Bonjour, si quelqu'un peut m'aider à comprendre 🙏je ne comprend tout simplement pas pourquoi quand je suis dans ma bibliothèque de photo et que tape juste sur la flèche de droite du clavier pour parcourir les photos et donc les faire défilées une par une , et bien ça me note les photos de deux étoiles à chaque défilement et donc chaque photos maintenant ont 2 étoiles... 😖 je ne comprend pas ce que j'ai pu faire, et comment arrêter cette notation juste par le fait de défiler les photos . Merci d'avance 🙏 

we are running different preset actions on LR Classic 9.4, ACR 12.4 and PS 21.2.2. The images are captured with D850s. Now we have a problem that the colors fade (contrast decreases) during the export either direct from LR to a folder or to PS. Have you ever heard about this, and the more important question, does anyone know how to get the exact colors from LR to PS. Our color managment on all applications is synced to AdobeRBG. It would be great if anyone can help. Thanks in advance.

Sehr geehrtes Adobe-Team, ich nutze Adobe Lightroom Classic regelmäßig und bin ein großer Fan der Software. Eine Funktion, die ich häufig verwende, ist die Upright-Funktion zur automatischen Ausrichtung von Bildern. Nachdem ich mehrere Bilder synchronisiere, muss ich jedoch jedes Mal auf den "Aktualisieren"-Button klicken, um die Upright-Korrekturen auf die Bilder anzuwenden. Es wäre eine enorme Erleichterung, wenn es eine Möglichkeit gäbe, diesen Schritt zu automatisieren, sei es durch ein Tastenkürzel oder eine Option, die Upright-Korrekturen automatisch zu aktualisieren, ohne den manuellen Klick auf "Aktualisieren" bei jedem Bild. Ich bin überzeugt, dass dies den Workflow vieler Nutzer deutlich verbessern würde, die ebenfalls mit großen Bilderserien arbeiten. Vielen Dank für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit und ich hoffe, dass diese Verbesserung in einem zukünftigen Update umgesetzt werden kann. Mit freundlichen Grüßen,Kim 

Latest LR - Win 10I have WIN 10 set to show all hidden files and folders (including system files).In the folder containing the catalog, there is / are the .lrcat files and the backup folder.When I go to backup my catalogs to cloud, It is saying there are THOUSANDS of files / folders.Why am I not able to see these files / folders for LR, when I can see all other system / hidden files for other apps?  

I am playing with Excire Search to keyword ~6000 picture I have just taken in a nation park in the USA.  I end up with some good matches, some wrong matches, some missing elements.  Hence i create my  normal hierarchical keywords, let's say i have;   What > mammal > Bear etc.   Excire has it's one Excsire > mammal > Deer   keywording. So i end up with duplicate mammals parent keywords. So i am contemplating on how to best organize this. Should I put all my new keywords in the Excire base tree to have it more compact? I am afraid Excire will just override my work accidently in the future. But what happens when the AI get's smarter and suddenly detects Bears? I then end up with 2 bear keywords.    Currently i feel that I should use Excire to "base index" and then move all those keywords out of the Excire tree into my own tree and add to that one. I use Lightroom Classic alongside Photomechanic as a Sports Photographer. For as long as I have used it I have never had an issue with imports not showing up. But a couple of weeks ago I started to have to toggle between tabs multiple times to actually see the images after importing. Tonight at a game I was shooting that meant going through the import box, and then cycling through the all photographs, Previous Import and dated folder a few times before they showed up. Alongside this any time i make edits, especially cropping and then return back to the library tab it doesn't preview the edit but insted the original picture again. This ultimately is bordering on un-usable for the industry I am in and is becoming a hastle. Edits also dont apply when selecting a preset, but only when you go forward an image and then return to the one you had applied the preset on. Any thoughts on what this issue could be? (I have already completely backed up the catalogue, deleted ligh

I have an interesting problem with AI masking where it will past the mask of the previous photo over the new one. I purchased and registered Adobe Lightroom 6 some years ago. I am trying to install it on a new laptop. I have the installation file on my new laptop. When I run it, it asks me to log in to Adobe, which I do successfully. it asks me for the serial number which I've provided. I then come to a screen titled serial number upgrade.An error message comes up Saying serial number you provided is valid but a qualified product could not be found on this computer. This of course is incorrect because I'm actually using the Lightroom six installation files to get this far.  I'm asked to select a product which goes from Lightroom 1 through 5. I do not want to downgrade.  I want to install the version I purchased.When I go to customer support for help, they say they don't support this product . Please help me install lightroom 6 on my new machine.  I bought a permanent license and I want to use it.

