Fresco

In my CC Library I have a file I downloaded called Benjamin Kohl brushes for Fresco. But I can't find a way from within Fresco to access those brushes. How do I do that? [Renamed by Mod]

When the application is running and when it is launched, an error message pops up "this application did not complete correctly" What should I do and the error often pops up and it is not possible to work? [Renamed by Mod]

I'm using latest version of Fresco on Surface pro 7 and the smudge tool almost never works. I have to restart the app several times or uninstall and install it again and then SOMETIMES it works. Sometimes though the app crashes completely when using the smudge tool. Its extremelly annoying having to do all of this to use this tool. Please explain what I can do for this problem 

Hey there! I'm using fresco on my surface laptop, and I'm unable to see the "load on selection" option for a layer. Is it only available for fresco on Ipad?    Thanks for your help! [Renamed by Mod]

I lack a touchscreen device. I use a laptop and screenless pad, plus a mouse. This seems to have prevented me from zooming in and out or grabbing the entire canvas to move it around. The arrow keys do not work as a solution either. Solutions? [Renamed by Mod]

Hey there, is there any possibility to open my fresco artwork in a second window like in photoshop? I had no problem with this app, but just recently, there's been a few crashes which I was not as bothered because it would automatically report. But just recently, it was my last straw. I was working on a piece for many hours, and when I was just about to use the water color brush, the entire canvas just began to move on its own, being jittery. I closed the app and opened it again. BUT when I opened the file, the color layer was just GONE except the line art which I guess I'm thankful for. But after working for many hours on rendering and suddenly it's gone? And this upsets me because this is the app I've always used for art and with this happening, I don't know if it'll happen again for my future pieces and I'm pretty upset about this. I am using Fresco to draw on Windows 11, Microsoft Surface Book 2 and I have found that it crashes almost every 5 minutes, typically when I try to open a pane like the color chip popup or the pixel brush picker.  Is there any way to capture logs to send to Adobe to analyze? I have also found that the UI is very sluggish, in some instances the color chip popup takes 10 seconds to open.  Thanks,Michael [Renamed by Mod]

I am totally new to Fresco, and to my i pad. I am just trying to draw a picture and to make it easier to draw really small I zoom in, and then zoom out to carry on with my picture.  But, do I need to change the brush size to compensate for this?  Even if I do the small drawing on a different layer, I still zoom in to get the detail. The way I am doing it is making the smaller parts look different in their line thickness. Please cn someone advise? [Renamed by Mod]

Hi, I'm making an illustration of a fox Fresco for IPAD.I need to change the hue of one grouping of layers ( the fur and shadows on fur).I hit the group of layers I want changed and click on the appearances box. then "clip" , then " hue/saturation". I make my hue changes and it works.Then I save it. I reopen it an hour later and all saved changes are there EXCEPT the hue/saturation changes. Very frustrating.  I have good wifi. Sometimes it saves correctly and sometimes it doesnt. Once it does not save correctly it permanently stops saving correctly. Anyone out there have a solution? Thanks,Tom

I've got some color swatches in a library in Photoshop. They show up fine in Fresco, but they have different values. For example, in Photoshop I have a color with HSB values of 230, 45, 70. In Fresco they come in as 231, 68, 99. What can I do to fix this? Thanks!

Hi,   The recent security feature of Windows 11, the Smart App Control (recommended being turned on) is effectively blocking Adobe Fresco from starting. Other products like Acrobat and Illustrator work fine.   Is Adobe team working on a fix? Apparently, this is because not all required files are being signed by the developers.  [Renamed by Mod]

Hi! When I try to export my animation as looped option, exporting it as MP4 file, it simply doesn't work. It only plays once, thats it. I'm super bummed about it ...when will it be fixed? I already sent bug report around 2 months ago and they wanted me to send file, which I did. After that is silence.   Even gif did not loop at one point, but now it fine with it.   Hoping for fast reply! [Renamed by Mod]

Hello - newbie here!I am looking at upgrading my laptop to something with touch screen and drawing functionality for landscape design work. I am not set on anything yet however I know it will not be an Apple product.   I see in Freco it has this statement: Limited release on Windows 10 restricted to Surface Pro, Surface Book, Surface Studio, and Wacom Mobile Studio Pro. Adobe already showcased Adobe Fresco on the Surface Pro X in 2019:  Adobe’s Fresco sketching app Demo on Microsoft Surface Pro X | Fresco Sketching - YouTube   Now we have 2022, with more and more ARM-based devices popping up in the world. Is there a timeline for when or even if we can expect more Adobe Apps to support the Windows ARM platform?   It would be nice to have the x64 version ready to install and run them through the Windows x64 emulation layer like we can with the Affinity products. Not even allowing to install them isn't a good way to handle it. I'm new to Fresco, I was a Sketch user. I assumed that, just like in Sketch, once you exit 1 work, it is automatically saved, because I see it under "RECENTS." However, now that I've made several files, I cant locate the work I've done earlier. I tried "Your Files" tab on the left hand side, it's not there. I tried CLOUD, but none of my new works (that aren't in recent) are there. it's quite frustrating as I only made those files TODAY, then when the RECENT works were full, I can't find the less recent ones. does anyone know where I can find my work?

I reopenend fresco After a few date And strangely asked me for my email And password. Once i opened the app my files were all gone. I am experiencing a lag with some brushes in Adobre Fresco, Apple Pencil II and iPad Air 4th gen. It is visible in the video when I choose Graphite soft. It feels like there is a lag after I touch the screen with Pencil and it doesn't respond to light teach.  Lag with Apple Pencil  Is it how it is supposed to work, a bug or a problem with the Pencil? When I use the touch shortcut it does not working properly. I am using a surface pro. I use the touch and hold function to try to erase, but as soon as I touch the screen with my slimeline pen it goes back to normal brush strokes. If I double tap the touch shortcut it works fine, it only stops when using it just as touch and hold. Anyone else seen this and know why it isn't working with the touch and hold function? Hi! We need to save our work using a "Save as" dialog including the choice of the loction (e.g. local folder) – just like we're used to store our files in the desktop versions (and two other products we bought recently).The only option we found so far is to make our work "offline available" in some hidden system / application directory until our work is again automatically synced / uploaded to adobe servers. But this is not an acceptable solution for us. [Renamed by Mod]
