Photoshop Elements

In a Facebook group I'm in a user was wanting to change some clothing that has patterns in it, to just one solid color, or to replace the pattern with a different pattern.I can make solid color clothing, like a white sweater, any color I want  with no difficulty, and maintain the clothing texture through the color change. I jsut can't figure out how to change clothing with patterns in it to a solid color, and maintain the texture of the clothing.In the image below (which I got off of pexels) is it possible to change the jacket to a solid color, lets call it blue, and maintain the pattern / texutre of the jacket material?I'm running PSE 2021 / WIN 10 and the user is running PSE2020 and WIN 10. 

I am currently running Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 on Windows 7. I am upgrading to Windows 10 and a current version of Photoshop Elements. 1) What verson of Photoshhop should I install.  2.)How do I go about transferring all pictures, caption and notes. 3.) What is the difference between Export/Import and  Backup and Restore.

Cant download either , I have a brand new Dell Computer. It meets all requirements.  it gets to 100% setup and the message boxes start popping up 1st one is (Adobe PhotoshopElements 2021.exe - System Error. The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem).the next box says the same but the file is VCRUNTIME140.dll.I've tried removing and reinstalling like 10 timesI've tried updating Windows and all drives. Cant figure out? I spoke to someone at "Asurion" they were unable to help and redirected to Adobe (they are closed right now) and so is Dell.I'm frustrated, disappointed and sad as I had a project to work on... help?

I just downloaded Photoshop Elements, but have an immediate issue with it. Why does it ignore Windows Scaling I wonder? I have a very high res monitor, but PSE just ignores the Windows Scaling and makes everything really tiny. PSE does support it's own scaling but to 200% and that's it!! Is there anyway to get other values? 100% is way too small and 200% is way too big.I also wonder why it completely ignores Windows colour scheme and make everything a horrible grey. Is there any way to change the colour scheme?I can live with the UI colour I suppose but I can't really live with the horrible scaling.

I dragged the image on the another picture  and I placed the image in the front of the market. How do I blend the image and the background together ? 

I am using Photoshop Elements 2021. It is doing something Elements previous versions did not do and is aggravating.  I am trying to get my photos from the memory card into the organizer. The box that comes up has a place to check to tell the computer? to open Elements organizer when finished transferring. Well, the organizer does not open and I don't know where the images are! Please tell me where to find them and fix this problem. I am using windows 10 home.  

I use font Work Sans Semi Bold that is obligatory for what I do. Unfortunately, a letter "t" looks strange after "s" and "c". It has kond of a wave on the top. There is no such a problem after other letters. How I can fix it? I know that there is an option for standard version of Photoshop, but I have no idea how to fix it in Photoshop Elements.

Hi. I have just upgraded to PSE 2021 for windows and find that I do not appear to have face tilt feature. is this standard with 2021 and if so why is it not there? many thanksMike

I have PSE 12 with Topaz filters; every single time I use it lately it crashes!! It won't "save as" photos, it doesn't keep any of the changes I've made with my filters, ie: change to bw or use de-noise, etc.  What the heck is wrong and how can I fix it???

I've 2020 element photoshop. I tried to use the stamp tool when I saw couldn't use the clone because the area to clone had not been defined on the screen so I tried to use spot healing when I saw option click to define the source point to be used to repair the image on the screen? Can anybody help me please?

I recently bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 from dell.  The product serial number has letters and numbers, but the letters won't work.  I contacted Dell and all they could tell me was they could connect to my PC and put in the numbers.  I told them no, I bought the software and I want the serial number.  They told me no and I would just have to use the trial version.  I just spent $2000.00 on a computer and this is how I get treated.  Anyway, can Adobe give me a serial number if I show them what Dell sent me?  I cannot find a support number.Thank you

I have Photoshop Elements 2021. Can color pallets from Adobe color wheel (saved in My Library) be imported to PE 2021 using Creative Cloud?

Im using PSE 2020.  I have many imagine I want to delete from the Catalog/DB.  Many times I get the message "can not delete doing analysis on this image".   Any ideas?

I have photoshop elements 2021.  When I click on the icon the little blue circle appears, go around for a few seconds then disappears and the program does not open.  Any advice on how to fix this?I have also tried re-installing the program, that isn't even working.Thanks

Hello. This is my first post here. I am currently running the latest version of Big Sur on the 16 GB version of the 16" MacBook Pro.When I try and use selection tools on photos or graphics, the image and tool bars disappear leaving only the brush. I cannot see what I am trying to select on screen as it is turned to gray. Is this a known issue? Are other users experiencing this? I do not recall issues using this on my former 2013 MacBook Pro. Thanks, Chris

I am not an expert, but know how to cut out a flat shot to then go on my website, but now if i look at the image on my webpage there is what looks like a very faint outline of a box, which i need to remove.  Would anyone be able to tell me how to sort this out in very plain English. I am using the trial edition but I have some basic questions which I have not seen addressed in tutorials or help files. I have my photo in folders on my PC, organized by year. They could benefit from editing (and possibly further organization) provided by Elements. I want to keep the folder-by-year structure. In editing a sample photo, however, I noticed Elements wants to save photos (1) with its own file extension (2) and to the Adobe cloud (as opposed to OneDrive, which I use) and (3) organize photos within the program. I do not want to keep buying Elements, or have my heirs do so, to be able to access my photos. I want to keep my photos in a non-proprietorial format, in my folder structure, and on OneDrive (not Adobe; I do not want another subscription storage service). So how do I do this with Elements, or is it the wrong program for my needs? 

Hallo, wer kann mir helfen?Ich habe einen gebrauchten Diascanner mit u.a. Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 gekauft, war damals ein "Bundle" mit offizieller Lizenz von Adobe. Die DVD mit der Serien-Nr. liegt mir vor. Habe diese auch bei Adobe registriert. Die Installation funktioniert leider nicht - ich denke es könnte auch die DVD kaputt sein.Wer kennt sich damit aus?Kann ich die Software überhaupt auf WIN10 verwenden?Wenn ja, wie kann ich mir die Software ersatzweise per Internet herunterladen? Gruß Uwe

I've Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021. Color balance feature is really needed! It's very hard to operate without  color slider feature. How could I get it? What to do?

I use PSE 12 which has both Photo Mail and Email Attachments as options for sharing photos. I'm interested in upgrading but I see Photo Mail (where photos are embedded in emails) no longer appears to be a feature in PSE21, just Email Attachments. I'd like to know what the last version of PSE is that still offered Photo Mail as a featu re. And, what was the reason for dropping the feature? Thanks.

A large number of my pictures are scans of analogous originals (prints, negatives). Often, I am unsecure about the precise date of the event depicted in such scans and would like to be able to input a date range in one of the date metadata. Is that possible, or should I put this as a feature request?RikPSE 19.0.0.0 on Win10
