Allow admins to auto install softwares through creative cloud desktop app, not only auto update.
I work for a government agency that uses an Enterprise Creative Cloud plan for a workforce of over 1,000 employees. With the recent rollout of third-party AI models across Adobe products, I noticed that attempting to use any model other than Firefly results in the following message: “Your system administrator isn't allowing access to this feature right now” (see attached screenshot below) Third Party AI model limitation within Lightroom attempting to use Topaz Labs generative upscale. After contacting our IT department, I learned that our agency has disabled access to all third-party AI models within Adobe. However, when I asked whether access could be enabled for a specific, pre-approved model (in this case, Google Gemini / Nano Banana), I was told this was not possible. According to our IT team, Adobe’s current enterprise controls only allow all-or-nothing access to third-party AI models — meaning administrators must either enable access to all external models or disable them entirely
A built-in notes panel inside Photoshop where users can store and quickly copy text snippets such as titles, captions, hashtags, or recurring content used in designs. This would reduce the need to switch between external text apps and Photoshop during the design process.e
As a professional graphic designer since 1998 — over 25 years using your tools — I am writing to you with profound indignation and disappointment at the direction the company has taken with the Adobe Creative Cloud business model. For more than two decades, I have been a faithful user of your products. I have invested not only money, but time, knowledge, and constant feedback that contributed to the evolution and improvement of the tools that made Adobe the technological giant it is today. I actively participated in the creative community that tested, suggested improvements, promoted, and defended your products among colleagues and students. This historical loyalty is now being completely disrespected. The current mandatory subscription model — which forces me to pay for an expensive complete package to access only 2 or 3 applications I actually use — is an affront to all professionals who built the solid foundation of your company. It is unacceptable that, after decades of investment and
Bear with me if this is a duplicate, but it's 2024, and we really would like a way to limit CC's hogging of data bandwidth when doing updates from the Creative Cloud app. It's slowing/blocking the ability to complete other tasks elsewhere on the same network until all downloads are done. I would like the filter to set limits in percentages of network availability that the CC app can utilize. (I've tried a 3rd party app and haven't got it working yet). A 'simple' filter to limit the app's network usage would be golden. Thanks
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the performance and usability of Adobe products, which often do not seem to align with the features and capabilities your company advertises. As a dedicated user of your software, I feel it is essential to provide feedback to help improve the experience for your loyal customer base. First, I have encountered consistent performance issues across several applications, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. These tools often lag or freeze, even on systems that meet or exceed your recommended specifications. Crashes occur more frequently than expected, leading to lost progress and disrupted workflows. These stability problems undermine the reliability that Adobe promotes as one of its core strengths. The subscription model also raises concerns. While it is presented as a cost-effective solution, it is often expensive in the long term, particularly when updates do not address persistent bugs or add meaningful value. Furt
Feature Request - for the CLI Uninstaller, it would be nice for the Adobe uninstall tool to "speak"/"understand" the Marketing Versions (2024, 2025, 2026, etc) of apps? This request ("I want to remove <App> 20XX with the CLI uninstaller") comes up frequently but has a significant stumbling block because most Creative Cloud apps' true version numbers do not equal the Marketing Version and typically don't equal each other. For example, the existing CLI uninstall syntax is:sudo ./AdobeUninstaller --products=PHSP#22.0,ILST#25.0 Which is <SAPCode>#<BaseVersion> .Something like this:sudo ./AdobeUninstaller --products=PHSP#2025,ILST#2025 Which is <SAPCode>#<MarketingVersion>Would be fantastic to have going forward.
Hi, i’m Renaldy a freelancer working with limited storage capacity, I'm requesting for Adobe implement intelligent cache management and storage optimization features. Current cache systems can consume 5-10x the original file size, creating unsustainable storage demands. With SSD/HDD prices skyrocketting because of AI, hardware upgrades aren't always feasible.with help from claude, let me deliver our suggestion for Save files & Cache Temp/ Files optimization: 1. Intelligent Cache ManagementAdaptive cache sizing: Automatically scale cache based on available storage (e.g., if <50GB free, limit cache to possible performance (like in photoshop with Web/ Photos/ Huge pixel option) instead of each users manually choose what they think is best) Priority-based cache: Keep cache for active layers/effects; compress or purge cache for unused elements User-defined cache limits: Set maximum cache per project or application-wide2. Optimized Save File OptionsSmart linking toggle: Prompt users t
View presets for the Production panel in Premiere Pro that remember column arrangement (including show/hide) and column widths.BTW, I couldn’t post this in the Premier Pro community as there is no “Create a post” button for me there.
It’s very frustrating that you cannot save the Create Merged Document Dialog settings in Indesign. I frequently use Indesign to create tags or labels for school teams where I use the same design, but the names, year and some other information change each year. Having to set the column or row spacing each time as well as setting for single or multiple is a huge drag. If I forget it or forget the measurements, then I can waste labels. This also doesn’t allow me to share the template with anyone else on the fly that might have the design such as the printer. It makes it a very manual or not intuitive process. We should be able to save it like a Paragraphs Style, etc. so we can save various settings for different layout designs and / or templates that we use very, very often.Thank you!
