I upgraded the AMS as usual and now its not working - have done the same thing for the past few years and now we are offline - I need urgent help anyone know of a ams expert I can contact?????

Hi All,       I have 2 questions:     1. Can I upgrade my AMS from previous version(5.0.2) to latest(5.0.14) use old License and SN?     2. Having converted tons of MP4 s already to flv and imported to fla, it suddenly... stopped? AME still encodes, but the output file is MISSING ENTIRELY. I checked the location of original files (that is, the mp4 s), nothing. Searched the hard drive they're on, nada. Searched the entire computer using Start and the search bar of my PC, nien. My presents include reusing the name of the original file (of course -.mp4 +.flv) and depositing the output file in a specified folder called "A" which also contains the original files I'm currently troubled with.Help appreciated!

I have a flash media server 5.0.0 and I would like to install the Media server 5.0.14 maintenance update. Is this update a cumulative update that includes all previous updates? Do I need to re-configure the server settings after the installation of the updated? Thank you for any help.William Zhen

I need to connect multiple IP camera's to the Adobe media server so users can have access to them.I already installed:- Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2- Adobe Media Server - WebCamXP 5All these are installed on my computer and I have access media server (http://localhost:1111)For test, I have configured 1 IP Camera in Media Live Encoder and I can see the camera footage from there:The problem:How can I surf this footage from my iPhone? I dont know, should I integrate this to Media Server? or is it already streaming and I just have to open the right address?I tried to follow the instructions but damn its too complicated and i think im missing something. I just need to know the ADDRESS of this. What should i put on my browser to see the footage!! im stuck in this part.i tried all ports, 1111, 1635, 80 - non of them works.please help!

There must be something wrong with the Flash Player in my Microsoft Edge. It is said that Adobe Flash Player is contained in Windows 10, so I don't need to download a new one. BUT this player seems to NEVER have worked! I checked the tutorial, and it just didn't help. I don't know what's wrong with it...I put two screenshots below to show my problem. We are using Adobe Media Server 5 with Multicast, we have partnered with INXPO for our Multicasting needs, and our multicast network runs over Avaya VSP hardware and are experiencing the following issues, 1. When users are watching the multicast stream, they will experience  a brief period during which audio and video will freeze, however will then recover.  We are seeing this issue whether the user is using IE or Chrome.  This may be a flash related issue, during this time the user is still receiving the multicast stream, however the content is freezing on a consistent basis. In which we have to mux(merge) screen-share and webcam.-Muxing part is done with the help of ffmpeg.-Also for live streaming it is going well.-But when we come to recording part its not going well, when we start recording with webcam stream , I didn't find any error or exception at the time of recording.
