Lets have same kind of anchors  working in Photoshop please.   Photoshop layer system hasn't  got any update for years . It fills so ancient  and so outdated and layesr UI is so inconvenient  and misleading  with  all those  countless redundunt  smart objects copies hiden in clipping stacks inside another stacks.   I sometimes couldn't figure out a thing in my own files.    Lets do smart masks with anchors  or something .     All those AI features  are nice and cool  but mostly useless for actual image editing  work.      Lets have some advancement  in other areas please.    

Please Adobe,   make  true support of SBSAR files in Photoshop.   It's 100% useless currently.  Nothing  really  works .     Or better just let us use sbs files as custom filters.  Please, lets sbsar read from a layer RGBA channels at least .   

Use gen fill to give multiple renders in one prompt or one click of a button , one for every angle. The same way Adobe illustrator has the option to generate every angle from the turntable feature. This is helpful  for me as it give me the option to see the angle I wanted and see other that may work but had not been considered.

I'm a tablet user and I can't use Photoshop Web because it's not customizable enough for my needs. I need to put icons in specific places because otherwise the pop-up windows, like the layers window, take up too much space. I'd like the interface improved in that area.

It will be great to have PS on the web like Figma. Online version where users can collaborate freely, make edits and do updates together.  Amazon- downloading templates take a lot of time. We have thousands of assests but it is alwyas a long wait before they can be downloaded. Is there a way we can make it fast? - Nathy and Carolina (Amazon Music) 

There are often many features that seem amazing, but are not available in my current workflow which does not switch between web and desktop versions of the same app. Having these intergrated into the desktop beta quicker would help desktop users stay up-to-date and knowledable with the developement of the program. Dominic Ornelas - MAX25

Please add a way to preview a brush-line (brush tool when holding the shift key) like Clip Studio Paint does. It allows you to see where your brush will draw the line before you tap. See the attached image.

Anytime I have a text field that doesn't show the copy (e.g. after changing the font or text size, the text in the field becomes too large to show up), the text field becomes impossible to edit. If the text tool would click into the text field, that'd be very helpful. Unfortunately with text fields, it will only click into existing text or showing text and it doesn't see any lines with just a return in it as text.

The Layer Alignment should have an option drop-down which lets users choose an option "Align Visually"Align Visually will align the layers based on visible pixels of each layer instead of aligning the layers based on Layer Bounds.

Adobe, a request for you please.  A request born from two decades of working with applications, application developers, and application error messages: Please, for the love of God, when you present an error to a user, make sure that error is accurately descriptive.  For the exorbitant rates we pay to use this software, the least you can do is not pepper it with error messages that waste our time in addition to our money.   To wit: this afternoon I spent over an hour fighting the sudden appearance of an error message when trying to open .webp files (which were working fine yesterday, then suddenly not fine today).  Various iterations of this message included:   First, out of the blue: "Could not load the user measurement scale presets file becasue Photoshop does not recognize this type of file".  Then after resetting my measurement scales to the defaults: "Could not import the clipboard file becasue Photoshop does not recognize this type of file"

I'm adding this to the pile because apparently it's been around for almost a decade. Using alt+drag on locked layers will cause them to duplicate like unlocked layers. I think this has happened to me before but I just noticed it now. Regardless, if you guys would like this to be a feature, just add the option to toggle it off in the preferences becuase otherwise, It's inconvenient as all hell. I would like to not duplicate my locked background layer everytime I just miss the element I'm trying to click or worse, when I try to duplicate something underneath my locked vingette layer.

