Fresco

This is super frustrating. I'm working on a vector illustration, and where the fill action has always had some lag, now every. single. action. has a lag. It's infuriating!!! Ijust want to finish this drawing so I can move onto Procreate or some other software if Fresco is just going to be a HUGE PAIN. It doesn't matter what I do - draw a small line, erase, try to move the drawing view around, zoom in/out. It doesn't respond straight away to ANYTHING. When I try to fill, it shows 'loading' for any amount of time before crashing the app completely. I'm using iPad Pro 2020, brand new and have barely used the iPad for much else, has heaps of free memory. I've tried force closing the Fresco app, resetting iPad etc. I'm scared to delete and reinstall the Fresco app in case it deletes my drawing altogether as I've spent heaps of time and it's been difficult to do. Please can someone help with this? I've seen other threads where people have the lag issue with colo

Hi! How do I search for something in cc-libraries in Adobe Fresco?I can access the libraries that I have made, however, I cannot see the names or numbers of the Pantone colours that are saved in the libraries. I can only see colour boxes which makes it difficult to find a colour with a specific colour code. In Adobe Illustrator I usually just search for a colour by typing in the name.

Hello, I have a new Surface Pro 5 (2017) with a Surface Pen, and I just installed the free version of Fresco via my Creative Cloud app (I had to get version 1.8.1 as the latest one said it was not compatible), and when I went to use the Live Brushes, I got a message saying "Not Supported: Live Brushes are not supported on this device"…no reason was given. I read the system requirements on the Adobe site and it said the Live Brushes need an up to date graphics driver, and if your graphics card driver wasn’t up to date, it’d let you know, but I never got any type of message specifically about that when I installed the program. I double checked my graphics driver in any case, and I do have the latest driver for that. I have everything up to date on my system for that matter. My computer fits all of the requirements, except for the amount of RAM needed…I only have 4GB of RAM, but I just thought that’d make the program run a tad slower or lag in parts sometimes.  I have about

I really wanted to ask adobe directly as I may not actually have to close this account but they are really difficult to reach.  My daughter created some things on her ipad.  to access those images it seems she has to log into my adobe account.  She did this in the adobe draw which I believe is adobe fresco.  The roughly $55 per month for her to use these products is way more than we can afford.  I know she can use a student account for a year for $20 per month and I had hoped that adobe could just switch the billing of the current account to that price but when I call no one can understand me and the line is full of static.  Unfortunately tomorrow we will end up being billed full price again.  If I cancel my current account an simply create a new one will she be able to access those fresco images.  We have tried to save them directly to the ipad or computer but it does not seem to work.  Maybe we are doing something wrong.  How would we

If I want to group or merge 10 layers do I need to drag and drop them one at a time?

I've been having issues with this since the feature has been introduced and it's really frustrating. Any time I want to incorporate custom shapes that I've made in Adobe Capture, all I get are blank placeholders where the images never load (see attached). It's not that they don't link to the libraries, they just don't load once I open the library for the shapes to appear. 

Where can I find rulers in Adobe Fresco? A lot of sources including Adobe say in the bottom right of my screen in Fresco and it is not there.

ipad pro ..... Fresco is not applying Bluetooth keyboard? 

When I use Adobe Fresco for iPad and enter certain canvas sizes and ppi settings I'm met with limitations.  For example, if I'm working on a piece that will be printed at 32' x 24' at set the ppi to 300 or more it won't allow me to go over let's say 250ppi.  I'm aiming  to ensure that my print won't appear pixelated or low in quality once their place on posters or other mediums, since I'm using a combination of vector and pixel brushes and in some cases all pixel brushes.  I noticed this isn't a problem with Photoshop, I opened a canvas with the dimensions 32' x 24' at 10000ppi with no issue, but when it comes to watercolor brushes, oil brushes, dry media etc.  I use Fresco more.  I appreciate your time, looking forward to a reply.   

Fresco stuck on “Loading Documents” since last night. Have re-installed, but goes back to the same? It seems to be stucking for ever

Brand new to Fresco. All my layers and documents are saving upside down. It's probably something easy but I can't find the fix thanks!

but can it be that the fresco is only approved for devices of USA companies? Lenovo is a Chinese company and a trade embargo against China exists from the United States. Adobe is also a US company and may therefore be under pressure from the US government-threats? 

Does anyone know how to stabilize lines? I like how procreate does that, but I cannot find how to on Adobe Fresco.

help...i want/need fresco so desperately! I had the HP Envey and it wouldn't work saying it wasn't compatible . So I traded it in for a newer one but still nothing so after I tried that one with no luck I went for this one=the Lenovo. Yoga and I've downloaded everything possible on the requirement page and updated and upgraded to everything I could think of and still...it says not compatible . The guy at BestBuy gave up on me and said if this one doesn't work then call Adobe and ask them what exactly do I need to do so it would work . So here I am...please help

I don't know why fresco is not compatible with my device. Everything else works like a charm. Does anyone know when is Adobe fixing such issues?

Hi guys... Have been following Fresco's progress for MONTHS, very excited to finally be able to try it out. Unfortunately have been quite frustrated with the way Adobe has been rolling it out by supporting small numbers of limited devices to start with - But I have been patient expecting that they will get around to it eventually! When I saw that the July 2020 update added support for "All Nvidia GPU devices that meet Fresco’s GPU, RAM and HD requirements." I figured I would be in the clear. I have a custom built PC running Windows 10 (2004) with an Nvidia 2070 Super (with DirectX 12.1), and a Wacom Intuos Pro drawing tablet ... I should be well within the supported specs required. But when I try to download Adobe Fresco, the CC app states that "Not Compatible" and that "Update Required - You must update your system to install Fresco. Please check the following: - Adobe Fresco is not yet compatible with your device." But in the July 2020 update and in the System Req

Hi, the author of this video is using an Ink Stains Pixel Brush. But I do not find it in my Fresco. Any idea where I could finfd it? I'm off course looking in the All (not Favourites) section. Thanks for help!

I just saw that Fresco is compatible with the Dell XPS 15 9500. I have the 9570.My question is if I would be able to use my wacom stylus pen 2 directly on the laptop screen or if I would have to use it on my wacom sintuos. For me it's easier to draw on my screen but would that be possible? Or is there another stylus that would work with Fresco on my screen?Thank you

When will Adobe finally show mercy and release Fresco for the Surface Pro X. I am tired of paying!I payed a lot for a device to have up-to-date Support and waited 8 months for the overdue release of Fresco for the SPX. They updated the System requirements site for Fresco (Fresco for Surface Pro 4-7) but couldn't release it for their latest device. I am frustrated and utterly disappointed. Don't let us down Microsoft.
