Photoshop Elements

An Adobe CSR loaded Photoshop Elements 17.0 and Premiere Elements 17.0 onto a new Win 11 (home) computer yesterday. Worked fine until today. Couldn't  open both programs. Closed the programs in task manager and they opened but froze after opening. Now back to not being able to open both programs. Chat with a Adobe CSR said my programs are outdated product versions. And offered no help or soultions except to post my issue here and the Adobe dedicated team there will guide you further. Can someone help?? Thank you!

Bonjour,Du jour au lendemain mon photoshop element 13 ne fonctionne plus.Il reste bloqué sur cette étape( voir photo)Je suis sous windows10J' ai pensé que mon compte adobe avait été supprimé (car j ' avais reçu un émail qui le précisait) et que c' était là, peut-être le souci.En me connectant à Adobe, je m' aperçois que mon compte est toujours là et c' est une bonne chose.Néanmoins je ne peux plus utiliser mon photoshop.J' ai déjà désinstallé et réinstallé le programme mais sans résultat.Merci d' avance pour votre temps consacré à ce message.Belle journée   

I've used (or tried to use) PSE for several years but there have always been problems. The response time with anything I try to do makes the software unusable for me.  I upgrade and it makes no difference. The issues are the same. Should I even try upgrading again? Have response time issues improved with upgrades? Is the problem with the transferring of existing data to the new software? WHERE can I get the answers to fix these issues? Nothig I've been told has ever resolved the issue. Or can anyone tell me what other software I can get to organize and edit my photos? I won't buy another upgrade to PSE without help. 

I downloaded Photoshop elements 2023 tonight to trial it as I wanted to try the coloring option under enhance. When I try to use it however I get an error that says "Feature download fail. Either the server is currently down or your computer is disconnected from the internet. Check your connection and try again". I have double checked connection, closed and reopened the program, and reset my computer hoping it would fix the issue but still get the same error. Everything else works fine so I'm not sure how to fix the issue. 

Buongiorno.Parte delle foto inserite nel ctalogo non danno una miniatura e mostrano il logo di una foto rotta.La stessa foto aperta al di fuori di Photoshop Elements è completa.Sono file jpg e probabilmente scattate dallo stesso apparecchio...Con l'azione "Ripara il catlogo" da come risultato la cancellazione del file.Chi ha un'idea per risolvere l'errore?

Hello... I recently purchased PSE 2023 and installed it on a fresh 1 week old windows 10 install. Specs: AMD Ryzen 9 5900x, 64GB DDR 4, 1 TB gen 4 NVME, EVGA Nvidia RTX 3080. Everything is very stable. PSE 2023 crashes frequently. 2021 was stable for me. 2023 crashes frequently, especially every time I use the moving overlay feature when I go to save the file in the default mp4 format. it will save as a gif though. Wondering if anyone has run into this bug and knows how to fix it. Thank you for any insights...

Using the latest version 2023 with the above IOS. The Shadows and Hi-light function preview has to to be toggled twice for the preview (change) to appear. The REdo function does not work on my Wacom intuos Pro tablet express keys. The Redo express key works in other programs with no problems???? Any abody having similar bugs?

Elements 2018 has suddenly stopped working completely. Comes up, but no response to clicking on anything. Even to exit the program had to use Task Manager. Reboot does not help. Bringing it up as Administrator does not help.But I need help.

Is there any way to remove all the unused names that pop up when I go to name a new face? I name them by their full name but I get all sorts of first names like Alex, Anna, Andy, Allen as the first option. I'd prefer to get Alex Houser, Anna Boster, Andy Tolier and Allen Cooper. Does that make any sense?

 I am using Photoshop elements  2022 for Mac OS. I am trying to remove color cast from about 100 photos using layers. Is there any way to save my editing steps to quickly apply the same adjustment to all the photos ? Or process them simultaneously in a batch?

Hello,I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 and Premiere Elements 2020 and after installation, my Adobe account shows only Premiere Elements. When trying to register Photoshop Elements, a prompt appears: This serial number is already in use. I do not allow that the product is not original, I bought it at a normal price in a consignment store (package with hologram + 2 installation discs Mac&Win). However, after purchase, the program lay for some time unused, the first registration at the end of December 2021. I did not show the software to anyone or lend it.What can I do ?Sincerely,Tomasz

Hallo, I cannot delete folders named theme1, theme2. I get the message "no media available please clear applied filter". I did not create these folders. I cannot drag to the bin. I have never used these filters. I use Photoshop Elements ThanksRoger

 I have encountered this annoying problem and no idea how to fix it. I use PS elements 8.0 and haven't had problems with it, but for some reason as of tonight every time I close PS and open it, the panels reset and change position.The one on the left is how it always is when I open it the effects and layers both display normally upon opening. For some reason as of tonight its doing the one on the right. No matter how many times I open the effects section whenever I close and open it it returns to being closed. I haven't edited the settings. Does anyone know how to fix this? this is incredibly annoying at worst but I'd rather have it open and I can't figure out how to do so. I have to drag the layout to where I had it before every. Single. Time.the "save panel location" buttons is checked and still refuses to save my location.  