In addition to aerial lanscape photography that I conduct through the open window of my small personal airplane, on occasion I photograph landscape through the high quality glass of a jet airliner's pressurized cockpit windows. Such glass is distortion-free except for small random imperfections, usually at the edges of the pane; however, some panes have otherwise acceptable minor distortions on the middle area, causing problems for me as a photographer rather than as a pilot. Such imperfections can "smear" part of an otherwise sharp image. Attached is an example I recently photogrpahed with a Leica Q2 through the flat, thick glass of a Boeing 737's cockpit side-window above the Alaska Range with Denali on the horizon. Save for a very subtle softening in a small area along the left edge, overall the photograph is as sharp as I can expect from a Q2, except for the distortion seen at the bottom in one area, as seen in the screenshot of the cropped-in image. Auto-align and auto-blend are two great features of Photoshop. It would be really, really great if they worked on Smart Objects! After all, the smart objects can be aligned manually (including Lens Correction, Transforms etc. And of course they can be blended manually.

I don't seem to have a side scrolling bar and cant find the settings on the web page.

I couldn't get Lightroom nor PS to stich these 3 images and a free online site did it in 3 seconds. You can do better than that, Adobe.   

If I crop my image (Original Ratio) and I click the ruler icon, draw a line the image is rotated AND cropped correctly - over all the years perfect.   But if I crop but hold CTRL and draw the ruler line with this "other ruler"(?) the image is also rotated - but NOT cropped.   Is this a bug or a feature?

Another Idea that Adobe can do thats unique is making an AI brush. Theres already realtime AI that fixes peoples drawings if they cant draw , well what if you use the same realtime technology but in a brush that can benefit those who do have artistic skills or anyone really. So Instead of just making an entire image for you, this tool can help in tedious task for special EFX giving artist quicker workflows.Let me explain:Say you are trying to paint fire and as you paint (or after you release your stroke) it makes the fire look real/more finished. For making special EFX this could be super helpful even as a base. It Can be used for paintingGrass, leaves, fire, snow, dust, wind, branches, wood carvings, windows, hair, sparks, glows, energy beams, ect.  instead of just using a normal brush that just gives you stamp info only. Can see this being something unique and helpful. You could even make it an AI layer that enables you to edit the context already made or rasterize it like you d

I have recently seen that the web version of Photoshop has improved a lot, but there are functions or tools that are too basic and I don't know why they haven't been there since this version came out.  I think adding these features would make the program more robust and usable. Honestly, it's very good in terms of AI features, but it's missing those basic features that we love so much about Original Photoshop  Some tools needed in the web version:Transparencies in shape fills, uniform color I know it can be done in the layer settings but sometimes we don't need to change the entire layer just the fill of a shape.Gradients in the color picker for shapes and text, Gradients in the color picker for shapes and text, in terms of gradients the program can only put one on the ENTIRE LAYER without the shape filling it which is super bad.Polygon lasso and other lasso variables, The lasso is fine but its friends allowed for more precise mouse-level selections.A

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2628101I am having an issue with displaying layer overlay, as I am working on a WIN10, PS CC machine, but I am based in Belgium (and using azerty keyboard) and therefor, I cannot reach the \ shortcut.  For me, that is ALT GR+<, which PS does not recognize.  It is driving me crazy! I have read articles and understand the menu shortcut is hidden (that is why I have just spent the last hour searching for it in vain, before I found this article). I have also had to change "change brush size" in order to use my wacom intuos pro tablet some years ago (from "[" or "{" and "]" or "}" to "(" and ")". One of the things I have noticied over using several Adobe apps over the years is the level of documentation between the apps. Having an extensive background in various database and OS software the developers for the most part provide comprehensive Release Notes and Changelogs with their apps. This allows the user to see what has changed and when. There is a myriad of reasons why this is important. However, this logic does not seem to apply to all Adobe Teams. In fact on of the Adobe Employee responded in one posting in this community group pointing to a "Summary" when asked about Release Notes. The request for Release Notes and Changelogs have been made a number of times, and have went unanswered. I came across a good article today describing the purpose and differences between them. Current LimitationIn the current Curves tool (both in ACR and as an adjustment layer in Photoshop), we can make intricate adjustments to the composite RGB curve and individual color channels (Red, Green, Blue). However, there is no way to temporarily disable the effect of a single channel's curve to see its isolated impact.
