Flash Player (read-only)

I didn't use the pop up I frequently got from Adobe before December 31st and I decided to uninstall Flash Player myself. I first unistalled something called Adobe Flash Player 32 NPAPI "regularly" over Apps and Features, but then I saw I had to use an uninstaller. Before downloading it and using it I checked the Macromed file under SysWOW64 and there were 3 or 4 files left (I can't exactly remember now) including a config file (I think) and FlashUtil_ActiveX. Used the uninstaller but it didn't do anything - the files were still there. I decided to open FlashUtil_ActiveX to see what happens and it opened up the uninstaller again. After 1 or 2 pop ups showing me that I can't access temp files, the Flash file looks like this picture. Whenever I open FlashUtil_ActiveX it says that it will remove Adobe Flash Player from my computer but it doesn't seem to do anything. Not sure if I messed up something and/or if I have to do anything else.Thanks in advance!

Why are they discounted Flash player an now what will replace it ? Other programs use flash player . 

I ran the uninstaller and deleted C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash  and C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash.Couldn't find %appdata%\Adobe\Flash Player  and%appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player  though.I searched my pc for more instances of "flash" and most of them were in winsxs folder and was wondering if I should delete them as well.I attached screenshots of the files I am talking about. My question is...  I just bought a Hp computer and it will not allow me to enable Adobe Flash Player for my video visits with my only son, who is incarcerated and they only have that app to ensure I can visit with him.  So what do I do to go around the program to allow the Adobe Flash Player to  help with video visit

I used the uninstaller for Flash to remove the mozilla firefox plugin successfully as far as the plugin goes.  However, this appears to have left code on my windows 10 machine.  Specifically the Windows control panel entry for Flash Player (32-bit) remains active.  Arjun Singh at Adobe support wanted me to clean files off the C drive WHICH HE SUBSEQUENTLY RETRACTED (no harm in my case I deleted nothing).  Glary Utilities reports about 100 files on the C drive containing the word Flash.  A considerable number of those relating to companion products like printers and Adobe Acrobat Reader.  The suggestion was then made to inquire here how to get the Flash Player (32-bit) Windows Control panel to be removed.  My machine has multiple users all users have a .lnk entry to Flash Player (32-bit) in their AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent directory.

I have a Google Sites website where I post games with Flash. Since the end of life is in a couple weeks, I started putting HTML Games. There's this one particular game I want to add, called Milk Quest. When I get it set up, I enable flash and I am met with a white screen. When right clicking, there's 3 boxes: Movie not loaded, Check for updates, and About Flash Player. I use the same exact method to add other flash games, and they work. I am trying to remove Flash, but in deleting files I'm told I don't have Trusted Installer permission, whatever that is.  What do I do?

Hi, I have been getting many notifications from Adobe Flash Player about removing it from my system for the past few weeks. I kept on clicking "remind me later", as I was busy with other things at the time, but I kept a mental note of the deadline of 31st of December. The thing is, yesterday I finally managed to take a look and do some research on it, and it is seems pretty genuine to me (I'm very suspicious of these types of notifications these days), but the problem is that the notifications are not coming up anymore for some reason. I tried logging out of my computer and coming back on again a number of times, but no notification appeared, even though, up to a week ago, it seemed to be appearing at least every second or third time I turned on the computer. From what I understand, the easiest way to uninstall it is via that reminder that I've been referring to, and I'm not keen on doing it through the lengthy way that I read in various sites. I'm downloading a few flash games into my computer since flash will soon stop working on all browsers, there's no reason for those to no longer work as well since those are already downloaded, right? My concern is the fact that I still need to open them with a flash app to play them, but that app itself will continue working right? After all, these games can still be played offline with no internet, so unless Adobe brings an update that brings the app down I can't possibly see it no longer working... But I still want to be completely sure, so if any of you who know more about this stuff could give me a good answer I would greatly appreciate it!

NO, I downloaded the Dynamic Media Classic to replace my FP and tried logging in as directed but it will not recognize my Adobe login, nor my email or browser logins...how do you get this Dynamic Media Classic to work?? I have several documents that required FP that are used over again and I do not want to lose my access.  HELP!!

How will I be able to access my security camera footage the firmware for these cameras only provide quicktime plugin usage or flash player for streaming of security cameras? Please someone help.

I am trying to download the exe file for the new upgraded version of Flash Player so I can play my games as usual, but I keep getting a message reading connection error.  None of the information I am receiving as to how to do it have been the least bit helpful to me as I don't know what processes to stop, etc.  I am on w10 and have not added avast back to my system after the hacker incident last week and a new hard drive install.  Do I even need this thing?  I have vlc media player.  a little help for granny, please?

When im trying to log into a Session, it says i must install Adobe Flash Player, but its pre-installed and upgraded. When i click to check if i have it, it says i do, then when i click to check if its disabled or enabled, it says its not, even thought i put Adobe Flash Player on "Ask me first". Everytime i try to log into the session it brings me to this page; https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html#. Also, if your awnser is that the session might have blocked Adobe Flash Player, then why did they tell us to use it?
