I have an old version of Adobe Premiere Elements 7.0. I t works fine right up to the point where I want to burn the project to a disc.. I have used freeze frame successfully in Premiere Elements 14, but when I edit the frame in Photoshop Elements 14 and save it, it does not appear in my movie (the edited frame).  I have followed the steps I saw on Youtube and no luck.

I just got a new laptop and immediately downloaded my old Premiere Elements 12, and purchased an upgrade to the 2018 version. Whenever I opened the program, my laptop goes black and returns with a blue screen, prompting either to troubleshoot or restart. I uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times and the same thing happens everytime I open the program. Internet surfing and other programs work fine! I even went back to my email with the intention to re-download the exe. file but the link doesn't work! I can't seem to find any downloadable links in my adobe account too. Please help! I'd appreciate your solutions in advance.

I'm trying to mark favorite moments in my video clips, but the "Favorite Moments" option is missing from my tools menu. I am in the expert mode. I've taken a screenshot of my tools-video menu. Where is it? Help!

(Was title:): Premier Elements18 Trial Version. When loading clips onto the timeline, only the video part is shown. The audio is missing. This does not happen with other editing progs. When I am in elements 12 or premier elements 12 and I click on a tab at the upper left, the results are scrunched together and I can't read them.

Hello Everyone, I have Adobe Premiere Elements version 13.1 using a Mac G-4 (2010 Version) tower currently running OS 10.9.5 software. (I CANNOT UPDATE MY MAC OS SOFTWARE)I have NEVER had any problems processing or uploading long 2-hour-plus .mpg video files with my system before today.I have tried several times to render and create my latest long files and I'm encountering the same issue. The system will show that it is processing a FULL VIDEO FILE and indicate it will take 7 to 8 hours to complete. (That's OK... That's what it will normally take to process these HQ 1080p files) When the files have been completed, all I have is a short file averaging anywhere from 8 to 12 minutes long.Yes...I have closed the program and restarted the computer a few times.Yes...I have highlighted the entire timeline field for rendering and processing.No...There are no other outside clips or items outside the work area, only what's needed for the 2 hour video.Yes...I have at least 100 GB of disc space l

I have Elements 14.  It does not handle VBR video properly.  Audio gets out of sync.  Does Elements 2018 handle it?  I would upgrade just for that feature but I con't find anywhere that it is specified.If not, why?  Every iphone video is VBR I think.  And even my new Cannon handheld is VBR only.  Elemenets is a consumer video editor, how can it not import VBR?  Seems crazy.I can convert my videos using handbrake but it takes a long time and I am never sure exactly what options to use to keep the original exactly.

Hello!As the title states, I have Premiere Elements 15.  I have an AMD Ryzen 1700 Processor and a GeForce 1050Ti Video Card.  My rendering times had been really great before the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, and now, I can tell by looking at the Task Manager that Premiere Elements 15 is no longer using my graphics card to help with rendering.  It is being using when I edit on the Timeline, but not during rendering.  My rendering times have now more than doubled, and I have checked this on projects that I had previously rendered before the update.I tried updating to the latest Nvidia Drivers, and that didn't help.  Any ideas?  Hardware Rendering is turned on in the Premiere Elements Menu.

I have completed my project and have tried burning to a disc, it burns fine and tells me it is "finished" but when I go to replay the disc it stops playing toward the end of the project. It is a new disc and I don't see any imperfections or scratches in the disc.   This has happened with several attempts to burn and with different discs of the same kind.I have 448 photos on the project, not including the transitions, and the music. My setting for Burn are DVD, NTCS_Widescreen_Dolby DVD and "fit to available space is checked".  I am using a Memorex DVD +RW disc as I don't want to waste my permanent discs and especially when it won't work on play back. I burn my projects first on a RW disc so that I can preview them and correct anything before burning the final project.Any thoughts or tips as to why it won't play back to the end and it stalls?  ThanksP.S.  When I put the disc in my computer it will play all the way thru, just not in my DVD player, thanks

Heya,I consider myself 'able to use' Premiere Elements Pro (Pro) for what I want that is to produce very strange gaming videos. I recently got a new PC and reinstalled Pro (I assume a new version) and have been working on my latest weirdness.The other day I quickly uploaded a rendered a beautiful clip that rendered fine with no editing and uploaded it to youtube:Nyx Fireworks - YouTube (just to demonstrate the quality of the game, render, and youtube)So I am working on a much more weird video about 5 minutes long, lots of sound clips, a few photocraphs. Hi I am running Premier elements 11 and my new camera's sound is just a mess it seems to be a MOV file on the ribbon and the camera tells me its a Mpeg 4 should there be a problem with this or do I just need to upgrade to latest version of your softwareCheersPete

It seems like every time i try to make a video, I drag a clip or image in with a lot of the same color.(snow for example), and it cuts it out making it flicker black or transparent. it's super annoying and I would love to know how to turn it off.

I was wondering if anyone has experience, or if Adobe staff has information with using Premiere Elements 18 (or previous Premiere Elements versions) with a CPU using an AMD Ryzen 7 1700 processor and how it compares to using a CPU with an Intel processor. Is one faster than the other when it comes to rendering or playback?Thanks!!

Updated windows 10, and now no sound on premiere elements editor. Still hear sound with any other sound program (napster, etc.) AND still hear sound on opening clip on Organizer.Have checked preferences>audio hardware a zillion times. Only shows appropriate speakers. I even switched to bluetooth speaker and won't work. Uninstalled premiere elements and reinstalled to no avail.help!(have seen other posts but they did not include all the attempts I describe above. one says fixed after sound card replaced... but with other programs on computer working, I hope I don't have to do that.thanks

So... after figuring out how to insert text (used wingdings to get an arrow because I couldn't find an arrow shape) and getting the color to change, I was able to create a red arrow pointing to something in the video.  I actually have two places in the video where I do this and when I view it in Premier Elements the arrow shows up in both places, but when I export to get a MP4 file, the second arrow doesn't show on the exported file.

Under Adjustments, I see four shapes-- Rectangle, Ellipse, Rounded Rectangle and Line.  Is there a way to get a "line" that's an arrow, not just a straight line?

Just bought Premiere Elements 2018.  Have used previous versions.  Finished editing.  Chose export and share for computer. Saved.  But there's no visual, only audio.What can I do?

I just downloaded a trial version of Premier Elements to see if I'd be able to do what I want before I purchase it.  And, I figured out how to get an arrow using wingding font, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to change the color.  I click on the color palette icon and select a different color, but it won't apply it to the text.  Either I'm doing something wrong or the software has an issue.

I want to draw on a 30 second video of a still photograph to explain components in it. Is that possible with Adobe Premier 13?

This is driving me absolutely insane. This just started happening after the 2018 release. I have never had this happen before. I'd drag a video, usually .mp4, edit a bit and boom I can export it. Playback was fine, never zoomed in.I don't know how much information you need for this, but it happens with DSLR, Hard Disk, HDV. Eventually I just started trying presets to see if it was certain ones. What preset should I be using for 1080p, 720p .mp4 videos like HD television shows and whatnot? I'd just like to drag and drop these videos, and not have it "zoom" when I play back while editing. ThanksHelp me Obi-Wan Adobe; you're my only hope.

I have finished a hour long video and now I am ready to burn to a DVD to be able to watch on TV.  I have burned several times and it will play fine on my computer after burning, but will not play on my DVD player.  I have tried several players and its not the players.  What am I doing wrong?I go to Export and share and hit disc.  A message pops up that states "some of the menus items are overlapping!
