Premiere (Beta)

Some captions appear marked with the incorrect zones and positioning.It should appear like this  instead it appears like this. 

I modified the caption text and then exported the file. Plese note the zone is already marked incorrectly in the Beta.  After I exported the captions size has changed, position  and alignment has changed.  I checked against Adobe 2020 and had no issue exporting the files.

I am using the beta for Speech to Text translation.  I have a transcribed sequence and many times the transcript Timecode does not match the sequence timecode. My sequence starts at 00:59:58:00 and the transcript generated starts at 01:59:58:00So when I click on text, the playhead goes to a blank area on the timeline an hour ahead. When I attempt to change the sequence timecode to match the trancsript, the transcript just changes along with it to still be an hour ahead.  

Speech to Text feature is working, transcribing properly, but when I click "create captions" it doesn't do anything after loading.

I'm just trying out the transcription and captions feature (on 15.1 but with the early access). I've a 30min, multicamera cut sequence with 8 audio tracks. It is transcribed and has had EBU subtitle captions generated. (When initially generated PP was not playing back the multicam video, restart of the app has fixed that - but maybe if I'd just waited whilst it did whatever caching it needed to do) I am noticing that, if I insert or delete time in the timeline (thus moving clips and captions left or right to open/close) there is quite a delay whilst that is processed.  (Also the transcription is not updated to reflect the change - but I understand that might be tricky to implement. )

Hello, I am registered in the Early Access programme for "Language in Text" and have been "live" since yesterday. Transcribing works. Unfortunately, my workspaces no longer work. I can no longer click on workspaces via the control panel. I can click on "Window" - "Workspaces", but the workspaces are then displayed incorrectly. Working with Premiere Pro is no longer possible. I would therefore like to get out of the programme as soon as possible.

I recently received an email confirming my participation in the Beta test of the Speech to text feature in Adobe Premiere Pro. I'm not able to access the options like the instructions mentioned. 

I recieved an email that I had been granted early access to the speech-to-text feature, but the link within the email won't load correctly, and the representatives on your chat option weren't able to help at all. Can anyone send me a link that will load correctly so I can start using the software?

sometimes it is not possible to export an transcript to a textfile, because the button is inactive. Any Idea?

When starting Premier Pro (M1, Beta) its starts up fine up until loading a project, it loads the project then imediatly freezes up (not responding), im using the beta because I am also having simular issues on both 14.9  and 15.x.

Hello,I am on an M1 Mac. With the most up to date Premiere Beta. Whenever I attempt to create a new sequence I'd get this error. I recently transferred most of my premiere projects off of my computer and onto an external hard drive. I have a feeling that this issue is related to that transfer. Does anybody know why I would be getting this error?

I love the new transcription tools on Premiere Pro Beta.However, the transcription is not always 100% accurate which requires a lot of time spent correcting it.Often in my production we use prompters or voice over which has been scripted before production. Similarly to other transcription tools, including Youtube's, for example, Premiere should allow the user to add the scripted text and then simply sync that text to the audio in the timeline. This would minimise the transcription errors and save a lot of time. It would also improve performance with languages or dialects that are not that well-supported. As an example, again, Youtube completely fails transcribing Swiss German using only the audio. However, when I add the script it is able to synchronize the text quite well.

Any hope that the hotlink below will work? I just got access to Adobe Creative Cloud and wanted/expected a form of Speech to Text software. Please allow me access to the beta program if possible. I have already installed the beta software on my computer. Apply for early access to Speech to Text. (adobe.com)

バージョンアップ15.3でキャプション作成ができないことは解消されました。 トランスクリプトで編集した文字が編集前の文字で変換される件はまだ問題があるようです。トランスクリプトの文字は以前は全てスピーカー１だったと思います。今は文ごとにスピーカー１、スピーカー２・・・・・のように分かれて作成されます。分割しても、１を分割するとスピーカー１が二つでき、分割しただけ同じスピーカーができます。その状態で、キャプションを作成すると文字の変更は反映されますが、同じスピーカーの分割した文字が結合されて変換されてしまいます。 トランスクリプトのパレットでの分割はうまくいきますが、キャプションのパレットでの分割ではコピーが三つ出来、作業が煩雑になります。 パレットでの文字の編集は直接出来ないでしょうか。ダブルクリックで編集状態になるのは無駄だと思います。

I failed to transcribe two audio files separately. Two different persons speak in each file. As it was the first time for me to try the auto-transcript, I first selected "Mix" for the target audio in transcription settings. It worked. A transcript for two speakers was generated. Then, I tried to transcribe one of the audio files. It keeps returning the transcript of two people talking as a result. I wanted to do this separately because I wanted to put captions in different positions (by speakers).  Audio file information:- length: 2 hours- language: Japanese Thank you!

I am working with adobe Preiere Beta now.Sometimes I noticed that the content of the timeline is blocked - i cant move objects or add new clips - the crossed circle appears as a cursor.How to solve it please?

Beta 15.2.0.8. Also replicated in release 15.0.0.   Sequence nests okay using manually created caption track.   Steps to reproduce: 1.Create sequence (1) from media clip (mine was mp4 1920x1080, 59.94fps,).  2. Transcribe and create captions from transcription.  3. Create another sequence (2) from same media. 4. Drag sequence 1 into sequence 2.   Result: No track header highlights, as is usual when nesting a sequence. No indication there is a problem, but can't click anywhere in PR interface. Other apps on computer work. No crash, no crash report, no log at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Pro Beta\15.0\logs\   I do have UXPLogs at: C:\Users\video\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Pro (Beta)\Logs C:\Users\video\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Pro\Logs   Expected: Sequence should nest. System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v15.2.0.8    OS: Windows v10.0.19041, RAM: 23.99 GB

I'm editing a :30 second piece and the timecode is :06 seconds off. So my :30 second piece on the timeline is :24 seconds via the timecode indicator. When I export, it's correct, 30 seconds. The screen shot shows that the in and out points are set to a duration of :30 seconds indicated correctly on the program monitor, but in the timeline, I have positioned the cursor at ":30 seconds" and you can see that it is 6 seconds past the set out point.

Hello, when using the transcribe sequence feature, some words need to be changed as the speech to text recognition did not recognize some words correctly. You can change the text by double clicking the sentence, but as the text size is different in the edit box, you need to search for the words you intended to change. My suggestion is to allow each word to be adjusted independently. When clicking a word, or selecting multiple words, you can change them right away, no need for a double click and a large text box to appear. Kind regards,Irian

The project file loads, mouse is able to click on location where icons are suppost to be. but the icons arent visible until way later... maybe... this happened with current update from today.Picture attached.Timeline appears when play is pressed, but not complete and crashes after... sometimes it becomes stable enough to work... Dell G7 7500Intel i7 10750, 32GB RAM, 1TB NVME hynix nvidia RTX2700 w/MaxQ

Apologies if this has already been asked elsewhere, but I don't see the Leave Color effect on the beta build of Premiere - literally the only thing stopping me from moving away from the sluggish Rosetta build. Thanks in advance 🙂
