As User of Adobe Premiere,I want to automatically blur or pixelate faces in video footage so that I can protect people’s identities without manually tracking and editing every single face in Adobe Premiere Pro.While I’m aware of manual techniques using masking, tracking, and Gaussian blur, they are time-consuming and not reliable in fast-paced or crowded scenes. What I’m looking for is an AI-based out-of-the-box solution within Premiere Pro or the Creative Suite that automatically detects and anonymizes faces throughout an entire clip — similar to what platforms like YouTube or Descript offer.Such a feature would be invaluable for documentary editors, journalists, educators, and content creators who need to meet privacy regulations and handle sensitive footage efficiently.Does Adobe already have plans for this? Or are there any existing workflows, plugins, or beta features that enable this kind of automation? Thanks in advance!
I have a request - I'm nearly always bamboozled saving JPEGS from PS. When I save, I switch to another application to send to clients. It happens that I forget to pause and wait for the quality sllider to pop up. It's always delayed, and I always move on too quickly. Wouldnt it be great if those settings could be defaulted in the PS settings OR could be baked into the initial save options. Does that make sense!? Thanks! -J
The paint bucket leaves a white edge between the fill and line, and this has been so for ages. Easy fix: By adding an option that lets you expand the fill by -- pixelsBetter fix: On top of that option, change the algorithm so it works more intuitively. Extra option: background color selection, so the tool knows what color it can fill.
Hi Adobe Team,I wanted to share a small but potentially helpful feature idea that could streamline workflows for many of us creating content in both horizontal and vertical formats. In my projects, I often create horizontal sequences first, then repurpose them for vertical platforms like Instagram Reels or TikTok. While I’m aware of the “Auto Reframe Sequence” option, I often find that the automatic reframing doesn’t quite align with my creative intentions—especially when it comes to precise edits. So instead, I manually go into Sequence Settings and change the frame size from 1920x1080 to 1080x1920.This works fine for single sequences, but when I have to convert multiple sequences, the process becomes repetitive. With that in mind, I’d love to suggest two simple enhancements:Add a quick toggle switch in the Sequence Settings window to flip the Horizontal and Vertical frame values. (I've included a mockup of what this could look like.)Enable bulk orientation switching for multiple selected sequences—ideal for batch converting projects for different platforms. These would save time and reduce friction in an otherwise smooth editing workflow. Curious if there’s already a workaround I may have missed, but if not, I hope this idea is considered for a future update! Thanks for all the continued improvements and support.
I'm using Illustrator version 29.5.1 on Windows 11. On my previous computer (Mac), I used to be able to rotate, scale or move a pattern inside a shape using ~ + drag (key left of 1 on QWERTY). After some research, if I understand correctly, that shortcut doesn't work and/or exist for the windows version of the software. It's a very useful and efficient shortcut that should work on both platforms and I would love for it to be added to the next update. Adobe, please consider this. I'm sure many other users have had the same issue without resolve and are left frustrated without any explanation as to why it isn't the same on both platforms. Thank you
My animation team as well as myself, have been begging for this feature for a really long time. We are constantly, accidentally clicking on our Work-Area bar, offsetting a couple of frames on a few occasions, and then sending for render, only to discover our opening fade in is half-way through it's transition, or our end is now too long and we have content disappearing. We desperately would like to have the ability to right click on the work-area bar and select "lock". This would maybe put some strikethroughs over the range, similar to a locked layer in Premiere, do show that we can't make adjustments. If you click and try to set it it could say "would you like to unlock and make changes?", or you could right click and "unlock". Huge timesaver for those fire-drill projects that cause the stupid mistakes. Thanks!
When I want to export an empty image, no matter what way, I get the warning "The image is empty" and I'm not allowed to export it.This is meant to be feature I guess, but webdesigners do need empty images sometimes.See image:
This issue seems to be new to version 25. If you click and select a caption in the captions tab with 'Selection follows playhead' turned on, it used to just select that caption on the timeline. However, now it also selects clips on the timeline which have targeting enabled. This wasn't the case in version 24. To me, this change is not great design. I often use the Captions tab to edit subtitles, sometimes joining two captions together by pasting from one to another, and then deleting the empty caption. The problem is that, if I click on an empty caption and hit delete, it doesn't just delete that caption, it also deletes whatever has also been auto-selected on the timeline. If you're focussed on the Text panel, then it's easy to miss this, only to discover that multiple clips on your timeline have accidently been deleted, when all you were doing was editing captions. The workaround is to turn 'selection follows playhead' off when editing captions. But it would be helpful if the behaviour was the same as previous versions. I'm not moving the playhead. I'm selecting a caption in the Text panel, so I don't want Premiere to act as if I am moving the playhead.
