Flash Player (read-only)

i just got a notification to uninstall Flash Player (just like everyone else) but i'm not 100% sure what this'll mean for me as an animator? can i still use Flash CS6? or do i now have to use alternatives like Toon Boom or whatever? i also would like to know if there are third party Flashplayers (like with Newgrounds) that i can use to keep playing my favorite Flash Games on sites like Stick-Page or Speeleiland?

Hello!Two days ago, I updated the OS on my Apple IMac.  After this IMac was updated, there is a game called Farmville, that I play via Facebook.  I can no longer play this game I assume because I updated my OS.  How can I get access to Adobe flash player so I can play this game until the end of 2020, when it goes away?Thanks,Lee   

I'm making a gaming website and would like to know this. Honestly I'd much rather you just keep flash but I still want to know if I should keep working on this website.

Why is this happening?  Is it an issue to take up with Microsoft?  My security camera access uses Adobe Flash.  Should I also check with them to see how they plan to address the loss of the player?

When Adobe Reader is closed at the end of this year will that mean that visitors to my website will no longer be able to view my pdf files?

I have upgraded my system to Windows 10 and I'm using Firefox as my browser.  I've also updated Flash to the latest but Flash player still crashes when trying to play a game in Zynga.   I have checked all the Adobe help sites, updated the settings per the instructions and even uninstalled and reiinstalled it twice using a clean copy both times.   Nothing is working.   I can use flash player on other sites, but not with Zynga or any of the games there.  Please help me fix this! Подскажите как удалить flash player?  Я пробовала действовать как советуют на странице поддержки- скачала программу удаления flash player. Где располагаются все программы он исчез , а в папках удалить не получается просит запросить разрешения от система на изменения файла.Подскажите как поступать в данной ситуации.

Currently Adobe has a Flash installation of version 32.0.0.433 for ActiveX that is only supported on Windows 7.The version that is currently released for Windows 10 is 32.0.0.387 and this version does not support the recently added white list capability of Flash.Once the EOL occurs on Jan 1, 2021, the only way to run Flash content with the most up to date Flash player will be through the white list option.However, if there is no compatible ActiveX installer for Windows 10, then there won't be any straightforward way to get the latest version of Adobe Flash ActiveX installed and working on Windows 10.Can Adobe provide any information on this?Will Adobe will release a Windows 10 installer for ActiveX version that support the white list feature?Will there be an additional Adobe Flash update to Windows 10 before the removal update? 

Received an update notice for Flash Player, hit update and then I'm sent to the EOL page for Flash. This happens over and over. Is there a way to make it stop or should I try to uninstall the program. This is on a Mac, OS version 14.Suggestions? Cheers,David

I am a teacher and many interactives that I use are with flash player. What am I supposed to open the interactives with after 2020?

It was extremely greedy and disgusting of you to remove the archive page. People need the older versions of Flash for various reasons. I need an older version for a legacy app that I use (on an offline computer). Never have I seen a company as belligerent as Adobe. If you hate Flash THAT much as to try to erase it from ever existing, just make Flash open-source and let the community mantain it.

Hello, I would like to ask you not to discontinue Adobe flash player until 2030, please. My mail for communication - [moderator: personal information deleted per community forums privacy policy].  I ask and implor you to continue the work vof the flesh player until 2030 or at least until 2026, with the departure of the flash player other browser games will go away, and HTML5 does not work correctly!

To whom this may concern, I downloaded the Adobe Flash Player application on my MAC.  My system indicates that it is downloaded and current. I can't get it to "run" on the website I'm looking at and it prompts me to "Get ADOBE FLASH PLAYER" and I've already done this.  I receive the same error message on Safari and Chrome.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled, looked at the responses in this forum and tried several of the solutions, I still have the same issue.  Can you all assist? I downloaded the install file on my computer and it changed all the text on my computer to something I don't understand. I'm not even sure how to delete it because I can't read anything. It looks like this When I go into the control panel it says its set to english. All of my icon text and file manager, everything has changed. How do I fix this? To be clear I did not install it just downloaded the file.

I'm not sure if this was answered of not however, what flash IOS alternative will I have after 2020 for flash content which is necessary? From what I understand if I want to use Flash Player up til the end of 2020 on IOS is to use an alternative browser than Safari due to the latest update. I see that Harman is working on something that could be an alternative for Android (?), but what about Apple? There is some necessary info I need to access which has Flash content.  Thanks in advance!

I have downloaded and installed the latest version (12) of Adobe Flash Player on my Windows 7 computer.  I checked the help page and it says it is installed and I see the clouds moving.  However, I cannot find the program on my computer.  I am trying to watch some movie video clips from a website and it keeps saying I have to have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player to watch it.  I have downloaded and installed it 5 times now to no avail.   I have turned off my computer and turned it back on each time.  I have Norton Internet Security but I told it to allow it when it installed.  I really want to watch the movie clips.  Where can it be and why doesn't it run?  Thanks to anyone who can help me.  (I am not really technical so please make it not too difficult if you can).

According to Microsoft's support for Adobe Flash EoL post here:https://blogs.windows.com/msedgedev/2020/09/04/update-adobe-flash-end-support/ It states that for enterprise customers, Adobe Flash will still be able to be loaded as a plug-in for Internet Explorer 11 but there will not be one provided by Microsoft.  So my question is: Is there somewhere that it will be available? Or is that something that is supposed to be discussed with Harman?

After installing Adobe Flash, Microsoft Edge and Chrome both give me the followng error. "You must have adobe flash installed to use this file uploading tool"We need to get this to work so we can upload files for our clients. 

Hi, I would like to install Adobe Flash Player on another computer which doesn't have an internet connection.  I have seen  previous posts on this forum  that it was possible to do this, but I can't  find the offline installation files for the lastest version of the software.  Would anyone be able to help me out?.RegardsGreg

we are in the middle of a huge project to replace our current system that uses flash to one that doesn't. We just found out today that the vendor we are working with on the new system had their entire India team mandated to work at home which due to privacy issues we can't allow that. I'm fearful we will miss the yearend date and so will a lot of other people that use India resources.  Are there any talks on extending the date of support of flash and are those including Microsoft and Google so they continue to support in their browsers? Thanks.

Adobe renewed my license to distribute Acrobat Reader DC and Runtime Software on 10/11/20 per TrackID: 411905-20201011, but has not updated their site. The Flash Player download site still says my license has expired. I can't get in to download the latest version. I had a new client today who needed it. I'm a game design student. Last semester I took a Flash course that was focused on art. This semester I've enrolled Flash scripting course. However, I still have a few days to switch to another course.Here's my concern. Yesterday I read that Google has finally pulled the plug on Flash support. Though I realize that I can publish my games in an HTML wrapper with Flash CC, I'm no sure what that means. Does the HTML wrapper mean that others will be able to run my games in the Google browser, even if they don't have the Flash player installed? Is it a waste of time and money to continue studying Flash development?
