I have created DVD menu but need to go back and change volume of audio, but every time it seems I have to start again? Is there a way to simply re-edit the emnu I have already created?ThanksVince
HiWe have a bunch of Dell 5480 core i5 laptops with 8GB of RAM and using Intel 530 HD Graphics and all have the same problem with attempting to use Elements 15.As soon as you try and launch the video editor it stops working and crashes out.Disable the driver, elements loads fine (albeit messaging about the useless inbuilt graphics).Re-enable the Intel 530, crashes. Its using the latest driver, BIOS is up to date.Could this be a problem with this graphics driver on a Windows 7 64-bit Dell 5480 laptop? Put Elements 15 on an older Toshiba R940 and it works fine!Any ideas?ThanksMark
My harddrive crashed... all the data files were backed up and then put on a new computer. After installing the same Elements 10 on new computer I navigate to and try loading a previous project (prel file) and nothing loads. Any ideas?
hello,The film begins again, after it reaches the end of the film.Where I sign that the film will stop in the last pictureThankseli
I'm using around 80 high res photos (taken from Canon Mark IV) and making a video to be played on DVD (will be shown at a banquet). Once exported the photos look pixelated. We worked with scaling and tried figuring it out - it appears from some things we've read the settings needed to be changed when we first created the project. Because I have probably around 10 hours already invested, I'm hoping somebody can tell me what the appropriate settings are for the project so I can start a new one. I'm using premier elements 11 and adding a few title slides and music. Nothing fancy. Thanks!
I have a credits roll at the end of my animation. It is set to roll on but not off screen. I want to then fade it a little bit after it stops rolling but the roll stops at the end. I tried using post roll but that doesn't give me any visible time space after the roll stops that I can then fade it. All attempts to fade fade it while it's still coming to it's final position. So I thought of a kludge of making a separate title right after with the exact same content but I've found no way to copy the rolling title final contents over to the new title. Paste just creates a new clone of the rolling title and editing that affects the original. If I just copy the text there's no way to make its alignment perfect as I only seem able to move the text around with the mouse which does not give fine control and the arrow keys don't do any nudging like I'd expect. Is there no straightforward way to fade the title out after it's stopped rolling? I just want the credits to roll into place and then be
I thought I posted this morning. I could not find it on the recent discussion list. This is the first time that I have tried used the forum. Please forgive me if I am posting the same again. I really need help. When I download my video to youtube, it stops at 98% transferred. I then the following message pops up - "Online services encountered an error. The service will now be terminated or paused if possible.I have tried to download my 56 minute video 11 times with the same results. Can someone help me.Peace, Hope and Joy,James
I upgraded from Premiere Elements v11 to v15 and am struggling to edit text. In v11, all I needed to do was double click on the text and it would open a selection pallet to the right hand side of the screen and allow that text to be edited. In v15, no matter what I do the text refuses to be edited.I can create new text, but once I have moved away from that selection, it seems to be frozen and uneditable. There must be some new functionality which I am missing, any help appreciated.
Working on creating a movie project and I was able to change the music to my own selection on the scenes menu. However, I can't find a way to change the music from the preset music on the Main Menu. Am I missing something? I can switch to Audio View on the scenes menu but nothing happens when I try to switch to audio view on the main menu. Thanks!!!
Since installing the latest software update Security update 2018 001 on iMac, premiere elements won't show recent projects.Even if I open the project again from prel file and save it , it doesn't remember when I next open the program. This is new and always happens
i buy a new pc with window 10 and i install my adobe photoshop premiere 14 .When i try to burn the project message is write no burners detected (after scan ) but i realy have one .How i can repair that burner
I was working on a project for several hours yesterday. Saved everything. Turned my computer off than on again today, as to reboot it- because it was going slow. Went back into my Premiere Elements, and there were no longer ANY recent projects there. Makes no sense. Need help ASAP.
