Hello, I have ( amd radeon hd 7600m series ) graphics card , and when i try to install adobe fresco it says (it's not yet compatible with my graphics card). I know that this graphics card is more powerful than many iphone, ipad and surface graphics cards that adobe fresco works on, so why it's not working on my graphics card?My device met all the system requirements for adobe fresco ( windows 10, 8gb ram, 1 terabyte storage, 2gb VGA and even it has two graphics cards Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 + AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series ), and i installed all the garphics cards drivers updates for both my Intel and my AMD graphics cards from the official Intel and AMD websites and also checked again from windows updates and from device manager and everything is working great. So why it's still not working? any help please?
Mon dessin comporte plusieurs répetitions de dessins identiques que je veux conserver sur des calques séparés pour pouvoir les modifier facilement individuellement.Y a-t-il un moyen de retrouver rapidement sur quel calque se trouve une partie de mon dessin?
I've fallen deeply in love with the Sharp Inker tool in fresco, I would like to copy it over to Photoshop so I can use it there, too. Is there a way I could do that? TIA.
I'm in shock. Hours of work just vanished. I can still see the finished illustration in my mind, absolutely speechless. Save bar showed up and everything. Went to open the cloud file in Photoshop, it was hours behind, as if none of my work in the most recent session had happened. Just the sketch layer from hours ago. All the finished work gone. I've never experienced anything remotely like this level of nonsense. At least when I used to get in the groove and forget to manually save progress, I could be pissed at myself for doing something wrong. But this is just some next level futile rage. I have to redo hours of work... very good work that I was happy with, that my publisher would have been happy with... for no reason at all. Just because. Just because there is no "save" option in Fresco. I have to close a document to save it. I can't trust your app if every time I close a file I am potentially destroying work. Devastated.
Hi,I'm trying to make the great leap from Procreate to Fresco but the thing that is really frustrating me is that there is, to my knowledge, no 'snap curves'. On Procreate a uniform curve can be made by holding the pen at the end of the curve. Is there any work around for doing this on Fresco? Thank you!
Hi a few minutes ago the fresco app was crashing every time I opened it. It seemed to resolve itself after a restart and now a drawing I spent all day yesterday working on is gone. is there anyway to recover it? I don't see it in the cloud i have 70gb of free space on this 7th gen ipad
Hi there! I use the Touch Shortcut all the time to erase with brush, but almost half the time while still holding down the Touch Shortcut, my Apple Pencil starts drawing again. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix for this?
Hello, I'm new to Adobe Fresco, so I apologize if this topic is already on here somewhere. I am illustrating my first children's picture book and I am having trouble picking the right template size. If anyone has experience with this, what would be a good template size to create my illustrations for when I need to scale and self publish (comic book, web illustrations, custom?)? I am hoping the book will be in landscape about 10 by 8 inches. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I recently got a new Microsoft surfacebook 3 and install all the adobe products on it. All other apps work great however the Fresco works on and off, the biggest issue is that it somehow stops the touchscreen from working after a while, and it doesnt only do it for the app but for the entire computer. The mouse work and just normal functions only the touchscreen stops. I have to reboot the computer and then it will start to work again. Any help would be appreciated.
Fresco crashes on startup while "loading documents". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting multiple times. I have the latest version of Windows 10, my graphics drivers are up to date, plenty of disk space left. Not sure what the problem is. Moved from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the correct forum... ModTo find a forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/
I have a layer in which I've used both Live and Pixel brush strokes, and the oils stroke depths and embossing was bothering me, but I couldn't paint over it. I created a new layer, painted over it, merged down, and stoke embossing effect still persisted. Anyone experience this? Canvas is set to None as well. Thanks.
I no longer use this account, but I need access to some older Adobe Fresco files from my iPad. Those files are no longer viewable on my iPad. Is paying for a subscription the only way to get them back?
are there drawing guides in fresco which keeps work in proportion, like this picture with the squared grid as part of the canvas? like this:
I have a Photography CC plan In my Adobe account, it says Fresco is included, but when I install it, it seems to only be the free version. I cannot access certain brushes and can't load more. I keep getting the message about needing to upgrade. Is Fresco not actually included in the Photography plan?
I tried getting help direct from Adobe, but I got some message saying I need to speak with my administrator, whomever that is. It said I could come to the forum for help, so here I am. I've been having to low jack this type of artwork I want since fresco doesn't have where you can create images by specific sizes. Anyways, I've been loading images creating the size I want in a template and then saving the image and then placing the image into the big one I'm working on. But suddenly fresco is having issues loading specific images. Only this one cluster of images saved off the internet. I've used others. But this one group of images are not loading. I'm gettting that message image loading, with the blue swirling circle. I've never done forums before, so if I'm missing anything, let me know I'll try to get back with more details I'm missing. I'm not tech savvy anymore, I had some memory issues arise for me, and my patients with technology and speaking its language is all gone for me. But
I use fresco on my 32 gb 7th gen ipad. I downloaded the Kyle brushes from adobes website and the total of the files was about 1.3 gigabytes. I then imported them to fresco and now fesco is taking up 9 gigabytes, almost all of which is brushes. It was originally at about .5 gigabytes before the brushes. Is that normal? If so is there a way to free up space without getting rid of the brushes?
I have no documents in my Creative Cloud account yet a new install of Fresco crashes after the "Loading Documents" screen. I have uploaed my logs. There are no driver updates pending. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Fresco. Any help? Here are my machine's details. Thanks! I'm using Fresco for Windows, and it doesn't give me the option to add text. The menu bar on the left doesn't have the "T" symbol. It goes right from the Shapes buttom (triangle and circle) to the eyedropper. I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but I can't figure out what it is.
Is there anyway, or any brushes where changing the pressure on the pen will change how light and dark the line is instead of the thickness?
Anyone currently working on iPad and iPhone with these? Neither website is explicit and I just can't get a straight answer!
I'm trying to print from fresco and my lines come out looking very pixelated and blurry. Is there a way to fix that? on the app, they look smooth, but even when exporting to my photos the lines turn pixleated.
Hi, I subscribed to Adobe Fresco, but unfortunately the Writing button is missing, so I can't add any letters or words to my drawings. I have a Windows tablet so I was wondering if the function might only be available for the IPad? Thank you for your help 🙂
I was working on an illustration for 3 hours and I connected to wifi to export the file and Fresco logged me out, so I logged back in and now all my documents are completely gone. Is there a way to restore them?
Hello, this is my cuestion, is compatible?I have a Ipad Pro 2017, I connected the Ipad via bluetooth, but it does not respond within the app. Thanks, and sorry for my basic english.
Environment: iPad Pro 2020 model. Been using it and the fresco app for months and the problem started about a week ago.I don’t know what’s going on with the app but recently I have encountered way too many crashes that accompany corrupted files and lost progress. About 1 out of 5 times I cannot successfully save a drawing but instead lose tons of progress. It’s extremely frustrating. I have used the live chat support a couple of times when the app crashed and my file is corrupted (which by the way how could that be allowed to happen in the case of a crash), but every time the response is "it’s gone and we don’t know the cause". One time they even responded "Maybe you will know why it happened the next time it happens". The app is very easy to use and I have subscribed to Adobes premium plan because of the app. But the file losses is too big a risk for getting all the fine functions of the app. Please fix it. At least allow us to save the files locally please.