Hi Adobe Team,I'm a frequent Photoshop user and would like to suggest a small but powerful feature: the ability to change the color of document tabs (similar to how it's done in After Effects or Premiere). This would greatly help with visual organization, especially for users who work with many files at once and need to switch between projects quickly. Thanks for considering the suggestion, and keep up the great work!Best regards,Lucas
I’d like to suggest a powerful time-saving feature for Adobe Audition: the ability to multi-select non-contiguous regions of audio in the Waveform Editor, Spectral View, and Multitrack Editor.Currently, we can only select and apply edits or effects to one region at a time. This becomes extremely repetitive and inefficient when working with long sessions, like a 1-hour podcast or vocal track where you need to remove breaths, apply silence, or process certain words repeatedly. The proposed Multi-Selection feature would allow us to:Select multiple regions of the waveform, even from different places in the same clip or across tracksZoom, scroll, or navigate without interrupting the selection processApply edits (cut, delete, silence) or batch effects to all selected regions at onceWork seamlessly in both Waveform and Spectral views, as well as in the Multitrack EditorThis would save hours of manual repetitive work for editors, podcasters, voice-over artists, and sound designers. It’s a small feature with huge impact, and I believe many users would benefit from it.Thanks for considering this improvement!
Please? A keyboard shortcut to start tethered capture would be a huge help for those of us professionals doing studio work. If you continue to restrict our access to customize keyboard shortcuts in LrC (which I'll never understand), at least give us a few of the things we use and need to allow us to keep everything within Adobe. Ryan
Adobe, please support Arri's HDE raw format soon! Would really speed up mine and many other's workflows as this is going to be a very common filetype shot on set moving forward. Thanks
Photoshop Camera raw should add photo references just like in Lightroom
Please PLEASE work on our ability to select multiple tracks at once. This would be a massive time saver.Thank you!
Is there a way to sort my project files by File Size?
It would be great to press "auto" color correction on Lumetri Panel and get an auto generated Lumetri-color effect for all selected clips in the timeline. Now you have to do this one by one. I know that we can add an adj layer and calculate an unique Lumetri color for similar clips, but however usually clips are different and require different adjustments. Plus: auto generated Lumetri-color should consider continuity and matching the colors between near clips
I'm guessing this is a non starter, for many reasons! As an Amazon Prime subscriber, I get unlimited photo storage, so I feel a little begrudged that I have to then pay for photo storage with Lightroom CC. It'd be great if you could choose your cloud service provider in the settings.A couple of issues off the top of my head: What would you do if you wanted to switch cloud provider in the settings? Would it need to download all the files and then upload them to a different provider? You can obviously manage/delete/move the files directly in the cloud, which would play havoc with Lightroom. I expect there could be issues with managing space. I do however think it would be a real selling point for the service. Essentially using Lightroom CC as the front end and allowing users to manage the files in the cloud their way. It would also make backing up locally easier.
This is currently hidden in the Timeline panel > Effects. Adding it to the Effect Controls panel will make it more obvious to users. Most people do most of their effects fiddling within the Effect Controls panel than in the timeline. (Probably?) This should be added at the bottom of every effect (like the current placement in the Timeline panel.), and default to closed to save vertical space. (See attached mockup) Putting it at the top might make someone think these render/calculate before the effect. Setting Compositing Options’ Effect Opacity to 0% renders/calculates faster (as in, always 0ms) than similar parameters within effects that control their own opacity, like “Blend With Original”. (In my limited testing 😅 )
Hi,This is going on for years and I dont get it - why AE is asking us TWICE, in two separate dialogue windows, wheter we want to import the asset as a composition, or footage? So annoying! At least when You choose "footage" there's no additional dialogue necessary, with "compostion" i get it - there are some additional options regarding layer styles from PS.