I recently upgraded to the latest version of Lightroom Classic V13-5-2 and since that time I am unable to import picures to the catalog. Initially maybe a dozen or so images are imported but the screen then freezes and the mesage on screen is "the programme is not responding "  I am invited to wait for the program to respond but it is consistently failing to do so. I am able to export images from the catalog to my desktop but the import function is not working.   On invesigating further I am invited to delete the current version of Lightroom and install an earlier version of Lightroom Classic. I have attempted to do this several times but without sucess. Each time I am told to close the current version of Lighroom which I have done but this does not appear to be recognosed and I am unable to progress further.   I have run my Norton anti virus softwrare and no security risks have been detected I am using a Leovo laptop Ideapad with Windows on board. When I want to sync meta data in the library, I had an error in the databse Besides of that, in some cases (not only those with multiple select and sync) I mention a label, a title or a description but then don't show up in the library. But LR has the data somewhere because he can filter on it and will provide it while exporting. This bug is highly inconvenient when keywording and titeling large amounts of photo's (for AdobeStock or press agencies) since what you see on the screen is not what you get.I checked the integrity of the catalogus: no problem found. Here the label is blue but doesn't turn blue 

Hi guys, I just recently purchase a Sony a7III. I have my file format on my camera set to just RAW. I've uploaded all of my pictures to my pc (uploaded as .arw files) and upon viewing them on the default photo application for windows 10, it shows a 'filtered' preview (jpeg) of the image for a few seconds before switching to the raw version (dulled out version, no filters, etc). My issue is when uploading my pictures to Lightroom, Lightroom only shows the jpeg images for me to edit and never the raw. I get this same issue when uploading my pictures to photoshop too. I have tried everything (and spent hours on this) and cannot find out how to get Lightroom to show me the raw image. I have googled possible solutions and have matched my settings/preferences to x source but still have been unable to solve this issue. I'm using Lightroom classic 12.4 / camera raw 15.4. If anyone can help me or has a possible solution to this, I would be forever grateful. Since the update to Lightroom Classic CC, the graduated filter (and the radial filter), with "Show edit pins" set to "Auto", doesn't show the guides on their first use on a picture. I have to get the cursor out of the image, then back again, to make them appear.There's no problem if the "Show edit pins" option is set to "Always".Anyone with the same issue? Any solution?

Hi! I've been a long time Aperture user, and the one thing I still miss from that application is how straightforward the library module was: in LRC, when I'm into library view and scrolling through photos with the arrow keys, let's say I've got a 5 lines and 5 columns of photos showing, it always goes to the bottom right (so photos 25, for instance) before it shows the next line of photos. I find that quite annoying when I'm matching total exposures or working on photos from the same scene: I want to see the upcoming photos, not only the ones I've already worked on. I'm not sure if I'm explaining this correctly. In Aperture, with a 5x5 photos view, I remember it going to the last photo of line 4, keeping the fifth line visible, and when selecting photos from line 5, showing the sixt line too. that was soooo useful. Is there a way to make LRC work the same?Thanks!

Since I upgraded to the latest version of Lightroom Classic the person, background and subject masks no longer work. I press the masking button and nothing happens. Also if I try to use some of the AI masks such as whiten teeth or enhance eyes, these do not work - the masking screen shows a blank mask with ! next to it. My Windows updates are current. Lightroom Classic 11.5IMacOS 10.15.7 Just downloaded more than 600 HEIC images from my wife's iPhone. They seemed to import ok. However as soon as I open the Develope module I get the error massage "The file appears to be unsupported or damaged". I can edit it but I cannot export it or save it anywhere without an error. If I try to export it to Photoshop, it opens in Camera Raw and freezes. Only way out is to force quit Photoshop. I have read several Adobe articles but none seem to address this issue. There does not appear to be any Lightroom Preference that mentiones HEIC files. Please do not tell me to reinstall Lightroom, move the files to another location, etc.,etc., or any of that nonsence. My version of Lightroom works just fine with JPG or RAW files. If HEIC files are not compatible with Lightroom then just say so. I just need a way to convert 600+ files to JPG.

Hi, i want to migrate from On1 photo raw 2020 to Lightroom Classic. Is it possible to move my entire library over, without losing my edits, keywords and so on? What format should I export my images from On1 to Lightroom Classic in to preserv edits and keywords, if its possible? Any tips on what the best way to do it might be?

I have been using Lr for about 6 months, I keyworded most of the photos, still have more to do. On some photos I used multiple keywords, and was wondering if I could search for more than one at a time. For example, I am looking for a bird in winter in a tree in the snow, the keywords I have are; bird, winter, snow and tree, can  I search for photos that have all four keywords?

Running Windows 11 and with the latest Lightroom updates installed.I have a folder on an external drive called Favourites. When viewed from Lightroom, it shows around 2345 images. Just for giggles, I viewed the same Favourites folder, this time from Explorer and it showed 2415 images.I went back to LR and Import and selected the same Favourites folder and was suddenly faced with 198241 images to import (this is with "Don't Import Selected Duplicates" selected) If I right click an image from this import window and select show in Explorer, it shows the image as being on another drive altogether.Any thoughts on why this is happening?Here's my Favourites from Lightroom Here's my Favourites folder when viewed in Explorer Here's the Favourites Folder from the Import WindowHere's what I see if I right click an image from the import windows and say Show in Explorer

I have been using this copy of LR6 since 2017 when I bought it.  Now I try to run it and I get a sign in nag.  This begins a circular process.  I just want my program back without all of the fuss.
