After typing a new title in the EGP, it's frustrating to have to press both 'Esc' followed by 'V' before the title can be moved or resized in the Program Monitor.The approach used in the Legacy Titler is much better:When typing a title, hitting 'Esc' automatically exits typing AND reverts back to the Selection tool in a single step.This is a better approach for 3 reasons:1. 1 step is easier/faster/less frustrating than 2 steps.2. MANY titles consist of a single block of text, so while the EGP's approach does make it easier for a user to create additional blocks of texts (2 steps [Esc + click on new text location] vs 3 steps like in the Legacy Titler [Esc + T + click]), users would most often benefit from saving a step to modify their newly created title rather than saving a step to create an additional block of text within the same title.3. It would keep the workflow consistent with the Legacy Titler, which isn't just more logical and useful, but also more familiar to long time Pr user

If the user has any selected clip(s) in the Project window, when switching from List to Icon view, the Bin that's opened should automatically default to the Bin with the selected clip(s), centering the view on the selected clip(s). It's only logical!

Premiere 23.1.copy and paste text from a text style to other text,(one line ,two text style via copy other text and paste)the pasted text style not include multiple styles.(multiple shadows,multiple strokes etc.)

It would be amazing if premiere pro could group video and audio tracks in a minimized fashion to help clean up timelines. Then have an expansion arrow to reveal the grouped section.  For example. Say I have overlapping audio tracks of wind SFX. I could group these tracks into a "Wind" labeled section thats consolodated into one track. Then click an expansion arrow to reveal the tracks associated with Wind SFX. 

When I split a caption/subtitle in PPro, a duplicate of the whole line is made. It'd be great if PPro could take note of where my cursor currently is, and split the caption at that point, so no further editing of the subtitles is necessary.

PPro often gets sentences/full stops/periods wrong - i.e. it'll transcribe something as the end of a sentence, adding a full stop and a capital letter (or vice-versa - neglecting to add a full stop/capital letter when the speaker has reached the end of a sentence). It's a bit tedious to edit both the full stop AND the capital letter on the next caption, and it'd be great if PPro could be set to recognise when I've changed the end of one caption to have a full stop, then auto-capitalise the starting letter of the next caption (and vice versa).

When you change a Sequence setting, the highest available Timebase is 60 fps.  Whether it's a mainstream option (it's starting to look that way for some consumer cameras including smartphones for HFR) or not, it would be nice to be given options for fps in both Premiere and Encoder, whether it's low, high, or something in the middle. Some potential benefits:Want to make a choppy animation-like sequence in the single-digit category?  With this feature, you could!Want to nest a sequence and change the framerate to something higher? With this feature, you could!Want to submit an HFR sequence that exceeds 60 fps for a myriad of testing purposes? With this feature, you could!Want to be like Peter Jackson and edit something in 48 fps? With this feature, you could! Being given this kind of control would allow creatives to control their content!

I noticed that the captions default to straight quotes and apostrophes in the captions."This isn't right."“That’s better.”(Copied from a discussion that didn't* gain many responses).*didn’t

Choosing allignment and transform should be considered a part of the style. There should be an easy way of changing all the allignments at once. I now had to do it manually.

I'm sure I'm not alone in working on edits with a lot of technical jargon/brand-specific words. Two things that would be really nice to have:1. The ability to tell PPro a list of some jargon words. For example, I'm currently working on a job for "Malfy" gin, which PPro (understandably) transcribes as "Amalfi". So we could train PPro to realise that every occurrence of "Amalfi" should probably be "Malfy".2. Failing that, a simple find-and-replace. I know there's a "find" feature, which is handy, but adding a replace feature would be nice (unless I've missed that and it's already there??)

Please listen to community requests/ I am on the verge of leaving Adobe after being quite loyal for many years. These are two requests I have had for the last few years using Premiere consistently. FEATURE REQUEST Lumetri Color, make it more like Camera Raw filter from photoshop/lightroom. Heck if that was a program itself I would use it so much more. Premiere Lumetri Color is so weak. Please have your departments work with each other, it seems like all of Adobe's programs with similar functionality are scripted differently, how absurd! Ex: Photoshop is terribly slow rendering text while illustrator is blazing fast, After effects warp stabilizer stinks while Premiere is actually quite better. This is tested on multiple different operating systems. Linked/Synced Presets/FX/Adjustment LayersHave it so if you have a certain color grade or effect applied on multiple clips and you need to change something, have it so where you change the Effect and it will change all the

No matter what I do or where I type the ' it always shows as a white box after I export. This needs to be fixed

I'd love to set color labels for text blocks (Captions) and filter them (preferably multiple labels allowed at once). It would let me see which blocks are checked/edited/important/obsolete and make life silightly less complicated. Thx. Wait! I just thought about two additional options for that feature: "New sequence from selected blocks..." and "New sequence from labels..." where I could choose any amount of labels (now I think it should work also as custom tags) and create new sequences for each selected label/tag with a single click. That would be very useful for editing many shorts from a long interview.

