My flash player crashes on every website I go to. I've restarted the computer, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe and still crashing on every page. The plug-in is enabled so I don't know what else to try. I've never had this problem, the problem just started today.
I have a Wordpress website on which a number of videos are embedded and, until recently, have always played without problem. Now although at least one still plays, the others bring up error #2036 on Windows 10 and IE and error #2035 on Chrome. The site has recently been updated though my web hosts don't believe this to be the cause and advise that a plugin be installed that doesn't use Flash. Is there a simple way of restoring Flash functionality? I'm not tech savvy but would be grateful for any advice. In case it's relevant my PC's OS is Windows 10 Home Version 1703 Build 15063.540
Having similar issue but with our own flash app with 1703 Windows 10, IE11 and player version 26.0.0.151.We use Apache Flex to create our application and sometimes (not always) when a alert dialog is opened it crashes the flash player totaly leaving only a exclamation mark in the browser window.I have tried many things to get it to work again but since it crashes completely silent (not even debug player with attached debugger shows anything) so i am out of ideas what to try to get it to work.Hardware acceleration on or off does no difference and we get the same error on various computers.
After installing the Flash Player for Android and starting it I am directed to https://settings.adobe.com and are rejected. How to get Flash Player to work?
I have noticed several questions in this forum regarding the Flash icon in the control panel and how it appears to be missing on Windows 10. I have done some investigating and have figured out the reasoning behind this and how to restore it.First off in Windows 10 it appears that this icon or setting in the control panel is part of the windows system itself; meaning that when windows updated flash player Active X via windows updates that should re-enable that icon/feature for you.Usually in the Windows system folders there are two files present that control the Flash Control Panel:1) FlashPlayerApp.exe2) FlashPlayerCPLApp.cplFor 64 bit systems the file sit in C:\Windows\SysWOW64For 32 bit systems the files sit in C:\Windows\System32Technically you can back these files up ( zip, rar, 7z archive them ) and replace them if need be as deleting and re-adding the files technically works. HOWEVER, this will not address any security updates to that Control panel app if the control panel app is
My flash player is installed; I've installed it several times and when I go to the website, it tells me that my Flash Player is updated. However, when I go to the website for my homework, it tells me I need to install the Flash Player and will not work properly. First image is the website for my homework with the yellow notification bar stating the Flash Player isn't updated. Second image is the verification that the Flash Player was installed properly. (Note: using in Google Chrome)
Cannot install Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2 on Mac OS 10.12 Sierra. Even after using sudo spcrl -master -disable to allow the Anywhere option in the system preferences, privacy and security panel I still get “Install can’t be opened. You should eject the disk image." error message. Any ideas how to work around this? Thanks.

To whom it may concern, I am reluctant since I have seen this problem has been posted several times, but unfortunately, the suggested answers have not solved my problem. I am using Mozilla Firefox version 55.0.3 on Windows 10 and have been experiencing problems with viewing animated images and videos. Sometimes, the warning pop-up for the unresponsive Adobe Flash plugin would show. The version of Adobe Flash Player installed is 26.0.0.151, which should be the most updated version. I have tried to follow instructions on disabling hardware acceleration to see if it would work. However, when I right click the image, there is no choice for "Options" or "Settings". I have disabled Protected Mode, but that doesn't have any effect. Could you please help me fix this problem? As mentioned, I have already looked on several forums in attempt to solve these issues, yet could not find an appropriate solution. To be honest, this issue has persisted for about 2 years, and I had waited to see if the
Hello. During an update installation on my Mac (MacOS Sierra 10.12.6) I got the following message: "Application "Install Adobe Flash Player" is trying to install new supporting program", and the prompt is asking to fill root password. I don't remember that flash player previously asked me to fill a password, and it looks a bit suspicious to me. Does anybody know what is "supporting" program? And should it be or it is kind of infection? (BTW, Antivirus and Malwarebytes haven't detected anything).
every time we are attempting to use online program it keeps prompting us to download the adobe flash player but we are suppose to already have it on this specific chrome book. ?
We have a C# application that uses Flash control. We play multiple movies in different layers. When movies are loaded in layers other than 0, the application crashes with an access violation. Here is a sample code: int iLayer = Int32.Parse(tbLayer.Text); axShockwaveFlash1.LoadMovie(iLayer, tbName.Text); axShockwaveFlash1.Play();I the above code if the value of iLayer is set to 0, it works but any other value would give the following on the LoadMovie function:OS: Windows 7.net Framework: 4.5.2Flash version : 25.0.0.171 The last successful version was 22.0.0.192. All version after that crashes the application.

I've been using Adobe Flash on Google Chrome for a while now, and everything was going fine. But after a while, suddenly the microphone stopped working, and I checked in the settings, and it's all blank. Is it the program update itself, or something like that?
Operating system Windows 8.1 64 bitWeb Browser Mozilla Firefox 55.0.3Flash Player 26.0.0.151I can't get any screen shots, I'm sorry. It took me well over a 1/2 hour before I was able to get on here. My flash player is not working correctly. It will play Facebook videos and I tried a couple YouTube music videos and those worked at least today, last night they didn't always work. However, I can not load any other pages. Amazon, my bank account, my credit card account, adobe (I can't do any of the test things because it won't open)Last night I was trying to watch the Us Open on line via the Us Open site and ESPN 3. I kept getting- Warning: Unresponsive plugin, then you get the two boxes of continue or quit. It will do that for well over a 1/2 straight and freezes my web browser. I uninstalled and reinstalled the adobe flash player last night. It did not help. I disabled the enable flash protected mode, that did not help. Since the adobe help page won't load I can not try to deactivate the
I have a Samsung Chromebook & there was a recent update. Now www.younow.com is not working properly. Video is frozen in live chat. I can still type in chat & audio still works in live chat. Everything works except video. I can, however, watch the broadcaster on their page. Video is not frozen on their page. I now have to have two windows open. One so I can watch the broadcast. The other so I can type in chat. I've sent problem reports to chrome because it was their stupid update that messed younow up. I've also sent a report to younow support. Nobody has fixed anything. I have tried so many things to try and fix the problem myself. I don't know what to do.
