Metadata display settings

I wonder what does it take to include a dropdown list of saved metadata settings at the bottom of the project/bin window? I mean Avid has it since their inception, why not Adobe have it? It is so basic but useful; instead of opening the window, choose the one that is saved and click ok! It is so simple to add, but Adobe is too lazy to do it!

Upvoted.

List of previous requests / issues with metadata display:

Metadata display presets “forget” custom fields

No history and undo in metadata fields

No curser in metadata fields

Metadata column widths

Metadata dialog window issue

No response from Adobe on any of that. Upvotes may help.

Mr. Haugen,

Thank you for upvoting. Your point is valid, and yeah maybe no request has been made for this issue, but since Avid has it a long time ago, it is useful for assistant editors, or, in different stages of the editing process. So, hope Adobe does this simple fix, it's so simple - a spreadsheet process drop-down list operation, I guess!

Best to all.

I wouldn't say lazy   ...  but understand, every set of humans will look at the same list and see differen priorities as needing work.

I actually haven't seen this specific request, in over a decade of heavy participation here and on the BM forums for Resolve. So ... it's not been a huge thing, right?

That said, it sure sounds like it would be very useful. So I happily upvoted.