I need radial blur in premiere pro. Please give me it! I was told i have to make a post here to get it which is absolutely ridiculous considering I pay a bunch per month...

so here's my workflow.  I work on a variety of systems both mac and windows, at my office and on site at clients...  When I start a new project, I always keep the media on a single external hard drive and assign all the scratch disks to a folder named "premiere stuff" on the external hard drive and my project is saved to a folder on my computer that's automatically mirrored to dropbox.    In order to do that I have to manually assign all the various scratch disks to "premiere stuff" on my media drive.  Not a big deal, but would be great to be able to point to  "premiere stuff" for the first scratch disk and assign all the other scratch disks in one step...     I don't expect the adobe team to drop everything they're doing for just me (although it would be nice), but throwing this out there to see if there are many others with this workflow who would appreciate a shortcut.    I've been using this workflow for many years without issu

Hey Adobe, what version are we on, and we still can't copy a description and paste it to multiple clips, but have to do it individually.  This was a feature in Final Cut 7 (and earlier).   Little things like this make the difference and save us editors time (and money).  How about a little help here?

Please upvote this if you agree that the new interface for export is really bad. Why not upvote if you also think the new create project dialgue tab is clunky and worst too.   Maybe if we get enough upvotes they will actually make it better or allow options for the older dialgue exports that was quick and easy and sent to media encoder while retaining folder export location.

The new export dialogue (When you click 'Location' in the Export setting) only allows you to select a destination folder. You have to manually enter a filename. This is garbage and wastes time.Example: I render out videos all day. Usually amended versions of previous videos, therefor overwriting files. What was a 2 second 'click render - save dialogue pops up - select old video file - click 'overwrite' process, has now become a guessing game. I can't remember the EXACT file name of all the projects I work on. So I end up having to just make junk names ("videoname_version2.mov"), save them in the same folder as the file I want to overwrite then go back and change later. Or manually copy the filename from the folder and paste into Premiere's stupid new Export settings window.Why is this the only software that you can't view files in a window? Insane. I lose about 2 minutes every time I export something. Thats about 80 minutes per week that I'm now just managing files

Look, every time someone posts this that gets traction you remove the title or change it to something else by merging it with another unrelated suggestion.  Please don;t do that here.  PLEASE, change the export dialogue, the new project dialogue and stop creating more steps to do things.   I want the old create new project dialogue that was fast and simple.   I want the old ctrl+m dialogue that loaded quickly and sent the export to media encoder.  I want my export folder to default to somewhere in the project and not a static folder like someone lazy coded the app and added a single static export location. You have litterally taken a product that was pretty good and made it 10 times harder and more frustrating to use.   Can we please have LEGACY options here to get back to original workflows that worked better pre-2021.  Thank you!

In AE there is an option in preferences to change the point size for paths.I'd like an option in the Premiere preferences to change the point size for the clip keyframes.They are so small that I waste time trying to copy a group of keyframes in the timeline or make an adjustment. Check out the screenshot below. My mouse cursor is over the clip audio keyframe point, but it doesn't register.A larger point size would help as long as the hit box is also scaled appropriately. 

I've noticed while using Productions workflow in 23.1.0, if I right click on an audio clip in a timeline that is linked to a source video in a different project from where the sequence is, and I select "Audio Channels", this brings up a "Modify Clip" screen that is blank and you can't adjust any of the settings. Going to the project that holds the source video and changing it from its "Modify>Audio" menu or selecting "Audio Channels" from a clip in the same project as the sequence works fine. It's just bugged when it comes to the "Audio Channels" option for clips working across linked projects in a Production.

Hi, Is it possible to add Hebrew support for speech to text in Premiere Pro? It always seems that Hebrew is one of the few languages that are always left behind...  Thanks
