when an employee leaves or is terminated. This deactivates the user in AAC and if we need to rename (due to shared mailbox access delegation requirements) or setup a new account for the same user in another dept - the provisioning workflow creates a duplicate account in AAC. This causes frustration for our admins and provides access to the previous account's Adobe Sign data when licensed for Adobe Sign. Recommendation is to ignore user's activity status (enabled/disabled) when scoping a user for provisioning through the Entra ID application. At least let the organization choose whether they'd like to keep disabled users in scope or not. This would allow post-offboarding configu
I’ve been following the tutorials offered by Adobe, and they’re fantastic - perfect for kids and beginners.I just had an idea: after completing a tutorial, you could receive a reward and a follow-up. It could even include a feature like ‘Try Again,’ essentially turning it into a kid’s game on the iPad, similar to a drag-and-follow game.
Hello. Is there any chance you could handle product updates better? Every time a new version of, let's say, Photoshop comes out, I need to download ~2 GB of data (the Adobe Creative Cloud app downloads the full installer for the specific version instead of just downloading the files that got updated). I don't have fiber internet, and it takes like an hour to download that amount of data. Also, [I'm not sure if you consider this off-topic or just a bug] today the first time I tried to update Photoshop, it failed on unziping the downloaded files, because I had not enough space on the disk, so I cleaned the space, clicked Retry and... Adobe Creative Cloud seem to removed all the downloaded files (I don't think that should happen; if the downloaded files are not corrupted, why remove them?), since I had to re-download 2 GB+ of data once again.
I propose that the 'all apps' plan be changed.First, 'all' means all, so the 'all apps' plan should include everything, such as 3D apps.Secondly, you should be able to choose what is in your plan, like a restaurant menu, and be charged accordingly.Prices are way too high for personal use (nearly $1000/year).A maximum amount should be set for an application, and when reached, it should be free to use.
Please make them permanent visible. As of now have been searching for hell of a long time to find the 'hidden' features.
Hi Adobe - I'm wondering why you haven't yet created a way to make a shared folder saystem within Adobe Express. This is the BACKBONE of Canva or any other Team designer platform, and there's no good reason why Adobe cannot create something nealry identical to what Canva has done. It is IMPERATIVE for small companies and design teams to be able to collaborate locally without having to communicate and ask people to share designs or "libraries". Like, seriously? I'm sorry but this needs to be a feature implemented into Adobe express ecosystem (at the very least) like 2 years ago. Adobe is late to the game, admit your failure and learn from it. Get this feature added immediately!! A shared folder system for all users on an Adobe Express Teams account. Just copy canva, or Dropbox, or any other cloud-based file manager. Simple as that. THANKS!
Idea / request: Add 'fast profile switch' to creative cloud app. I'm using two Creative Cloud profiles (one work profile, one private) and it always time to log out from one profile and log in to another (esp. when logging in to my profile, because it is secured with Microsoft Authentificator). I'd be happy if there was a faster way than logging out an in.
Please, add the support of IDP-initiated Logins and ADMX for IT administrators in your next releases !! Thank you !
I would like a feature to modify the automated welcome email that goes to users after purchasing a license. It currently tells them to log in using their firstname.lastname@yum.com to access their new software. However, we have Adobe in sync with SSO. Therefore, they need to use their userID@yum.com for their log in.
When I need to relink a library assest, all my lovely organised folders in the library are discarded and everything is thrown together, this is incredibly annoying. Please fix this bug or 'feature', maintain folder structures when relinking! Thanks
Could we save custom metadata templates to the creative cloud? Saving them to the Adobe creative cloud, in addition to our Ps files etc. would be a very useful way to keep them updated and synced across various devices. ( Especially if you alter the template often. ) Currently, we can transfer the templates folder to each other device and find and overwrite a local template folder.
What's the reason behind not providing the date a product was last used in the admin console? Obviously this date is in the Adobe system because of the license check that happens each use. This function is essential for us to curate license assignment properly. Removing licenses that are assigned but not needed. It "feels" like the reason to withhold this information is to sustain license bloat/cost rather than partnering with the customer for fair allocation methods that benefit both parties.I see at least one other person posted on this in 2023, any potential this may happen?
I hate your products, your aggresive policy, I can not even uninstall your Creative Cloud. It always says it needs to UPDATE, it can not uninstall after update since there are still applications that need Adobe CLoud.. NOT TRUE. There are NONE, I tried everything, I am professional in IT and I CAN NOT GET RID of your software. UNBELIEVABLE how bad your software is nowadays. I HATE ADOBE and will NOT INSTALL YOUR PRODUCTS ANYMORE ANYWHERE p.s. I tried to post this with "rude words" - nice that you dedicated your programmers to FORCE your customers to "behave" ... instead of creating a GOOD SOFTWARE and NOBODY WOULD BE COMPLAINING
Users assigned with Adobe Creative Cloud-All apps license via the Adobe Admin Console are all self-managing that they personally download the apps they need using the Creative Cloud app. Would it be possible that IT admin be able to enforce the required software update using Adobe Admin Console as well? Seeing that these licenses are purchased and assigned by the company, we should have full control on how updates are delivered. And no, creating a package and distributing All Apps via this method is not possible as the package alone is more than 20GB which is the limit of most MDM.
I believe having a Per-Device License for a Multi-Session Virtual Machine that doesn't rely on SSO would be a great thing to have. As organizations migrate to the cloud or are in a hybrid state, trying to determine the appropriate SSO options (OIDC/SAML) when intially setting things up is a bit of an obstacle because there are so many unknowns. When adding differnt layers of complexity such as roaming profiles that are stored using FSLogix and a host pool with varying numbers of VM's users are required to log into the Adobe products every time they log into them. Additionally, our students have their SSO licensing associated to their Google student ID but log into the VM with their Entra ID.
One of the significant roles of an administrator is a assess license appropriateness and assign/remove accordingly. There is no ability to check user activity in relation to their allocated licences which makes it extremely difficult to review and validate whether the licenses assigned to them are being utilised. Even more so when you have come in post and these are already existing assignments. You are essentially relying on the user to be truthful on whether they are using it, which is not good for a business setup. And before anyone mentions data privacy, this an internal business commercial arrangment, not customer data!
Hi. Please intergrate a option to store the settings, shortcodes and Actions for Photoshop, Indesign, Illustator in the Adobe Cloud. So all the settings are similar on all devices and if we buy a new one, its super fast to get back to work.
Our team uses many different Photoshop Actions and Scripts in our workflows. It would be extremely useful to be able to create a Shared Cloud Library and upload the .jsx and .atn files to be easily accessible for different users, from within Photoshop. If users could import/install them from the Library interface too - even better! Thank you for your consideration!