There are swathes of posts back to 2018 in the community forum about people getting caught out in Adobe applications where Hindi digits are sprang upon them in new documents; where their application language is set to e.g. English; as well as the ‘English with Arabic Support’ language.Simply search the community for the phrase ‘hindi digits’ or ‘numbers showing as symbols’ and observe the amount of users caught out.In most cases, it would make sense to disable Hindi digits by default when the application language used does not these digits at all.
Combine the six or so'helper apps' into one app please. At leaat under macOS, all of these just add to clutter.
In order to monitor the utility of these expensive licenses I'd like to be able to pull a report to show usage across the CC apps. Knowing what users are benefiting from this license would enable us to target our spend appropriately.
Adobe Portfolio is a potentially powerful tool for creatives to get their message out. However, it is hampered by not being very text-savvy. It's downright clunky.I'm not looking for a blog site (though that would be nice, too), but having multiple paragraphs of text--a bio, a desription, an essay, etc.-- is clunky to write and seems to be missing some key text attributes such as indents, quotes, and lists, both ordered and unordered. Even standard web designations such as Headers 1 to 4 are missing, which are important for SEO. Given Adobe's presence in web design, I'm always surprise Portfolio is so handcuffed. In other words, Adobe has provided us with a great tool that goes nowhere. Adding even these simple text attributes would elevate the usefulness and presence of our Portfolio sites.
The setting to enable Non-Adobe generative AI models should not be tenant wide and ideally can be toggled on for certain people or groups. In a regulated environment having this binary setting for everyone presents a challenge and ultimately adoption of another tool/service/model.
We have a need to allow InDesign Server access to remote DAM hosted client content (graphic files). Maybe there'd be a configuration file in the InDesign Server installation that specifies the credentials needed to access the DAM. There might need to be a preliminary step before opening an IDML/INDD file that sets the context (client DAM) that would then allow for the file to be opened and externally linked images to be retrievable from the DAM.
Hi,Has Adobe ever considered creating a Lite version? When internet speeds are not optimal... animating menus are a bore to watch.Getting bigger... fading on... all the fancy stuff that just clogs my actual working process.Just have the menus appear - no bells and whistles! Thanks.
I have someone paying for my Adobe account, and they file all of the invoices. Ridiculous with how much we pay Adobe that we can't simply receive the invoices automatically month to month to our email.
It is very hard to find any useful plugin among tons of useless Presets for Lightroom. It would be nice to make extra Category for presets to move them out from Tools & Automation category.
If this has already been reported, apologies — but the issue has become hard to ignore. The recent automated measures against account sharing are creating a lot of friction for users like me who work legitimately on two personal machines. I keep getting intrusive pop-ups, warnings, and password-change prompts that interrupt my workflow even though I am the sole user of the account. I understand the need to prevent misuse, but being repeatedly blocked as if I were doing something improper is getting genuinely exhausting. It disrupts work for no real reason. A clearer option to permanently authenticate two personal devices would prevent these unnecessary interruptions and avoid penalising compliant users.
I've been using Billings Pro for years to track client/project info, time, and invoicing. It has many great features from server backup/syncing across devices, activity-aware timers, taxes, discounting, markups, invoicing, reporting, and so much more. Like many other applications that are geared toward small businesses or one-man shops, they either go out of business or fail to support their apps as OS updates roll out, leaving users with the sinking feeling that one day the app will no longer open after an OS auto-update. After many years of client info invested in this platform, the writing is on the wall as funky little things are happening after the Tahoe update since they stopped support 1-2 years back. It would be great if an established company like Adobe could develop their own project tracking, timing, and invoicing software that seamlessly integrates with Creative Cloud apps. An additional subscription would not only generate profits for Adobe, but make customers more confide
Maybe it's just me, but it costs me more than a few nerves each day when I click & drag to select multiple stacked clips on my timeline, only to lose any tracks from the selection that are no longer visible when my timeline vertically scrolls. I tend to have 3-5 video tracks and 2-3 audio tracks visible at a given time on my timeline. However, I often have several more tracks in use on a given project. I don't have the screen real estate to simply have more tracks visible, and I don't want to have to fully shrink my track layers so that they're all visible. What I'd love to see, if it's on the menu, is the ability to click & drag to select multiple tracks WITHOUT any tracks being lost from the selection when the timeline vertically scrolls. Oddly enough, this doesn't seem to happen when the timeline scrolls horizontally. Does anyone else experience this? Adobe, can you address this?
Please add List view to folders that are shared via a link so recipients can read the entire file name. I often have many videos that are similar and the part of the file name that differentiates them is not seen on the truncated file name that appears on Thumbnail view.
