Fresco

I was wondering if there was an easy way of changing the colour of your lineart after it's drawn in fresco? I used to use the parent/child layer functions in photoshop. I've tried just holding down the pen to fill the line individually that way but not all my lines connect so it's a bit tedious. Any tips?   [Renamed by Mod]

Hi, I'm a relatively new artist to Fresco and I've really come to love it.  I've used it to create some great pieces, but it seems to have limitations for print.  So far, I have started each drawing at 18x24 300 dpi (the largest option) on Fresco.  Once I'm done painting the piece, I open it in photoshop and change the image size to a larger size (with automatic resample).  I've had success printing those images up to 27x36.  Some are clear, but many are pixelated and have to be printed smaller (although still larger than the original 18x24).  I prefer to use the pixel brushes, although I know that vector brushes are better for upsizing.   My question is, am I approaching this right?  Is this a logical way to be starting a painting intended to print at a larger scale?  I really would like to continue working in Fresco if possible (photoshop is a little overwhelming).  I've found that some brushes upsize better than others, but it's

First question from me. I start to use Procreate one year ago. I recently heard about Fresco and I would like to try it. I'm a graphic designer, typeface designer and illustrator. I use the Adobe apps since there first releases so I am familiar with the Creative Suite. However, I wonder if I can get the Fresco app on my iMac or I have to use it on iPad only. Hard to find the answer. Thanks in advance. 

I used to be able to send my fresco drawing to my desktop illustrator-  it has stopped working and only gets sent to my laptop, or if the laptop is off, it doesn't arrive anywhere, I really need this to work, does anyone have any fixesthanks

I have some avatars I've created using Fresco and want to then put them into indesign for a book I am writing. I am drwaing them freehand and using the fill tool. However, I notice that as I'm drawing, erasing things, using the fill tool etc that there seem to be a lot of anchor points and extraneous information that carries over when I open the files in illustrator. My teenage son (untrained) did a clean up by redrawing them and he said not to use the fill tool, to instead use the brush to fill in the color. Which seems like a lot more work that I'm not sure is necessary. However you can see the difference between the original version on the left (mine with multiple iterations), and his. When I place them into indesign I get the following message:Then when I say 'ok' I get the following terrible looking quality. I have two files that are causing all new files I create to be unable to sync. I also cannot report this bug through the Fresco app. As stated in the bug report I can't send:Files not syncing - one with orange icon and exclamation point, unable to delete, and one with a blue loading symbol for a few hours. Error message when tapping on top right cloud icon (that has an exclamation point) stating syncing error- Fresco will continue to keep trying.My network connection is good. I have signed out of Fresco, signed back in. Closed the app, restarted iPad, relaunched the app. Nothing has changed the statuses of these two files. Images attached show file sync status, error report when I click on the cloud icon, and the report being unable to send due to a grayed out send button (also showing I have plenty of available local and cloud memory).

Hi there. Love the new create palette from image feature. It's a great way to quickly pull a palette from a reference image. I'd also love to be able to save these generated palettes from Fresco as colour swatches into an Adobe CC Library. Any way to do this – or – is this feature being considered for further updates?

Hi, I created a sketch in Fresco on an ipad and saved in creative Cloud. When I wrote an email from my MAc and tried to attach the sketch I couldn't see it. What did I do wrong? Thanks!

I was digging around the internet until recently to know if I could use an eGPU (external GPU) with Adobe Fresco and couldn't find any information.I ended up taking a change and trying it anyway: It works, Fresco is successfully using the acceleration from the eGPU. I sincerely hope this will help many of you wondering the same thing! My hardware:- Razer Core X TB3 eGPU enclosure(RC21-01310100-R3U1)- ASUS Nvidia RTX 2060 6GB- ASUS Zenbook S13 Flip OLED UX371EA (i7-1165G7 w/ Intel Iris Xe)- No external monitor tried, using only the laptop's panel.

Fresco periodically crashes usually when a number of layers is in use. I am using Fresco on an IPad V9. When a work in progress does crash When trying to loadf a previous versions when they do appear listed often they are not able to be accessed. Sometimes a message appears saying not possible to access. I have lost considerable progress on a number of occasions.

The program is super fun to use but it has a LOT of bugs and stuff that are annoying:PC specs:CPU: i7-6700RAM: 16GB, 2133mhzGPU: Nvidia RTX 3070OS: Windows 10 ProSome bugs and improvement suggestions:1) Resizing brushes using [ and ] requires individual taps on the same key to go down or up by 1, so changing brush sizes is incredibly time consuming and ruining the workflow.2) Installing new brush packs makes some of the features un-usable, for example CTRL+C/V.3) Using the Fill tool crashes the program sometimes and will also make some features un-usable like in bug number 2.4) Drawing a stroke with a brush and then undoing (CTRL+Z) will draw a random dot of the brush somewhere on the canvas, and everytime you undo it will place another dot in the same place and you need to keep deleting it which is incredibly annoying.Hope I can get an answer soon! this program is amazing but really buggy.

Hi! I was wondering and hoping to find out if animation is possible on IPhone? I have searched through the tools, side bars etc, and have yet to find the option to animate, is it just an iPad option?

Isomatric grid is badly needed for corporate illsutation design, and sometime I feel lack of assistance for square grid, this assiatnce is available for perspective only. Wish if Adobe can provide more help here ! 

Hi...I have created a Library in AI for color swatches but this Library does not show up in Fresco on my iPad.  Can anyone help with this?  I have logged out on the iPad.  Nothing.  

Hello!I'm using fresco on iPad, and whenever I zoom in or out the app freezes from a few seconds. As the drawing gets more complicated it happens more. Is there a way to fix this?

I'd like to suggest the posibility of importing a video in Fresco.It could be nice to animate painting using a real mouvement as a reference.

When I close/open documents that have brightness/contrast adjustment layers the adjustment layers reset back to 0. It's been happening randomly for a few months but has become more frequent in the past week or so. I'm using an iPad Pro with 15.6.1 OS. 

Heres the drawingWhat i need to do is erase all the layer in which the scales arent visible (not gonna explain why, it will take too long)

Images are used to be visible outside of canvas before, but not anymore...  Is this a bug? or else?This feature was very useful... so if it was removed from update, I would be very disappointed... I use iPad pro 4.   Anyone same thing happened?  

Hi! I´m very happy about the new possibilities in Fresco for motion, but I just can´t find detailed info or manual how to use all motion options correctly, like for example:I see in example motion project some motion parts are 2 frames, some are 13. And it worked for it, but for me it didn´t, the animation whirled up.So what is the deal with the frame numbers, is there any math in there, or calculations, how much frames path motion ( cause it looks like needeing much more frames) has to have to match my frame by frame motion?How to know the correct number of frames for each motion layer, if I have multiple animations going on, on same time on different layers and I want them smoothy all move at the same time?! Please have some nice manual to learn about motion correctly. Looking forward for answer! Regards,Nora

Suggestion, merci d'ajouter une focntion de lissage automatique de courbe comme dans Procreate, on trace un arc de courbe et en maintenant le stylet en fin fe  de tracer, la courbe devient une courbe régulière comme le fait si bien Procreate, cette fonction me manque beaucoup !Idem, par exemple si on trace trois vecteurs formant un triangel, le triangle sera fermeé les côtés seront parfaitement droits si on maintient le stylet en fin de dessin.