I used Photoshop CS6 to pseudocolorig fluorescence signals from the microscope and then superimpose the signals onto chromosomes. I attach a video to show the procedure. I imported the Actions in Photoshop Elements and some of them work. Not the crucial one I need. How can I do the same thing step by spep now?Thanks in advance Mariano Rocchi

Witam,  mam nadzieję, że ktos może mi pomóc.  Kupilam program Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2023, właściwie to kod do pobrania. Tutaj zaczyna sie problem, ponieważ po wpisaniu kodu na stronie Adobe mogę pobrać program, natomiast kiedy klikam otwórz, komputer pokazuje mi programy przez które mogę ten właściwy program otworzyć. Niestety nie mam pojęcia jak mogę przejść do właściwej instalacji. Pozdrawiam Angelika 

Sometimes when I click "save", my .jpg saves as .jpg,other days my .jpg saves to .bmp,other days .jpg saves to psd. Why won't it just save in the format of the file I am working on?If I wanted to change the format, I would choose "save as", but I do not want to change it.Why does it RANDOMLY choose a format different from what I am working with?How do I change settings so that if I click "save" it just saves it rather than changing it?

Hi,I am trying to open up the latest RAW file from my R6II on PS Elements 2022 on my Mac ver13.1 and it's given me an error.  I have reinstalled PS Elements 2022 and updated latest Camera Raw as well.  Any work around, please help.  Thank you.

Since I did a Windows 10 update, my Canon TR7020 printer, which used to print photos fine, is now over-inking any photographs I try to print.  How can I fix this problem?  The images look fine on the computer display--it's only when I try to print photos on my printer from Photoshop Elements 2022 and 2023 or from any other photo program on my computer that the images are now consistely printing so dark and oversaturated you can barely see what's in the picture.

Why does the contrast and sharpening  of an image increase when I resize a processed image? For example I have a file that is 4165 x 3087 pixels per inch that I have reduced to 1400 x 1038 pixels per inch that the contrast and sharpening have increased so  mush to really damage the quality.

I've been trying to create a greeting card in Photoshop elements 10.  I keep getting the message "Valid size not available for this creation.  I'm using a MacBook pro.

My PC crashed so I had to buy a new one. Had all my pictures on a separate disk. But had to reinstall Photoshop. So, how do I retrive my tags for all the pictures for the backup of organizer 14 and in to organizer 2023?

(Trying to contact Help.) Prior to thsi, I have imported several thousand pics, no problem to PS Elements 2021. Now, the photos are importing ok but going into a duplicate folder. I can tag and edit fine. My photos on the PC are still intact. (I took to using external drive after discovering the problem.) The problem comes when I try to move the photos to the original folder. (On the PC and in Elements, they are identified by folders for each year.) Photos remain ok in PSE. Sometimes, the photos disappear from the PC (or external drive) folder. Sometimes, even from OneDrive, tho I found them there in the deleted folder. Other times, duplicate photos appear (on the PC/external) with the additional identifier of -1. The last time I tried, in PSE when I moved them to the original folder, I found them with the -1 addition. I can't delete (from PSE) and re-import because it says they are already there. I am getting very frustrated. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I bought photoshop elements 2023 online and downloaded it.  Used it for a while today, and now it won't load.  What happened?

Hi,I have installed PS Elements Organizer 2023 on a Mac Mini M1 so that two Mac user accounts would be able to use it. I want to create one catalog that can be shared between both user accounts on this Mac. Photos are all contained on a Synology NAS which both Mac user accounts can access without issue. I have attached a external drive to the Mac Mini on which I have created an Elements catalog by the the first MAC user account. All looks good from this user's perspective, i.e. the catalog is connected to the photos on the NAS, they are all online. However the second Mac user account is experiencing a problem. The second user can open the Elements catalog on the external drive without issue and see the folder/thumbnails. The problem encountered is that all all folders/thumbnails in this catalog are showing as "Offline Media".In the screen shot it shows that NAS volume is "Offline" and it cannot be reconnected. In fact that volume is online and this user can access it properly. It seems