Hi guys,I've been using Adobe Premiere Elements 14 a lot and never had serious problems editing my AVCHD / .mts-files from a panasonic HD camcorder. Usually I use a microfone and the audio-settings would be: 256 kBit/s, 2 stereo channels, 48.000kHzTHIS TIME I didnt use a microfone and the audio-setting turns out to be: 384 kBit/s, 6 channels stereo, 48.000kHzI can import the video and it would playback WITH audio in the bin.As soon as I move the videoclip to the timeline, there is no audio anymore. The track is displayed, but no waves are shown and nothing can be listend to.When I try other clips in the same project (those recorded with the same camcorder but external microphone), there will be audio in this same project, both in the bin and in the timeline. It took me long enough to figure out what is the difference between the two clips, and the fact of being recorded with or without external microfone is the only difference I found.I converted the video into audio, to synchronise it
Hi,I am sitting here with Adobe Premiere Elements 10 and it has worked fine, up until now.I am certaintly not an expert, and I am hoping for an easy solution!I had a problem with black edges on all four sides of the finished video earlier. I was adviced to change the project settings to something with 1080p, because my setting stood on 720p as a standard. So I set it to NTSC > DSLR > 1080p > DSLR-1080p30. This seemed to have solved the problem with the black edges, however it created a new one, the one I am asking about. The playback, while I am editing, show a still image of where I am pointing to in the timeline. It also plays the audio and the "pointer" in the timeline moves. If I click on the playback itself it seems to "refresh", and the image changes to where the "pointer" is in the timeline. I have restarted my computer multiple times, as well as the program. I have also tried to reinstall the program, but none of this solved the problem. I am not a technical-guy, as yo
Hi all,I recently purchased a hero 5, shortly followed by a new laptop. After some advice from this forum I was able to download premier elements and photoshop 9 and use my existing code from my old computer to get them up and running. However it seems I am unable to edit using elements 9 as the highest quality setting for projects I can find is 1080 but I am shooting in 2.7k and 4k.Am I able to get around this somehow or am I going to have to purchase a later edition? If so, which? Thanks.
Hello. On my timeline I have a music track that I want to cut at a certain point and then join it together at another point. How is this achieved, please?
After I make a cut in Premiere Elements 15 after using the cursor keys to find the right frame, it crashes soon after (I think it might have been just after I'd cursored to the right again to go through a few more frames, but it's not long after making that cut).I've made other cuts in video but for some reason this cut is causing it to crash repeatedly. I've recently seperated video and audio in case that's anything to do with it.edit: I reloaded Premiere Elements and the project and was able to make the cut but later while just cursoring to find the right position to make an edit it crashed.so it seems it's probably on the cursoring that causes it to crash. This is for an important project that I need to get finished today so any help would be appreciated.Video card I'm using: Geforce GTX 1080. Processor: Intel core i7-6850K CPU @ 3.6 Ghz. Ram: 128 GB.
I bought Elements 13 over a year ago and have had sound glitching problems all along but just tolerated them but I'm no longer willing to do that. I shoot with my Sony camcorder onto an SD card then take that card and load the 2 gig files into the Elements program. At the point where a new file is created by the camera while shooting is where sound glitches of ~ 1 second occur. However, the video is smooth. When playing back my camera through RCA cables on a TV, no sound glitch is heard. What is wrong? Why is it doing that and what can I do about it? My Windows 7 computer is a Dell Optiplex 780 with 12 gigs of RAM and use a solid state drive. The type of file is AVCHD Video (.MTS). I upgraded to Windows 7 a couple of years ago and hope that I don't have to do any further upgrading. Any advice would be appreciated.Thank you.John
Hi! I have been going crazy trying to figure this out so I would love any help I can get!The laptop I got a few years back came with Premiere Elements 10 along with Photoshop Elements 10. I just got a new PC and want to install them on it.I learned that I need to register them to my account. I do that by opening them, and clicking on "Product Registration" under "help". It asks me to sign in, Then says "Could not register your product at this time. Try again later". I tried countless of times lmao. Any idea how to fix this? I really need them on my new PC. Thanks for reading c:
I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements 15 and I'm really confused right now....I would like to create a project that I can reuse over an over again in other projects. (Example; having my name come up in a motion title near the beginning of every video I create.) I would like to do this because I have altered the project to my liking and I would not like to keep re-creating it every time I make a new video. Is there a way to do what I am talking about here? Or am I going about this in a completely wrong direction?
I am creating my first video and have two issues:1. I have several clips that make up the video. The Audio1 and Video1 are blue for all clips except one, which is colored gray. The audio "waves" are still on the timeline, but when it runs, during that clip, the screen is black and there is no audio. I evidently clicked on something to "hide" the clip, but I have no clue how to make it visible/audible again.2. After hitting Ctrl/A to highlight the Audio for my entire video, I Normalized the Audio Gain. For the most part, it was effective excepts that, while most clips are fine, some clips no longer have any audio. The video is there, but no sound. I am clueless.Any help with either or both of these problems would be greatly appreciated!
I like to take an image and make it appear on the video by starting from 0 opacity and 0 scale to 100 opacity and 100 scale in the time of a second. It will stay on the video for about 10 seconds or so and then disappear by reversing how it came in. I use this for social media logos and they only appear in a small corner of the video. Is there a way to save this and reuse from project to project? Adding these functions are tedious and I would hate doing it for every video.

I am working on a project (Premier Elements 2018). A portion of the video is an interview with a woman. It was originally a continuous audio/video recording, but I cut/edited it to remove long pauses. I am attempting to normalize the audio gain on each clip, but (as seen in the screen shot) the audio of one clip will respond appropriately when I hit normalize, but the audiowave of the very next clip will disappear when I hit normalize. All clips are literally identical (from the same original recording) so I am confused as to why "normalize" causes the audiowaves on some tracks to literally disappear while it performs perfectly on other clips.
