Fresco

Hello, I've wanted to try Fresco so I installed it yesterday but shuts down with no message when "loading document" just after launch.Fresco is installed in the "programFile>windowsApp" folder unlike Photoshop and such which are in the "programFile>Adobe" folder. Don't know if this could be a problem. Already tried : Uninstall-> reinstallReboot SurfaceClean registrersReload Adobe creativ cloud Deconnect/Reconnect on Adobe creativ cloudUpdated my windows Install an older version of FrescoChecked my Surface memory and the minimum requiredments are fulfilledI tried following the steps with the log collector but no file is created on my desktop, instead I have the following message   It happens every time I try to re-run. I run it as administator. And in my windows log this error show up when failing to open fresco : Chemin d’accès de l’application défaillante : C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Adobe.Fresco_1.5.0.67_x64__pc75e8sa7ep4e\

Using Adobe Fresco version 2.79 I haven't used the app in a couple of days, I opened it up today and was asked by a pop up to sign back into my account. After I did, all my work is gone. I also checked the cloud documents to make sure they did not end up. Nothing is there.  Can someone please guide on how can I retrieve my months work of work?  Thanks. 

When using Fresco, every time I switch to a Surface Pro 6 brush, while using Windows 11, the entire OS will crash within 60 seconds. Has anyone else seen this or have a solution?

Hello allI tried everything but was still not able to use my library brushes in fresco. My Brushes folder is not even seen in Fresco. Kindly help.

HI when eve i draw or paint on fresco my lines and painting are not clean looking, its looks shakey. I use sketchbook and they have a feature when i draw it makes my lines weather straight or curvy clean. would you be able to create a feature like that?

Hey All, Ive been contacting adobe and wacom to no avail. Ive tried reinstalling and updating with no luck. I have search for this question far to many times and I stumble upon this community. My question is, does adobe fresco live brush works on the latest wacom mobile studio pro? I check on similar post eg surface pro is having the same problem. Thanks!

Hello, thanks for making Fresco its a great app, and a good start but I have to be honest Im not the biggest fan of how layers work in Fresco. I gave it a chance and got used to it but still dont really enjoy it. I think the new photoshop for ipad uses same layer tile system? I feel the way layers are it's just a bit slow to do simple things like hide visiblity of the layers or group layers. Its so odd that clicking visibility requires me to click on a seperate icon not on the layer itself. Not sure who thought that was a good idea. Always an extra click, it just knocks you out of a flow, and makes me want to not use layers as often as possible. I think just keeping layers simple like procreate would be much better. Use gestures if possible, just keep it simple! Infinite painter for ipad is what I beleive Fresco is trying to do with the layers, but they handle it alittle better. They have the tiled layers but also give the option to go to normal layer style. (Image below).Ultimate

Hello! I'm new to Fresco, and I'm trying to place an Image from file. The file does not show up in any of my layers, and they're all transparent at this point, so it's not hiding anywhere. The file is not corrupted. It's not just showing up super small or anything either. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, I want to use Fresco on Windows with a drawing tablet like Wacom Intuos. But it's missing a basic feature that exists in Photoshop: holding the Alt key to temporarily switch from the paintbrush to the eyedropper tool. The fact that this feature is missing is stopping me from using Fresco.

Advice appreciated.  I am a novice and new to Fresco.  I need to print artwork at a specific size (15cm x 20cm on this occasion) and although I can see where to create the canvas at a certain size, I cannot seem to get it to print out at the desired size.  I am working on an iPad and cannot seem to change the printer settings when I select print either as there is only an A4 paper size and no option available for changing any size related settings.

Every time I tap on the screen a new layer is created. Anyone know why this is happening?

Why are we being made to switch to Fresco when it still doesn't have simple drawing aids for iphone?  This means I would have to get an ipad to draw a circle.  Can we please just keep using Adobe Illustrator Draw? And those who want to switch to Fresco would be welcome to.  I love Draw. I can make all the perfect circles, squares, and triangles I want - whereas I can't with Fresco.  Drawing aids have been around since Microsoft Paint. So, it's troublesome to see that such a simple concept has yet to be added to Fresco. 

Hello, I'm having some issues with Adobe Fresco on my 2018 iPad.This is the problem: When I'm drawing with the pixel brush, sometimes the stroke get interrupted and then continues as a new stroke, even though I haven't lift the pencil. This happens so randomly thatI cannot predict it and it's so frustrating.In this video you can see that all this lines are drawn the same but tho of them got interrupted:https://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/4b32e1fe-03a8-4d2e-7a4d-f22458e4d742Please help me.

hello when I open a file in fresco and then want to start editing it closes fresco and the creativcloud as well.

I'm trying to make an animation where some colored square slide down from their original place. I'm using the path animation option, but when I use it they immediately follow the path. Is there a way I can make a pause before they follow the path? Also, when I make the path, the image doesn't move from its original spot. It'll move slight to the left or right then follow the path. How can I prevent this? Any help for both questions will be highly appreciated.

When i activating animation and using the smudge tool, fresco is crashing on my surface pro 7  i5.I've uploaded my Log-File :"AdobeLogs_20211225_112520_935-win-GS.zxp"

As we already know, Adobe has decided that their customers should migrate to Adobe Fresco. But it has not taken into account putting the existing brushes in Adobe Sketch (they are very few, it really does not cost that much to do so) to facilitate those of us who have worked for so many years with a specific brush. Adobe Fresco has so many better things, but it DOESN'T HAVE THE BRUSHES THAT I USED TO WORK. This is very serious for people who used a brush for 5 years that will no longer exist. Can someone from Adobe advise their clients well? Can someone provide a solution? Thanks

I have been using Adobe sketch for a long time, but now that it is going to shut down I am trying to transfer all of my art to Adobe fresco. The problem is that only half of my art is transferred (I started the transfer a couple of weeks ago). How could I transfer all of my projects onto Adobe fresco?

Hello, on my last install of Fresco the touch modifier was nowhere to be found. It just always showed up in the past. I looked for an on/off button but have not found this. I was going to live without it and have been, but it is limiting me too much. Many thanks for any help.

Often when I am drawing in Fresco part of my hand would stay on the canvas for about 2 seconds and suddenly the color selector reacts and the color becomes white (or whatever color my hand accidentally rested on). I have to adjust the color every time this happens, which is quite often. Is there a way to disable this function? If not hope it can be added someday. Thanks.
